Heel fijn hotel!

Het personeel was heel verwelkomend, goede faciliteiten, comfortabel bed & goede ligging tussen de verschillende bezienswaardigheden

Jammer dat zelfs voor roomservice er nog 10% vat en 5% service charge bijzit

Swimming pool was out of order for the entirety of our stay, unfortunate since we had booked as to use the pool. Food was overpriced and poor quality, not suggest to get massage here - the masseurs were not professional.

Comfortable hotel with beautiful views of the city

Very spacious rooms, which were very clean and comfortable. The facilities were very good, especially the fitness centre and pool. We enjoyed the views of the city from the rooftop pool. The attention to detail is the best part about the hotel - from the room decor to the cleaning, everyday the rooms were tidied and they replaced anything that was missing - without needing to ask for anything.

The bathroom could be better, some aging marks that could do with a revamp to give the hotel and fresher feel.

Staff - Polite Attentive Helpful. Without them this hotel was a total disappointment

Fixtures were run-down eg toilet , lighting, curtains, shaver kit provided could not be used.

Disappointing

Breakfast wasn't good. Very limited choice. We had to shift our room as the push shower wasn't working. The door lock didn't lock. The AC wasn't cooling. The food served was not according to the description on the menu

Very good, but needless music by the pool.

Helpful and friendly staff, nice room, decent restaurant.

Main complaint is that they play loud EDM music by the pool all the time, even during the day when nobody is there. You don't really get to have a chilled swim because they're trying to force a beach party vibe all day. The gym is also in serious need of an equipment upgrade. Not only is the equipment poorly maintained, it's just quite bad kit. I also had a consistent issue where the gym was as hot as an oven upon entering due to its floor to ceiling windows and the AC (quite rightly) not being on all the time. Some blinds or something would probably help to keep it a little cooler while not in use.

I liked the location of the hotel, staff and their knowledge. The pool on the 7th floor and the view from there was amazing

Perfect for two nights, didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t comment. Bed was comfy bu as I said just a bit of an up-dat

The reception area look lovely.

The bedrooms were bit tired, could do with a makeover. Also the pool area.

Limited vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. Ei-fo connection was poor.

Ok for a couple of nights in low season.

The family room is very spacious and has large shower and bathtub the kids can enjoy. The gym is fairly well equipped for the price and actually usable. The pool is nice.

Wifi at 9th floor was mostly unusable. Cleanliness far from perfect. TV didn’t work. Breakfast really basic.

Alright, as usual. My room requests were fully met. Thanks to all the staff.

Just the music at the swimming pool. All the clients I have talked to about this, would prefer ambient jazz music, piano bar and not too loud to relax.

does not look like in the pictures

good breakfast

this hotel needs to be renovaded. it doesnt look as good as in the pictures. rooms were clean, but of an older standard. the staff was polite but not very attentive. we asked for recommendations on where to go and where to eat but the receptionist simply answered «i dont know». we ordered food one night to the room, and it was honestly terrible. the gym was old and half of the machines wasnt usable.

didn’t stay , forfeited our money

we booked for 3 nights. booking .com took our money. we stayed for 1 hour and left. forfeited our money and booked into another hotel. pool area very grubby . ordered chicken wings at the pool bar. disgusting, couldn’t eat. common areas smelly and not air conditioned. while we were at reception another guest who had just check in was also complaining about the room being dirty. photos on booking . com are very deceptive. do not book here.

great locatio, A/C working properly, 1 SLOW elevator for 9 floors, with a lot of room. they can change the breakfast

it is centrally locates

the rooms are not clean. the bathroom, shower, and surrounding areas arent cleaned carefully. hope management sees it. molds in bathroom corner. floors arent mopped daily, windows are ignored too. the bathrooms are see-thru even though they are smoked

Great stay

The staff were amazing the whole stay. They arranged tours and taxis and helped with all of my requests. The rooms were large and clean and the pool bar was excellent.

Maybe a few more dining options or some recommendations on places to eat aside from the hotel restauraunt.

Reasonable location, walking distance to Riverside. Friendly staff.

Rooms were not cleaned regularly. twice had to ask for the room to cleaned late in the day. Fair price for room but overpriced food. Invest in some umbrellas for guests.
