Location, cleanliness and convenience, We were sent clear instructions on how to locate the apartment and how to gain entry. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Good location but dirty. Would not recommend.

The location was good

The property was not in good condition. The carpets were dirty and stained. We also found a dirty sock behind the curtain in the bedroom. Tried to vacuum the unit but the vacuum wasn’t even working properly. stains on the couch.

Spacious apartment for our family stay

Location was great, close to shops and restaurants. And easy walk to the lake for a stroll and look at the ducks and swans. Spacious apartment, comfy beds, separate toilet from bathroom, has a balcony, full kitchen, washer and dryer etc all very convenient.

Some areas of the apartment were not the cleanest and the dinning chairs were very worn out. Wifi was weak. But these were minor issues that didn't really affect our stay much. All in all a great stay.

Great location. Unclean property

We loved the location and the size.

The cleanness of this property was appalling. It was so dusty we had to vacuum, the walls were covered in dust which you can only see at night with the lamp on, kitchen utensils had to be cleaned again too.

Excellent location in the Belconnen area.

Information by SMS/email was clear and sent in advance. The instructions were sufficiently informative, so that I had no problem in using the door codes to get in. The apartment is in a good location if you need to be in the Belconnen area.

Both the bed and couch were a bit tired and not that comfy. It was OK for my five nights.

The apartment was roomy and had an excellent kitchen. The gym was accessible and had plenty of equipment available. It was close to supermarket, and places to eat.

I couldn't find a plug for the kitchen sink - made it hard to do the dishes. It was confusing to find the correct door / keys when I first got there.

Perfect location for ease to get around Belconnen. Great size property for the price.

Loved the location. The size of the apartment was perfect for our family and the facilities were very clean.

We would’ve preferred a softer bed with softer linen; the linen felt quite scratchy.

Disappointing

The apartment is big enough for a couple, good location, close to Westfield, parks and lake. Secured building.

TV, bedside tables, balcony, radio, etc were very dusty. We also found a used dirty towel inside the wardrobe. There was one satchel of laundry powder, for one use, however it was opened and half used.

Great location. Needs a little more TLC.

Great location that's central to the Belconnen area. It was easy to venture out and visit local restaurants/cafes. Good facilities and mod cons. The view from the apartment was also spectacular.

The apartment showed signs that it was not cleaned as well as it needed to be. Dust was everywhere from the top of the TV to the window sills. Finger prints and stains from guests that had young kids hadn't been removed from the glass doors and windows. The airconditioner filters had dust caked on - so much so that little air was coming out when they were turned on. I had to remove and clean these myself to get the airconditioners working.

Pubic hairs in toilet/basin/shower & floor. Multiple long hair follicles on bathroom floor. No toilet brush. Dirt layers on outside balcony and screen doors. All above items shocked us on our first impressions on arrival. Emailed our thoughts to property management/owner and still awaiting a reply.

great location! the furniture needs revamping as the some of the chairs are ripped and the wifi is slow but other than that it was a great stay 😀

the place needed a thorough clean. all surfaces and carpets were dusty and dirty marks on the walls. the bathroom was mouldy and the floor flooded when shower used. no working fan. dirty socks, hair pins and old water bottles had been left in bedrooms

Great

Carpets and rug need cleaning, broken chair, food under cushions on the lounge and large stains, kitchen needs a good clean, cockroach’s, skirting boards need cleaning. Need full length mirrors and a mirror should be fitted in the toilet above vanity. Location, parking and security were awesome. Just need to get a really good cleaning.

Location, style of unit, good blinds can sleep in, washer and dryer was handy,parking and security, just needs a good clean and pest control.
