This is a hidden Gem in Bethlehem, by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
Nabil was an amazing host, providing us with a personalised tour and flavour of Bethlehem
The breakfasts and stories and Nabil's attention to making our stay as wonderful as possible was just perfect
If a perfect score was 10, Nabil and this hotel deserves a 15

tutto. Ospitalità, ambiente, serenità.. e poi una colazione davvero eccezionale!
nulla.

-Staff:

After 5 weeks of traveling through Europe and Morocco this was the most welcoming, wonderful place I stayed. The most comfortable bed, the best breakfast, and in such a perfect location. Nabil helped me get from Jerusalem during the holiday and to the airport afterwards, and helped me in every other way with directions and recommendations. It was a joy and privilege to stay in his family home, and a pleasure to meet him. THANK YOU Nabil, my family and I are thinking of you and your family, hoping you are all safe, and that in the future I will visit again with them.

The property was so charming and welcoming. It’s a unique and historical property that just pulls you in. Nabil, the owner, explained his personal relationship to the property and explained his family ties to it which made our stay that much more meaningful.
Absolutely nothing, it was beautiful!

This is a very lovely boutique hotel. It takes you back in time. The owner Nabil makes you feel at home and was the best host! We will miss seeing him everyday and enjoying his breakfast. The location is great and you can walk to the Nativity Church and Milk Grotto Church. The location is also close to many restaurants and shops.
It was wonderful to support Nabil and his amazing hospitality.
Nothing! Nabil went above and beyond and made us feel like family!

The location is great, and the guest house is extremely clean, very relaxing, and you're made very welcome. Nabil is a great host. Nothing is too much to ask for and he spent a lot of time with us and other guests sharing coffee and talking . I'd recommend this place as a place to book if you're visiting Bethlehem.
Fantastic breakfast.
Nothing at all.

Beautiful old building in Bethlehem. Amazing hospitality
5.0
Firstly, I was impressed by the beauty of the rooms and the story behind it.
the location was great, it was in the old town of Bethlehem near some shops and very close to many important churches.
the breakfast was delicious, it had all the all the traditional Palestinian dishes. and the place was very clean.
lastly I wanna thank Nabil for his great hospitality.
I’m sure that Nabil have many interesting stories to tell.
because of the location ( in the old town) there was no parking space in the hotel.
However there is a large parking lot that is 5 minutes away, and it is safe to park there.

Nabil and his family treated us to an amazing night in Bethlehem! What a treasure this hotel is! You’ll be treated like family, as he’s hosting you in his family’s original home from long ago, that has since been converted into a hotel. Each room is special…thick rock walls, very traditional. Perfect location! Homemade breakfast! Nabil even found us a tour guide (Sam Salem) who we looooved so much! We couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay at the Dar Sitti Aziza! What a treat!

Hospitality has no alternative. He is a Super Host, friendly and supportive; the hotel is superb. The breakfast is fully organic and in abundance. I will come and come if the opportunity permits my wife and me.
Though improvement is continuous, I have nothing in mind that I could complain about. The Host was amiable, and the staff and lovely family were friendly; I will continue recommending it to anyone staying in Bethlehem.

Nabil and his family are the best hosts I have ever encountered in all my travels. They have a feeling for what their guests want and need. I was travelling on my own over Christmas and was very happy to stay here - the house is warm and welcoming, the rooms incredibly clean and nice, the bed comfy and the bathroom had a fantastic hot shower and I didn't miss a thing. The location is perfect, 2 mins walk to Manger Square.
Honestly, if you read this and consider booking - do it. You won't be disappointed.

The home is very charming. The history is incredible. Every room has a name and Nabil, explained the reason behind it. Our room was the Well room, with the original well. Very large and spacious. I loved the love both (Nabil and Mai) pour out to his guests. Breakfast is homemade cooking, eggs were the best. The service and care is amazing. Can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend this Charming home. The bed is super comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. The best it has a spray bidet, which most hotels do not have.
Having to run the sink until the water got hot, then you run the shower. For me it was not a big deal, for some other people it might be.

Dar Sitti Aziza is a beautiful place to stay right next to the Church of the Nativity off Manger Square in Bethlehem.
Nabil, the owner goes out of his way to make sure your stay in Bethlehem is memorable and you leave with a deep understanding of the local people.
On arrival, we were given a choice of rooms and a tour of the house. The rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds and tea-making facilities and local soaps and creams offered in the bathrooms.
We were served coffee on the terrace which offers a fantastic view of the Church of the Nativity. A big breakfast was served here every morning, as we were lucky with the weather. Breakfast consisted of local products and breads, delicious eggs cooked to a family recipe served with fresh orange juice and coffee.
Throughout our stay, Nabil went above and beyond to accommodate us. He brought us to the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony in Beit Sahour and for some delicious falafel and kanafeh from local restaurants.
He was always ready to offer recommendations.
We could not recommend Dar Sitti Aziza enough if you are looking at some place to stay in Bethlehem. It is two mins walk to the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square. The breakfast will keep you going well in to the afternoon and the hospitality offered here is unlike anywhere I have stayed throughout the world.

Great location, next to the church of nativity. Nabil is a great host. He made a lovely Palestinian breakfast in the morning and told us a lot about the day to day life as a Palestinian.

My colleague and I stayed in Bethlehem for a business trip and the hotel was the very best location to relax after a long working day.
A delicious breakfast was prepared each morning (try everything!), in the evenings we could relax in the beautiful outside area, drink tea and smoke Shisha. The host and staff were so friendly and always took very good care of everything we could wish for.
The rooms had all amenities, very comfortable beds and were neat and tidy, the bathrooms likewise.
The hotel is very close to the nativity church, one can walk easily to the center of Bethlehem, shops and restaurants nearby.
A big thanks to Nabil for the friendly atmosphere and all hospitality to us from the very first moment until the last!!!

Since the moment you step in the house, you feel at the right place. Nabil's kindness and attention to detail is second to none. The rooms are spacious and due to the use of the original stone, are also very fresh during the scorching hot July. The breakfast is a ritual! The best secret recipe eggs! The house is located a minute walk from the city main square. Ask Nabil where to get the best falafel sandwich and enjoy it on the house's terrace, next to the fabulous tree (guess what kind of tree!). I felt home during my stay and can't wait to go back.

The personal touch provided by Nabil, May and their team transformed our stay from yet another comfortable B&B to one like we had come home. Their hospitality, and attention to the small things made us feel special. THEY are special!
There is some traffic and environment noise but this is to be expected given the very central location. It was a minor issue.

the location was prime, just neighbouring the Nativity church which you could see from the terrace
- the owner was very friendly and helpful and proudly told me about the story of this boutique hotel which gave my stay a very personal touch
- the breakfast was breathtaking, I have never seen such a rich choice and so damn good breakfast on my trips to the Middle East region!!! This is truly a highlight if you stay there!
nothing to dislike, the room was spacious but quite basic but had a tea kettle and all the necessary equipment, so all was fine for me.
Bathroom is rather tiny but again not an issue for me.

My sister and I stayed here to run the Palestine Marathon and the location couldn't have been more ideal for the marathon. It is right off Manger Square which is an extremely central location for Bethlehem. The facilities were perfect and the breakfast was delicious. Staff was always on hand if we ever needed anything. Nabil was an excellent host and made our trip extra special by bringing us out for a trip to Hebron one of the days which really made our trip once in a lifetime. We got to experience a day in the life of Palestine. I would definitely be recommending to anyone visiting to stay in Dar Sitti Aziza. Best view in Bethlehem :)

Boutique hotel owner was exceptional. Extremely friendly, kind, welcoming and helpful. Went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The attention to detail made this one of the best hotel experiences ever. The breakfast was incredible, with a varied selection of home made jams and condiments, local bread and even a speciality dish with a secret recipe that tasted out of this world! There are no faults in this hotel. Can't recommend highly enough. Looking forward to a return visit.
