Very good location and nice room. Recommended.

Very nice location close to train station and city centre. Nice room with nice bathroom. Very nice and welcoming host. Easy check in.

The air condition was not fully functioning.

The apartment was clean, convenient to the train station and local sights. We enjoyed the spacious bathroom and shower. Great place to stay! The staff was very helpful from check in to check out!

The location was excellent but google sent us the wrong way - staff excellent and accommodating. Clean and comfortable.

The room was a little small and smaller than we expected but we made do and it was fresh and clean.

Amazing! I definitely recommend booking here. Lovely modern accommodation. Walking distance to the train station and shops. Smooth check in process. Shower is huge, unlike most Italian showers. And they even congratulated us and gave us a gift of champagne, chocolate and flowers for our Honeymoon. Highly recommend! Thanks :)

its clean look new but very difficult to sleep for the mattress and i think the bathroon need plumbing fixed the smell

difficult to arrange check in as we didn’t have wifi/phone and you had to call a number to get code for keys. could have been prepared beforehand better to make it easier.

Location was very convenient (close to the train station) Room was nice and clean. I loved drinking coffee on my little balcony with beautiful view. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you very much. I enjoyed my stay

I can recommend it.

Very big room, well furnished. Great balconies all round. Great bathroom. Not a huge amount of hot water though. Clear explanation on how to use the magnetic-strip card to get in and out.

Good location for a short stay, Wi-Fi doesn’t work well though

5 min walk away from central train station. My room was very spacious

Very close to the train station in La Spezia, so absolutely perfect stay for a 2-3 days trip to Cinque Terre.Very friendly hotel. Very clean and spacious room, just perfect for a family with 2 kids. Our expectations were exceeded.

Spotless accommodation in a great location which enabled easy exploration of the area.

Location was fantastic to access everything. Valentina, who came to meet us when we arrived, was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotless.

If being picky, felt a little like a bolt hole though the aim each day was to get out and about. Bathrooms being completely enclosed, despite being spotlessly cleaned, smelt a little swampy each morning until ventilated.

Great location, especially for visiting Cinque Terre because is just 4 minutes walking distance from the train station. Everything clean and staff very kind. Thank you!

The checkout is at 9 am. Never seen that in any place. The address that appeared on booking is not the same as the apartments.

- street parking is expensive but there is free parking 10’ walk away (check google maps for Free Parking) - thin walls

Exceptional

Location was perfect. Host was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and new, it was our best stay in Italy! Additionally, there were coffee machine, tea, coffee etc. in the room for free. It was very lovely, we really enjoyed it and will come back once more. :))
