Városnézésre teljesen megfelel, elhelyezkedése nagyon jó

The location is outstanding, it is in the center of cairo. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Hassan. The breakfast is disappointing, hardly we can call it food. The maintenance is below the standards. The bottom line is that if you're looking for the location, Miramar is a suitable choice.
The food.
The maintenance.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Of course the location was very good..

Super friendly staff, quality of rooms and air-conditioning is excellent, location is right in Cairo centre - 2 minutes from Egyptian Museum & they offer laundry and airport shuttle.
It was all good

the location was great
breakfast was fine
the room they gave us was not the one we booked (they gave us 2 single beds)
the shower was not clean
it was noisy but Cairo itself is noisy

The location is the best thing about the hotel, it is right in the middle of town. So many accessible cafes and restaurants and the city is always alive, loved it.

the hotel is located in a good area close to the Egyptian museum and 10 min drive to khan el khalili good to stay her if you plan on exploring cairo and not staying at the hotel
the room looked nothing like the pictures
very small room i had stains on my bed sheets
the bathroom ceiling looks like it’s gonna fall on you
i would say stay here if you need a place to rest for few hours or to keep ur luggage but not a good place for a long stay in my opinion
3.0
Located centrally and a stone's throw from the museum it is quite convenient.
There is far too much noise from people talking to the staff at all hours of the night to the noise of the bathroom being used in the adjacent room. They need to soundproof the room doors as that is where the noise enters the room. My sleep was interrupted each night.
The price of excursions to the Pyramids is far above their competitors which is why I booked with the hotel next door, The Cairo Inn. To see Giza, Sakkara and Mephis I was quoted 100 USD vs the Cairo Inn's 75 USD.

Great location and has friendly, helpful people.
I had informed that we arrive before the check-in time and it was a bit of a surprise for us that they asked for early check-in fee, which in my opinion was quite high compared to the total price.

- Very nice staff
- I sent a parcel post and the receptionist received it without problems, calling me upon receipt. Very professional
- One of the hotel employees speaks Italian very well (as well as English of course) and she is very kind, ready to help guests at any time, making them feel at home
- Position is very good: hotel are close to the Egyptian Museum (5 minutes walking) and in any case with taxis (Uber in particular) from that area of the city you can move very well. The airport is half an hour away and with Uber you spend about 3,50 euros.
- The credit card machine didn't work when we arrived. However, it is a situation that can also be found elsewhere. We paid cash without problems

Location was awesome . Nice, co operative staff.
Room was very small. It said Breakfast included. But a very meagre little Breakfast was served. No choice at all.

Location was excellent, and they kindly stored our luggage for us several times. The room was spacious, though most of the floor space was taken up by the 3 beds. Large closet, and balcony overlooking the square was quite nice.
Biggest issue was that the bed linens did not seem clean... Also the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The shower flooded after 2-3 minutes with the water running, and they did not clean the room or replace towels during our stay.

when I arrived the left was not worried so I took the stairs and the hotel is on the second floor.
the room was small and there was no sun lights

Very central location, reception and breakfast ladies super nice. Is a bed and breakfast/hostel not for sure a 3 star hotel.
Bathroom was disgusting. Needs better cleaning actually deep cleaning+ maintenance.
Window couldn't close properly and I can assure it's super extremely loud in Cairo all the time.
3.5
Location, centre of downtown Cairo. easy access to other sites, some were within walking distance
No customer service whatsoever. Didn’t explain when breakfast was available even though it was paid for. They need to be welcoming and accommodating to the guests needs.

The location is good. Close to Shops and Restaurants.
The entire building is advertised as the hotel which is not true. It seemed a few rooms are rented on 2nd floor of the property and advertised as Hotel Miramar. The reception had a desk with 2 plastic chairs. I booked a family suite well in advance but when i reached there i was offered a standard room ( A room with a bed and mattress). The person sitting in reception did not speak English and communicated in Arabic. He was not able to pull my booking details on his computer and i had to give him my phone to share all details upon which he called someone n spoke in arabic. Since he had advance payment authorization and did not have the family suite available, i asked him to cancel the booking which he did not agree to. So i left the property, and started looking for another hotel while wife and 4 yr old kid sat on the stairs waiting for me.

We had a nice, spacious room and bathroom. Shower had a glass partition to prevent water all over the floor. Beds were comfortable. TV worked. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great view overlooking Talaat Harb Square!
We enjoyed our stay at Miramar and would stay there again.
Nothing really.
