Owners are absolutely careful and sweet. They really treated us like family members. We were welcomed with coffee and pie. Later had dinner with homemade ingredience and in the morning breakfast. Everything was super tasty and served with love. Accomodation is clean surrounded by beautiful garden.

The set up is very welcoming, you are litterally with the people and share their lives. The lady could speak some French and we had a great time exchanging about life in Armenia. Her and her husband were available at all times to help us with anything. Supper and breakfast were delicious and huge, we enjoyed the homemade wine and Oghee. We wanted to explore Armenia off the beaten tracks and this B&B really gave us an additional insight to what everyday life is in rural Armenia. Kids loved to play in the treehouse too.
Nothing, everything was great

Extremely hospitable guests! Everything was clean and well prepared. We were welcomed with tea and could have a great rest there.
This town does not have central heating, except of this everything was okay.

Food was awesome, we felt very welcomed and had a chance to look at the wine cellar with its own wine press. Would come back next time for sure!

The breakfast was incredible with homemade jams, fruits, yogurt, eggs, typical Armenian breakfast 💚👍💚
The host picked us up from the Areni Wine festival and the family prepared a dinner for us on our return.
Nothing really, location was excellent very easy access from the main road.

This accommodation come beyond my wildest dreams :) We have super comfortable bed, huge bathroom and big shower where you can dance like sliding side to side. It was really very nic stay. We made reservation 30 min before arrival - they already knew about us and preparing the room. They show us the room and asking if we need anything else if we are missing something. They offered to prepare dinner even though it was late. Breakfast is served in yard under grapevine. The table was already set with food, tea, homemade limonade and watter. During breakfast the owner apperad from kitchen several times bringing more things to eat, apples, wallnuts, she even made for us pie - it was still hot. Most of it was from their own garden which is huge and quiet. They were taking care of us as we are family. They even made us to take some food with us for the road as snack. Really this was just perfect stay and the owners are super nice. We travelled a lot staying in different kind of accommodations 5* hotels, hostels, AirBnBs but this was the best stay we ever had.
