Staff was outstanding in being of service.
Plenty of gated, secure parking.
Huge SHADED common areas adjacent to pool
All good - even though it is an older property that could use some updating here and there.
Great personal service!

Friendly staff, Parking beside the rooms.
Unfortunately but we had a bad experience. Rooms wasn't clean enough, one of the room the A/C didn't work properly. We came around 5pm, at 6pm swimming pool was closed for cleaning. I think they could do that a bit later, specially when temp was over 45 degrees.. A lot of ants in the rooms, rooms are very tired, no pressure at the shower. We had a problem with the door lock, door didn't want to opened. Breakfast served at dirty table. That Resort the best time has behind them. Not worth the price.

Clean great customer service and perfect location

Roomy and clean - food was served in the main area. Was fine for a stopover but was quite far from the town so had to driver in. Staff were very friendly and helpful but wasn't hugely overwhelmed overall.
Group/family staying in the room next door arrived at 1am and made a right racket. The place was quite empty of guests so wasn't sure why they couldn't have been accommodated in one of the rooms on the opposite side.

The terrace had a beautiful mountain view. The pool was refreshing and the room was quite big.

Lovely greeting, great staff and almost had the place to ourselves when we arrived. Really tranquil after the bustle of some other places.
Air con didn't work in all rooms, mosquitos at night. Hotel highly recommended

Spent the night on our drive back before catching the flight out.
We did not get to experience the facilities as we checked in late and left early in the morning.
Although the rooms are basic and and a bit run-down, the welcome was fantastic and makes up for everything else.
It appears that there is ongoing work to improve the place and I hope they achieve their true potential
WiFi in the block where the rooms are located would be appreciated (especially by my kids 😉).

Using the pool was possible.
Spacious room due to booking upgrade.
We were the only guests. Off season work like renovating some rooms was going on.

Very nice and helpful people....

The staff at the hotel was fantastic, so kind and helpful, even one of them come with us to help us with ome shopping in Aït Ourir market. As a bigger room was available, he gave us this room instead of the one we have reserved. People at the hotel was amazing. The area is so quiet and calm. It's quite long to Marrakech, 50-60 min depending on traffic and there is nothing in the sorroundings. It's a very good option to have a rest if you come from the mountains/Atlas. If you decide to have lunch or dinner, meal is good (pizza, tajine viande is excellent!!). Breakfast is the standard one: olives, omelette, marmelade, butter, bread, quesito, napolitana, coffee/tea.
Wifi is only available in the recepción area. Swimming pool is shared with people not accommodated in the hotel who buy an entrance for the swimming pool, but this is too big, so it's not a big deal.
In my opinion it's a bit expensive for the standard (Riad with swimming pool, for example) in Morocco .

The best hotel you could stay around Marrackesh.
The best staff and cousine!
I’ve been traveling aroung Morocco and that was the best so far.

the staff were very friendly and the food was good
The property is very poorly maintained and the whole place is in a state of disrepair. We paid almost €80 for the room for 1 night and it was very poor value for money compared with other places we stayed at the same price

We ordered dinner but they forgot to cook it!

Nice, but simple place with kind staff.

Great staff. I was offered a choice of rooms, was made dinner for a particular time despite it being inconvenient due to Ramadan, and again provided an early breakfast.
It’s a little way from the centre, but walkable.

I forgot a mobile and even though I asked several times for info and asked them to contact me to try to get it delivered and I would advance the cost, they did not even respond or contacted me back. Very unhappy with the lack of response and help from their side.

Staff went out of their way to assist us with planning our time in Morocco which was really helpful. Our room was comfy and the terrace was lovely to relax on(Large and clean room with air-conditioning, beautiful garden with swimming pool.) Breakfast was good and dinner was delicious, Almost everything was perfect....The location was good if you want visited marakch or wazazat and The People from the Village were easy making contact.

They upgraded us right upon our arrival because the suite was available. The suite are very very spacious, the view from the patio of the suite is amazing (when you have the one upstairs). You can enjoy a beautiful sunset in the mountain.
The diner was really good, with lots of things to eat.
There was a dead cockroach in our room that some ants get us rid off at night.
The blankets are quite thin, its more like light sheets.
The atlas seems to be abandoned
