Rien

Un must à faire

Allez y !!

This place looked amazing. The rooms were good. Staff were helpful. Location was great
Our sofa was ripped and our second room smelt mouldy.
4.5
Great location very close to the Royal Palace and walkable distance to the Night Market.

Location excellent all the facilities were good and the food was value for money

We booked at the main property but ended up getting pushed to the back property which wasn’t that great.
The art.

If what your looking for is a bed and a centrally located hotel then stay here. But if you want a comfortable bed, wifi that works, a clean room, a decent breakfast, and staff who make sure you have a good stay then stay elsewhere. For the same price you can stay at any number of hotels in Phnom Penh that will provide you with a much better stay.
Staff don’t listen, we posted the DND sign on our door and they still came into our room. They wouldn’t provide us with a second room key so we could make sure the AC was running. Our room had a door that opened right into the elevator shaft, which for safety should have been locked. The wifi only worked if we stood right by our door. The food was inedible, and at best we had tepid water for our shower and they provided us with the rattiest towels.

Great pool although perhaps too much chemicals in the water. Food paid for was pretty good. Beds were comfortable.
Wi-Fi not great. Lifts a bit slow. Nuisance not taking debit card.

Great location and very clean and comfortable
Not many beds by the pool and those that were there where being reserved with towels or single people taking up 2 beds.

Very nice rooftop with pool, very spacious rooms, location was practical. Hotel looks very good!
Was a bit noisy because of construction nearby. Staff was not very helpful.

Big room, hot shower & bath in bathroom. Buffet style breakfast included in the stay, with made to order eggs/omelette which was great!

I stayed here for the second time, because i like it so much! What a great entrance and lobby the hotel has! Very authentic Khmer style. Also the room is very nicely decorated and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows and wonderful view over the museum and riverside from the large balcony. Location is great, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, etc. I had a very pleasant stay.
I booked a 45m suite. At checkin they gave me a smaller 35m premium room, telling me it was a suite as well. As i stayed in a suite before, i knew a suite was much bigger. After contacting reservations, the next day i could eventually move to what i booked for. All solved in a friendly decent way, but make sure you get what you booked for. At the end you dont want to spent time on these kind of things.

Staff very helpful at reception area and one man working upstairs 12 hours a day who seemed to be the only person to talk English which was good. The building was outstanding to say the least also the reception area.
The Food at breakfast is diabolical, only had toast and plain omelette, juice is only ONE flavour orange which is diluted so much you taste only a hint of orange, The sun loungers are in need of repair as 3 of them are ripped open,( See Pictures attached) it is very hard to get the attention of night staff if having a meal on roof top at night ( not very impressed when getting food as vegetables served cold, this was reheated up again but vegetable's was hard, complained and got 20% off the actual food at a push as lady said it looked like I enjoyed food ) the small swimming pool s in need of major repair as tiles was loose and some missing,( See Pictures Attached ) water needs to be changed out in main pool as it is full of crease and tasted horrible after taking a mouth of water by mistake, No outside shower for pool. which should be provided for health and hygiene ( Only 10 Sun Loungers with hotel 100+ guests)

Great location, rustic property with traditional Khmer decoration. Lovely roof top pool and restaurant/bar with great views of the city!
Room was not very clean, lots of dust. Torn bedsheets and lampshade. Bathroom very bad smell coming from drains. They had tried to cover the drain with tape and fresh limes (good effort) Plug sockets not in convenient places and broken.

The massage rooms on level 12.
Stayed here last year (same time of year). Booked a family room, same as this year. Last year the room was twice the size and this year, and the balcony this year could sit one person only!! Last year, we could sit out on the balcony and enjoy some.time while the kids had space to play inside - this year was squashed every where. Last year staff were much friendlier. The breakfast was individual plates, whilst choices where limited it was much more delicious than what was on offer on the buffet. And the pool this year was unusable, my children and myself became itchy and developed rashes within minutes of entering the pool.

I booked the Okay Boutique but room was round corner in Okay Palace! Not sure why but room & location was good.
Building work going on nearby

The pool and roof top bar are lovely. Beautifully decorated lobby. Breakfast was good, lots of variety to cater for different diets. staff were fantastic.

The location was excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. Large rooms.
Our first night was in room 001, just off reception by the lifts. The room was very dark and noisy. We asked to move straight away but had to spend one night there. We suggest you don't pay until you have seen your room.

I loved the rooftop bar and restaurant! ❤️❤️Excellent location step out the door and everything is at your fingertips eg Museum, Royal Palace & Silver Pagoda. Great breakfasts. Tours to S21 and the Killing Fields can be booked onsite. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. 10/10!

Excellent location, helpful staff, good spa and skybar.
Bathroom could use some remodeling.
4.5
The location of this hotel is excellent, I had a lovely room on a upper floor with a balcony overlooking the Royal Palace and National Museum.

Location of the hotel is very good. Nearby tourist attactions..lots of restaurants in one km range. Overall good stay.
The breakfast could have been much better. The basic things like bread and butter had no taste at all. The patisserie preparations like cake and donuts weren't good. Should keep more choices for vegetarians.
