Simple budget motel if you are a family tight on budget.

Location. Just outside but not too far away from the city. Ample parking space. Staff had started the heater even before we arrived to keep the room warm.

They have a restaurant but not sure why they are not starting Breakfast or Dinner.

If all you are doing is sleeping in the room for an overnight stay it is passable.

Towels were only changed twice in 5 days. Housekeeping was limited to beds being made. Coffee cups were not washed and there was no facility for me to do more than rinse them in the bathroom sink. There was fungi growing out of the door frame in the bathroom. The room was advertised as having a bath in the bathroom, but only had a shower. The room had a microwave and a good sized fridge, but there was no plates or cutlery. To top it off the only window looked straight out onto a brick wall no more than 3-4 metres away.

I’ve stayed in the same good size and comfortable room twice previously- good value for money and easy check in at reception

Reasonably priced for Canberra Comfortable bed Staff helpful when they were there

Needed advice to get heating working but staff had gone. So we had a cold room. The shower curtain couldn't contain water in area. Not very modern, very out dated decor made it feel abit gloomy.

A good experience and will use it again and recommend it to others. Well done.

Room was spacy and comfortable. Location from shops, highway and hockey field was excellent. Booking inn and departure was quick with no hold ups.

The ceiling in the kitchen needs repairs. not enough cutlery and crockery for the facilities to be used, like the oven and fridge. No plates, knives and forks.

Suited our needs, good living space, price, location. Does need upgrading, bit rundown & dated.

The room was very spacious, and we had lots of space to move around in. Could easily move around bed without hitting something. There was lots of cupboard space. Beds were comfortable. Room had A/C, fans, electric blankets, heater, extra blankets, room was catered to cover all weather types, double windows to eliminate any noise, lots of power points in room. Was in good location and handy to where we needed to go. Lots of parking spaces available but some were a tight fit (close together).

Room was older, had tiles falling off bathroom wall, tap constantly leaked, only small bar fridge, larger fridge would have been better or kitchenette (was enough room for this), TV sound was really bad and had to have TV up very high to be able to hear (upgrade of TV's is needed). Would have preferred allocated room parking spots instead of park wherever you can get a spot.

All in all it was a pretty good weekend and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious and it had most of the facilities we needed, the staff were very accomodating to our needs. The motel was close enough to walking distance to catch the light rail. The fridge was very spacious and froze our water and ice bricks for use the next day as it was very hot. We had a fan to keep us cool most of the time

The bed was a bit lumpy and the room was lacking a small settee, to sit and watch TV. The shower head was very big and sprayed everywhere and the bathroom needed a cupboard under the vanity to store our bathroom needs. The air con was in line with the bed so we couldn't leave it on at night as we would have been too cold as it was too close.

The air-conditioning worked.

The TV didn't work properly, there was a used condom under the bed, there was mold throughout the bathroom, and NO spoons to make tea or coffee.

It was comfortable but I’m glad we didn’t have to d stay more than one night.

The room was clean and quiet.

The bathroom tap was very hard to turn off (actually, impossible). There were no cutlery items, no plates, no iron and no bathroom amenities apart from hand soap.
