If it's Split, Belavista it is.

The owners of the apartment were very cooperative and friendly. Went out of their way to make us comfortable.

We should come again for longer

Fine and convenient place with very kind hosts, and great location. It's in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the city center and the park. You can walk around and enjoy the vibes of the city and at the seme time to come 'home" and rest after a long day or night :) The hosts were very kind to treat us with local wine and fruits and to pinpoint what is worthy to visit in the surrounding area.

The internet provider A1, wasn't very reliable there. Hopefully they'll manage to deliver better uninterrupted service.

Fully fledged easy access accomodation

So clean, so clean, so clean. 15 mins walk to the old town. Closed parking space just under the apartment. It has every kitchen utensil that you can imagine. Hosts are so polite and they try to do their best for your comfort.

We had a very enjoyable stay and greatly appreciated the comfort and convenience of the apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Only a 10 min walk from the centre of the old town. Two supermarkets and a bakery were close by and other shops were a short walk away. The hosts were very helpful on arrival and provided a welcoming bottle of wine and bowl of fruit. Although built up, the location was quiet and there was a view of the bay from the spacious balcony.

There was nothing not to like. Would suggest to increase the amount of cutlery above the standard set of 4 knives, 4 forks etc.

We enjoyed our time in the apartment as it did rain and there was a nice long covered balcony.

The apartment was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The hosts were very pleasant, but their English was quite poor and thus hard to communicate.

The neighborhood was questionable, but once inside the apartment building it was very nice.

Exceptional

Absolutely everything was excellent. The location of the apartment is perfect with a really enjoyable view (near the city center, but at the same time a quiet place to rest). The apartment was super clean and well equipped. Private parking space, a great terrace for enjoyment, close distance to supermarkets and many restaurants. Very pleasant and kind hosts. An excellent experience for me and my girlfriend. Thanks for everything.

We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights during the New Year 2022/23. The building is very easy to find, you can park your car in the garage and you will be welcomed by the friendliest hosts. The hosts gave us all the information about Split, a bottle of red local wine was waiting for us in the fridge and fresh fruit in a basket on the table. And that's not all, a small Christmas tree contributed to the pleasant Christmas atmosphere. The apartment is very clean, everything is carefully washed and every blanket, every decorative pillow smelt so fresh. If we come back to Split, we will definitely come back to your place. Exceptional

Superb spacious new appartement in excellent conditions and splendid views to the sea! I would give 20 out of 10. With heavenly beds and very quiet we slept very well! There is a lift from the garage to the 5th floor (we could park our car in the owners double garage). The kitchen is very well equipped, with filter coffee machine, dishwasher and big fridge. The washing machine is an extra bonus. A big TV screen receives also Sky TV in English. The owner couple living next door are very friendly and helpful. A welcoming fruit bowl is very inviting when coming into the appartement. A Lidl supermarket is in the same appartement block underneath. You are in 10 minutes walk in the old town of Split. We would definitely book this appartement again as we felt like at home!!

Rating: 11/10 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (6D/5N) in the apartment and would highly recommend it. The apartment was very clean, well-kept and spacious. The kitchen facilities were great and we did not lack anything. The decor of the apartment was lovely, and the shower/toilet area was perfect. The balcony is also a fantastic feature of the apartment. The apartment location was great too as it is approx 10 mins walk to the city centre and 10 mins to local hill/Park area. The apartment is approximately 15-20mins walk from the aiport shuttle bus station. Three grocery stores and bakery just below/right outside the apartment (very convenient). The hosts/owners (Ivanka and Ricardo) were very nice also, and very helpful. The hosts received us with a warm welcome, bottle of wine and fruits on our arrival. On top of that, the hosts allowed us to check-out late to allow for our late flight. Overall this is a great apartment to stay in and would not hesitate recommending.

Lovely apartment, lovely hosts and great location.

The property was clean, modern and spacious. The balcony looked over the sea and you get a beautiful sunset in the evening. The hosts were absolutely lovely providing us with maps, information and also fruit and a bottle of wine at the beginning of our stay. The apartment was about a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of split. All in all it was absolutely excellent and I’d highly recommend!
