Everything was great for a short stop in Brisbane.

Location was amazing
Everything was alright

The bathroom was well designed, as we were able to access your clothes without getting out of the bathroom. We were able to access your room earlier for a video interview, excellent customer service!
The price of 2 x large Chardonnays glasses was $52.00, too expensive.

Restaurant and location in the heart of Queens Mall
Cold shower, broken lift, everyday malefaction of the TV

Everyone was great, thanks so much. Great central location
Nothing, we loved our stay
4.1
The hotel was centrally situated within walking distance of the river and with direct access to the large shopping mall.
For a 5 star hotel I would have expected a complimentary bottle of wine in the room, alas there was none.

We loved the staff, especially Terence, who helped us with our luggage and answered any questions we had promptly and politely. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, making falling asleep away from home easy.
I wasn't clarified clearly on check-out time as we thought it was 12 pm, however, staff came to our door to tell us it was 11 am instead. Although we were told there was no rush, we were feeling rushed. Next time, I'll aim to clearly ask what check out time is.

We enjoyed the view and how close the hotel was to literally everything. That being said everything was walking distance and we didn’t have to drive everywhere. The bed was soooo comfy
We were sad that we couldn’t get room service although having a restaurant downstairs was ideal but sometimes on the lazy days you just wanna lay in bed and order some food.

Location in central Brisbane, breakfast delicious. Bar was cozy with great background music.

Location is perfect. Food and prime shopping options are all very closeby!
The Bed. Amazing!!!
The downstairs concierge was super nice and he made you felt cared for. We waited a while for our pick up and he kept checking in on us and offered us a bottle of water. He had this little skip in his step that made you see he enjoyed his job and kept a check on everything. Much more efficient than the actual front of house staff with a little spark to his personality. I didn't see his name but he sounded he might have been Ukrainian but my apologies if this is incorrect. To the owners, this is the kind of person you want to meet when you've had a long journey, he needs a serious promotion!
Love the streaming capability on the TV. The open and changeable plan of the room helps to make the room feel large. If you want to watch the news while you brush your teeth, you can. They also had some unique snacks and complementary water but only one bottle for the entire stay for two people.
We enjoyed the sparkling and still water on tap in the lobby with some little sweet treats after a long day of shopping.
Nothing major but the timing for Housekeeping. Just seemed to always line up when we just returned to our room. Totally understand they have a lot of rooms to get through but would be nice to have some system where a button or app can notify when you have left the room, schedule the service or what particulars of the room you would like serviced. The Housekeeping staff were lovely and discreetly left when they entered the room whilst we were in it.
The light switches were confusing. We couldn't turn on just the bathroom light without turning everything on in the room. Doesn't work great when you're getting up in the middle of the night.
The late night room service menu was a little sad. Green pea soup doesn't sound very enticing but again probably better than having a burger at midnight. But if that's what you're craving at least there's plenty of options just outside the hotel.

Being close to QPAC.
We did not like the entry being by a back lane and wondering where to go. The room was very small, far smaller than we expected. The location and layout of bathroom terrible, we could hear everything going on in the bathroom from the bed. Not pleasant. The bed OK, but small, we used to King Size and at the price we paid should have had a King Size bed. We had lunch at pool bar/bistro the service was terrible. When going up to our room for the 1st time, upon arrival at our floor was very disappointing, dark and dingy and the carpet needed a good vaccum.

Clean and comfortable. Walkable into the city
The parking situation is abysmal. Would never come back here with a car

The location, the staff and the memories of this place
4.1
Reception staff and restaurant staff were excellent! Quick to acknowledge, fulfilled requests quickly and with kindness!
As new drivers to Australia, unfamiliar with Brisbane, the actual entrance for the carpark was horrible. Tiny little alley that we eventually went in the wrong way as we could not bring ourselves to enter the massive pedestrians on Queen St to get to Burnett Lane. Very poor for the Hyatt, the City needs to help change things for you!
4.1
The bed was great, the concept of the open bathroom made the room look bigger which was good however, it was a little tight between the bed and bathroom but I like that there were two entry points.
I didn’t like the price of the valet parking. We weren’t told until the second night that there was discounted parking in the Myer centre. We always thought the restaurant upstairs was very overpriced for what we got food wise, it was very underwhelming.

Small and ordinary room, even after an upgrade.

Great location for a Christmas getaway! - we went to the Buffet Christmas lunch, and then stayed over. as an added bonus we were really well placed for the Boxing Day sales!

The parking situation is problematic & time consuming & expensive
4.1
The location was great. Very central and convenient to almost all of the places we wanted to visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
Not really a dislike, but I felt the hotel should have included a toothbrush and toothpaste in the amenities. Also, the trash bins in the the room and bath could be bigger. So tiny-threw away a bottle of water and it was almost full!
4.1
The reception staff were wonderful. Location perfect. Room clean. Perfect place to stay as the Christmas party I was attending was being held in the same premises reason for booking in .
The bar/restaurant staff were a little sombre with their personalities. Seemed to be a bit of tension between staff members and this flowed out to the patrons. Bar/restaurant staff may need a little more training.

Everything about this place is good. I see no major faults. Staff are great, location perfect. Food amazing, views stunning.
Strange the clothes wardrobe is in the bathroom. This isn't really go with the typical bathroom smells you would have. If you get what I mean.
