Came to stay at beach house with family and it was everything we expected a more. Would 100% recommend this property!!
4.0 / 5.0
The house is right on a bluff overlooking the ocean. There is easy access to the beach and to town. Gorgeous views in a tranquil setting.

The location of this house is everything!! Very easy access to the beach, where we spent much of our time. It would have been nice if they had provided some beach towels and/or chairs/toys, but we were able to borrow/buy some.
They have updated the kitchen appliances and I think are planning to update the washing machine (which was very finicky). It was a great house for our blended family and we are so thankful to have had the time together here. I would definitely recommend it to others!

House was clean and ready when we arrived. We couldn’t get the back sliding door locked and there were a few things (fireplace, window) with signs on them so we knew they weren’t working. Additionally not all the blinds work. Beds were comfortable and the view was great. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that the room with four twin beds is only accessible by entering through the bunk room. Also, the corner railing on the NW corner of the deck is not stable. Kitchen was well equipped.

Ignore the old reviews about it being dated. They have upgraded all the appliances. The house was perfect for our group of guys. Deck is awesome, lots of beds. Hot tub is big and hot. Would stay again.

The pictures of this house are dressed up a bit. The house is dated and needs a lot of repair. The kitchen was very nice, but the fridge is old and the ice maker and water feature in the fridge wasn’t working as the owners of the home put a note on the fridge not to use it. The walls are dirty everywhere. Mold in most window sills and water damage on the windowsills and some windows wouldn’t even close. The back sliding door to the patio is extremely hard to open and close. The hot tub was gross. There was hair floating around, grass, sand and other weird things the water looked like it was starting to turn green and cloudy. No direct beach access from the house. The neighbors have stairs but it’s fenced off we are not able to use it. However, beach access is not far away. We also noticed a slight propane smell when we first arrived. Probably coming from the fireplace or the gas range. The beds were comfortable. We will not consider this house again for the price.

Short walk to beach. Great hot tub and deck. Excellent kitchen. Kids loved ping pong table.
Only down would be a couple mattresses and a few pillows were not great. Nothing was bad—we’d stay again!

This house was perfect for our 7 adult 2 children stay. We were lucky enough to get a perfect weather weekend, especially for November. We really wanted to find a house from which you could see and hear the ocean because my elderly mother has been missing the beach house she and my dad once owned. This house was like 50 feet from the sand and it had spectacular views that could be enjoyed from the living and kitchen areas as well as two large upstairs bedrooms which contained an amazing window bank on the ocean facing side of each room. We couldn’t get over how perfect this house was for experiencing the ocean. Most of the complaints from prior guests on the condition of the property had been addressed. There were just a few little things the property manager should address but not worth mentioning in a review.

Well kept and clean. We couldn’t get the TV in the living room to work. Everything else was excellent ! Thank you for a great weekend.

The view and deck were amazing however the house needs work; very dated and uncomfortable beds. disappointing

This property has a million dollar view!!! The house is pretty dated but the views make up for it! We had a great stay!

Went to Lincoln City with my whole family (12 in total) in August. We received an email 5 days before that both the oven and washing machine were out of order. We were notified that there was a countertop convection oven available.
Upon arrival, the ice machine within the refrigerator was also not working. Only 2 ice trays were available for a home which sleeps 16. We made it work and adjusted our meal schedule to accommodate the oven situation and picked up a few bags of ice from the store. Upon reviewing other reviews, the oven had been broken for months.
The house itself was pretty dated and dusty, looked like the air vents had not been cleaned in a LONG time.
All in all - we had a good time and made the most of our stay. Location was great, wish we had direct beach access but the walk to the park was fine.

Was a simple house, loved the view. The oven was not working which they let us know before so we bought simple foods and ate out. The sliding door to the deck was very hard to open especially for any elderly people. Down side was the neighbors next to us cooked with charcoal and a lot of lighter fluid which filled our place with strong smells for about an hour. Also houses around use had more than the five car limit and had some difficulty getting in and out of the driveway at times. Probably better to stay during off peak season!

We were here to celebrate Boppa's 70th birthday with our children and grandchildren. The house handled the 13 of us very well. The beds were comfortable and the views from the first floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs was awesome. Would have been even better if the windows had been washed off but the deck offered gorgeous views as well. Short walk to the beach thru the park just a block away. There were some maintenance issues, such as an oven that was not working (and apparently hadn't been working in July either) but we worked around it and a broken garbage disposal that leaked in the cupboard below so we had to put a bowl under it and try not to use that side of the sink, which we were also able to work around. In spite of all that, we had a great stay and weather was perfect and we spent a lot of time on the beach.

Great home for our group of friends! The deck and view are the best part of this rental!!

While the property had many maintenance issues including an oven that didn't work, we enjoyed the view and had a great time. For the $ it was not as clean or up to date as should've been. That being said, we will rent again in 2025 and interested in 3+ houses ocean front that are in great condition.

The ocean views were fantastic and beach access was just a short walk away. Appreciated that there weren't as large of crowds as you get further south in Lincoln City. No restaurants or shops in walking distance, but they can be found a short drive away. We would stay again.

Overall great stay. Property was just as described. Square footage wise the home isn’t the largest but there is enough space for everyone. Kitchen could use more cookware, only found one pan which made cooking meals for 10 people hard, for cost of the rental we shouldn’t have to bring our own pots and pans. Loved the views and the deck. Home is comfortable and I would recommend.

This property had all the amenities that we hoped for and was the right size for us.. enjoyed the hot tub, nice bedrooms upstairs, nice living area, nice kitchen, worked really well, wished there would have been some toys for young children, we had to buy some, also the ping pong and air hockey is in the garage and very cold out there, so would have spent more time with that if it had been a warmer area.. nice deck, and awesome view! Lots of towels and bedding but no dishrags..hand towels only..It was not very clean! I do not like to leave bad reviews unless really obvious things, but the wood floors were not clean had a sticky feel everywhere, and walls need washed or touched up, we vacuumed the floors and scrubbed them also, we had little children with us that were playing on them so felt like it needed to be done right away.. picked up a lot of dirt with the vacuum and lots of gunk with the floor mop.. it still served us well, but when you put out that much money you do wish for something that you won’t have to clean to feel comfortable..

Great location and access to beach, impressed with the cleanliness. The only thing I would suggest is instructions to hot tub as it took hours to get it turned on. Wish checkin was earlier and checkout a little later than 11am.

Great place for our family to stay. Clean and roomy, and the view was beautiful. Right next to beach access. My only disappointment was the hot tub was not working but we were informed of that a couple of days before we arrived.

We were a group of 10. Grandparents, their kids and grandchildren. It was a great size home with good amenities. Excellent view of ocean through both upstairs bedrooms. Two things of note. One, the cell phone signal is poor is if the internet goes out (which it briefly did because we accidentally unplugged the router), then there is no signal. Secondly, the furnace did not work. We contacted them and they provided 2 space heaters but the house is large and that is not enough to heat it. Also, given the circuits limits, with additional heaters, they would not work. Hopefully the furnace is now fixed. The hot tub was also extra foamy. Aside from these three items, it was great place, excellent views, walkable to beach, with good amenities. Thank you!

NOT clean
The house was NOT clean. The floors, countertops, furniture, and bathrooms were all dirty. Shower stall tracks were moldy, and other people's hair. The house was in complete disrepair with leaky faucets and peeling wall paper. The yard was overgrown with weeds, even on the patio and was littered with trash and dog feces. The sliding door wheels are worn down so the door has to be lifted and forced to open, and the screen door is missing and laying under the deck. Very disappointing; not as pictured, and definitely not worth the high price. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Thoughts
Stay was nice but, there was supposed to be a tv in every room but there was not and one tv did not work. Cleaning crew came to clean the hot tub at 10:15 and check out is 11, also other cleaning people stood in the front yard waiting.
Appreciate family games, kites, and sand toys. And for the price of the unit it should truly have its own beach access.

Nice location. Bathroom supplies were limited. Windows upstairs needed cleaning.
Great view of ocean. Lots of beds. King bed in master would be nice. Would rent again.

Family Reunion
Logan's Lodge was lovely, clean and comfortable. The views were spectacular. However, there is no direct access to the ocean beach If that is what you are looking for. Even so, we all had a wonderful time and would do it again.

Wonderful stay
The views were amazing. I would just get some new mattresses they were hard as a rock and put in a walkway to the beach directly from the house. Other than that the house was wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Staff Retreat
Logan’s Lodge is the perfect getaway! The view from the back deck and upstairs windows is absolutely breathtaking. The main floor offered plenty of space for our mealtimes and staff sessions. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and super comfy. As an added bonus, the house is close to restaurants, grocery shopping, retail and coffee shops. Overall Logan’s Lodge was exactly what we were looking for, for a restful retreat.

Not Quite As Expected
Beautiful location, but the house was in poor shape. The floors were filthy and had jam spilled all over kitchen floor. There was no mop, so we purchased one and mopped the whole place. They had not been done in a long time.
There was a leak in the family room with a bucket underground the leak. The water in the bucket was nasty and smelled terrible. It also attracted bugs all around it.
A lot of the dishes and silverware were dirty with dried on food. We ended up washing everything before we used it.
The ping pong table had broken paddles and no balls to use.
The close trail to the beach was closed.
The view and location was great

Perfect location
This is in a great location, short walk to beach access, great hike close by, plenty of space in the house. Just be sure to bring what you need for the kitchen as it is not super well-stocked, like no coffee filters and a limited selection of kitchen utensils (no wine opener).

wonderful view
Nice big house with great deck... Hot tub was wonderful and hot. Only negative was a big leak in the living room that was fixed with a pail very unsightly. Also the furnace was making a clicking sound that alarmed me enough to turn off the furnace.

Beautiful view
Lots of sleeping space and great views. Everything we needed to get away for two nights.

Great family getaway
Grandparents, adult children and their children all had a blast at this location. Getting to the beach is a little tricky, as the house is on a cliff. You need to walk 3 houses to a park to get on the path to the beach. The path is tricky going for an older person. The pingpong table in the garage is tilted, and the rack that holds the cover on the spa is broken, but they are useable. We had a great time!
