Go somewhere with more character

It was okay, really friendly staff. Great view at breakfast

For the price, not worth it. Very meh, when there's so many other beautiful options and poor WiFi (even though advertised as high speed). Laundry expensive, go elsewhere. Cold showers normally not a problem, but again for the price you want things to work as advertised

Schönes Hotel am Stadtrand

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr saubere Zimmer. Wir konnten gegen einen sehr günstigen Aufpreis ein total leckeres Frühstück genießen mit schönem Blick :) Hotel bietet Rollerverleih für 80.000idr (24std.) an.

Zimmer sind recht klein und haben wenig Stauraum. Wir mussten das Zimmer am Pool wechseln, da viel Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer war. Vermoderter Geruch. Das 2. Zimmer in der oberen Etage war deutlich besser.

Poor airconditioning

Staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged bike rental and airport dropoff

Aircon not cooling at all. Just a fan blowing warm air. The staff cleaned the filters at night but still didnt have any cooling. We had a family room with bathtub. Next day they offered us 2 small rooms without bathtub, the cooling in those rooms was also poor hence we decided to stay in the family room and compromised on cooling.

amazing short stay, highly recommended!

everything was great! clean and comfortable rooms, the mattress was soo comfy! Lively staff who organised lots of transfers for us. Quite during the night.

location a bit far to walk into the town especially with the traffic however did not phase us.

The pictures are completely different from the truth, and the reality is that the rooms are very small and there is no refrigerator in them unless one is requested. The pictures show that the hotel overlooks rice farms, but the truth is that the rice farms are about 15 minutes away by car, and they do not allow you to request a taxi except from the hotel taxi at double prices, and in the room it was The air conditioner is out of order and it was fixed at 8:10 pm. I was not happy with this hotel

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends!

The hotel was very good with friendly staff and restaurants and grocery shops nearby. They provided us with free transportation to the center and picked us back as well.

It is a bit far from the monkey forest and they can add more things on the menu at the restaurant.

Good hotel, a bit far out

Gorgoeus hotel, modern amenities. Comfy room, good AC, lovely pool and restaurant area. Option to have room cleaned every day. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Option to rent car/bike from hotel and also book tours. Some shops/restaurants around hotel.

Location was about 30 mins walk from main streets of Ubud but there were shops and restaurants around and you could rent a bike, not an issue just to be aware. Also the shower, water heater and sink all had a leak which was attracting ants to the room.

Pictures were older unfortunately, the hotel wasn’t that modern any more and also the pool area wasn‘t as nice as we assumed. Otherwise the hotel was ok but don‘t be fooled by this.

The team and reception was very nice.

Room was very small and no mini-bar inside of room. Restroom was a bit smelly - maybe typical on Bali because of high humidity.

Exceptional

We had a really pleasant stay at Puri Padma hotel! Beds are comfy, rooms are quiet at night, there is nice pool and terrace, you can rent a bike, eat at the restaurant. Ubud centre is only 5 min drive away (if there’s no traffic).

The rooms are bit small and very dark. We were lucky to get the last room at the hallway so we could keep our blinds open, because that’s where your window is, to the hallway. I don’t think we would have had such a nice stay if we would have got a different room.

Rooms aren’t too small. Staff super nice and helpful. Breakfast also nice. Extended our booking twice.

Insulation could be better, very noise when it’s loud in the hallway. No fridge in the rooms.

Superb

Amazing staff and nice rooms. The hotel is a bit outside of Ubud in a nice area. You can walk into town although the walk is a bit stressful with all the traffic.

The street to walk into the town is very busy so it’s not that easy to get to all the activities

A hotel ideal for the budget concious who wants to spend more time out and about than relaxing at the hotel

This is. budget hotel . Perfect for you to stay at when you want to just have a place to crash after a day of activities in Ubud. The gardens, the terrace were beautiful and it is a beautiful budget designed hotel. The staff were really nice and always very helpful and polite.

There were many things that we noticed could be improved, and then again this is a budget type of hotel. Here are some of the things we noticed could be improved: - The lighting of the room was poor. - The bathroom sink didn’t have a bench top, so no space to store or put your toiletries next to the sink - No toilet paper replacement was never added when the room was made. We had to ask for it all the time. - When we arrived no one helped us with the bags. - The car parking area had a pile of rubbish that was never picked up during the 3 nights we stayed there

The room smelled bad and you couldn't keep bathroom open as smell hit you in bed, we had ants in room as well as no drainage in shower flooded if washed too long we booked for six nights but left after one

great place to entertain my partner’s family 3 generations

the position was great. staff were always too helpful great! bungalows could have been anywhere.

the noise for 2 days from adjacent race track. but staff were happy to move us.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful! Modern building. Good restaurant with super fair prices. Shuttle Service is very valuable.

It is not centrally, but with the shuttle service it was okay.
