حبيت كل شي ماشاء الله مرتب تعامل من الجميع راقي وخدومين كلهم الاسقبال خدمه الضيوف حقين خدمه الغرف و النظافه و المطاعم. شكر خاص لعاملين gusts relation ترتيب الغرف بورود وباقات ورد و المطعم الدور الثاني الإيطالي مره كانو متساعدين في ترتيب حفله بسيطه للخطوبه حقت صاحبي مع اني خبرتهم بوقت قصير و الاكل روعه مع اطلاله النيل ولا غلطه

سهولة الإجراءات ولباقة الطاقم في الاستقبال وخصوصا الاستاذ محمد مطر وكذلك السيد محمود في خدمة الغرف .

الموقع والتعامل والنظافة وسرعه اجراءات الدخول وحسن تعامل الموظفين واخص بالشكر مستر عبدالرحمن على رقيه وبشاشته هو وزملائه في الاستقبال و تعاملهم الرائع

Amazing staff specially the staff aynur Emad and amro Mostfa and cleaning staff . The place and the view and the location is amazing the food and the staff in the kitchen are amazing . I recommended many of my friends to go there . Thanks Ritz staff and management

Nothing . Everything is amazing

The room was nice, and the view was amazing.

- Not a Ritz standard at all. I thought the positive reviews were genuine. - The breakfast buffet was horrible. The flies were all over the food. Food is not covered. The bread and pasteries were dry. I had cooked eggs and ended up with poisoning. I paid for the breakfast for the whole stay and ended up not eating it. The floor is not clean, and the shelves are dusty in the breakfast area. There's no way I had the poisoning from a different place because I had dinner and breakfast in the hotel the first night and day. By midday the following day, I got sick. - No hand held shower head.

Every single details from door security staffs to gm .and the sincere support and collaboration with me as a guest and what is more is the best point for solo lady traveller so secured .

Nothing at all

We took the Nile view room on the 10th floor and the extra money spent on that was worth every penny. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The pool is huge and was a good experience. The concierge (Nagi) was extremely helpful and made our trip very smooth. The location is walking distance from the grand museum.

We ate in Vivo, Bab Al Sharq and breakfast in Nox. None of the meals were great. All of them felt very average. The local food in the city is better and cheaper.

I really love the reception department at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. I have not seen anything like it in Cairo hotels, in terms of smile, welcome, speedy completion of procedures, humility, etc. I would especially like to thank ,Mathew, a supervisor, a man of the highest class and respect, who never delays in helping guests.
