Always enjoy staying at the Vibe. The staff and hotel makes it easier to travel for work.

The rooms are always very clean and well set out. Has everything I need for a business trip.

More meal options would be nice and some Gluten Free options too.

Great staff, lovely property, somewhat limited meal options, hard bed

Staff were absolutely terrific at front desk and in the restaurant, ‘couldn’t ask for better service. Room was clean and well sized with a good desk/work space.

The bed was sadly the most uncomfortable bed that I can recall ever laying down in. I can’t say “slept in” because I didn’t sleep well in the bed at all. The front desk staff were very accomodating and had a mattress topper fitted which did help (I stayed three nights), but it was still an incredibly hard and uncomfortable bed. The restaurant menu was somewhat limited given the location, ie away from alternative dining options - without a car you are limited to what the hotel has to offer food wise and with food allergies that makes choice even more limited. Meals, although delicious, were very small. The menu would benefit from inclusion of “GF” (Gluten Free) type designators to help in choosing meals.

If I'd had a room to myself it would've been lovely.

Liked the proximity to the airport.

Having another person booked into the same room and walk in at 3am. Receptionist then accused me of being there without a booking.

Functional.

Location. En route to Snowy Mountains. It’s just off the route. Room is clean and functional. Love the Nespresso coffee machine in the room.

Menu in the restaurant is uninspiring. No real healthy options. Had the duck spring rolls. Disgusting.

Very much a basic airport hotel.

Bathroom setup for family with sliding screens and only one pillow each. Nowhere to hang towel when in shower

Was a very comfortable stay

Easy to navigate, lovely clean rooms, food was amazing and staff very helpful and friendly.

Very close to airport so made making the plane in the morning easy

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Due to location there were not many options for food/eating out. Due to time of my arrival it was the hotel restaurant only or a trip into to town, no other options within walking distance.

Good location, very noisy!

Location

Very noisy and staff not friendly. You could hear the noise from the airport, doors closing noise from the adjacent rooms and room above.

Great hotel - good location- very efficient and friendly staff. Easy check in/check out.

Very accessible and room was lovely. Quiet even right at the airport

Room service menu was not very useful if you just wanted a snack. What I had was nice but I really would have liked to see more snack choices ( eg toasties )

Room was clean and very Comfortable

We were there on a sat night ,for a special anniversary night . But very disappointed in they Apparently dont serve Cocktails on a weekend ,wow !! thats when they should serve them always ! also there was only Bar menu !! no restaurant .. ? And bar shut at 8.30on a sat .Very disappointed But the place itself is lovely .But Wont be going on a weekend again .

Airport Hotel

Very close to the airport which suited our needs. Bed was a comfortable spacious king. Staff very polite & helpful. Attended to a couple of issues with tv & telephone promptly.

Some mould in the shower silicone that needs to be replaced. The shower & toilet cubicles are frosted however the bathroom itself is not enclosed so there was some lack of privacy in this particular room.

Reception staff were fantastic!! Room service was excellent !! Room was comfortable and welcoming !!

Close to airport, a walk away which was very refreshing. Room was big and had a window so lovely to have sunlight. Room was cleaned daily. Reception staff was very helpful and could not do enough.

Had very uncomfortable experience with waiter at breakfast because I did not book table. No lactose free milk present had to ask for it. Food was lovely and fresh fruit always a go to.

A welcoming hotel to refresh weary travellers.

Vibe hotel lives up to it's name, with a pleasant, buzzy vibe — reception, lounge and restaurant were busy when I walked in, which is a lovely feeling. The decor is fresh and quirky. I asked the woman at reception whether it had been recently refreshed, because it all looked so new, but no, she said they just take great care of it. Good management! Staff were very friendly and efficient. My room was spotless and well designed for work and sleep. I found myself considering when I could next stay at this hotel — not a thought one usually associates with airport hotels. Altogether a great and experience after a fairly gruelling work trip. Thank you!

Style and comfort for a short stay.

Lovely modern hotel well located at the airport within 20 minutes to the city. I loved the quality and fragrance of the toiletry products. The staff at the bar and reception were great.

Convenient, but not what I expected for the rating…

The location was great! It was close to everywhere we needed to get to, so it was very convenient.

The hotel was falling apart. The bathroom was in disrepair with cracked tiles and the handle for the shower kept falling off. In the lift, the handle was also off at one stage. The staff were also not that friendly. I had a tumble out the front from an unclear step, and no one came out to help me.

Happy stay

The staff were so busy but so lovely and you wouldn't have know they were under pressure, I was extremely pleasantly surprised how kind the staff were, so I cancelled my return hotel that was way cheaper and booked my return stay with Vibe. The bed was soooo comfy as well.

I didn't have time to stay longer 🤩
