The staff hospitality and the cleaness of the kitchen
The mattress straight on the floor.
3.8
Our room was fairly clean and comfortable.
Very conveniently located short term accommodation for visiting the Giants Causeway.
The floor in the bathroom/toilet was always wet, no bathmat to help.
I guess it's a Hostel so shouldn't expect hotel facilities.

Loved the quiet location, close to costal route and Bushmills. Nice, polite staff, patio with beautiful view. As for me - quite hard mattresses which helped for a goodnight sleep.
Unfortunately the place is a bit neglected. It definitely needs back garden to be taken care of, maybe fresh paint in some places ,bit of maintenance (wiggling door handle etc) and maybe actually washing duvets sometimes as when we were taking the sheets off for wash, one of the duvets had a large brown/redish spot on it which was just disgusting:/

friendly staff and quiet atmosphere

Good location, view to see
Generally depressing. Despite the good location it was poor value for the quality of facilities. Shabby. No remote for TV so couldn’t be watched. Shower cold. Staff quite pleasant but couldn’t help.

Location was good especially for giants causeway. There is a hotel walking distance where you can eat and have a drink. Quiet area but busy road in morning.
The bathroom needs renovated completely. The place is very dated and beds are springy. Needs a bit of updating and more cleaning in communal spaces.

Great location, couldn’t be closer to the Giant’s Causeway, friendly staff and free parking!
Breakfast could have fruit

It is good location .
It was an excellent weather location and the staff was helpful.

Location, location, location! This is the perfect spot if you're looking to spend time exploring the Causeway. That being said, don't expect to spend evenings anywhere else, since the bus stops running around 7pm and then you're stranded out on the coast with no access to grocery, restaurants, etc.
It's a typical hostel so don't expect anything fancy. It's suitable for a backpacker or someone who doesn't mind clean-but-well-worn shared spaces. The bathrooms - particularly the showers - are dark and the plumbing is definitely outdated. Bring a towel or otherwise you'll have to rent one from staff.

Great location - very close to the Giant’s Causeway and the bus stop. The common room is spacious and beautiful. The overall value is very good.
Can’t complain for the wonderful value. There is one thing though - when I booked there is a dinner option at an additional charge, but the property doesn’t actually provide that. Only some frozen food is available on site for purchase.
3.8
It's a hostel so we weren't expecting much. Fine for one night and was only a few minutes walk to the Giants Causeway.
3.8
The location is great. However, the whole place could do with some TLC. I understand it is a hostel, and the price reflects that, but it could do with a make over, particularly in the bathrooms and kitchen.
The cleanliness wasn't great. The bathroom needs new sanitaryware and shower cubicles.
The parking area was part covered in gravel chippings, but all sorts of other bits poking through make it look, and performed poorly.

Staff has been super friendly and helpful. The hostel is very cozy and ideal if you want to spend some time alone or meeting fellow travellers. Located conveniently near to the Giant's Causeway. For a getaway to the north part of the country this is a very good place to connect with nature.
Cleaning should be improved. With the current bed disposition, there is very little space per person in the rooms

Convenience, perfect location, friendly staff. Breakfast included and freedom to use kitchen and good room for relaxing, lounge nice and warm.
Hot water tap not working in toilet. Bins overflowing. Bedroom could have been warmer.

Would be better if tu staff had a nice place outside to girwi home grown good etc the staff there this week helped 2 young girls who had been in a car accident and we're very helpful and should be commended that s Loren and the two others girls who were very kind

A quiet and confortable night
There was not a lot of choices for the breakfast

Very cheap, excellent value. Decent breakfast. Perfect location for the Causeway.
Beds are a little cheap.

Staff.
Location.
It needs a lot of improvement.

We stayed only one night. The beds were really comfortable, the bedroom and the bathroom were clean, and the staff was great!

Great location. Walking distance to giants causeway
The room was freezing, the radiator did not work and there was an electric one that worked faintly.
The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable and the bottom bunk was on the floor.
There are no plug sockets near the beds.
The communal kitchen was just about functional.
My room was above the communal area where the staff hung out shouting and laughing until late.
There was no toilet roll in the bathroom for a whole evening/morning.
I’ve stayed in many hostels and this was sub par even for the price.
I didn’t hang around for breakfast so I can’t comment on that.
3.8
Beautiful hostel just 15 minutes from Giants causway.
Everything was nice and clean.
3.8
The location is excellent, right next to the bus stop and giant causeway. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
The WiFi reception is not stable and slow and shower is not warm enough.
3.8
Location, facilities, breakfast, common areas and the young Spanish lady at the reception:)
Might be noisy as in the dorm all the noises from common areas can disturb the sleep.
3.8
Great vore from breakfast tables, friendly staff, great price and super location near the Giants causeway.
Bathrooms are old but for the price nothing to complain about
