Amazing stay close to the beach

The location was really good, close to the beach and promenade. There was a big free parking space nearby. The amenities that were offered (all kitchen utensils, washing machine plus detergents), basically all you need. On top, even beach towels, so rally all the amenities you'd need. Balcony was really great to relax and spacious. The apartment in per se was really spatious, at least for a couple. The owners provided free coffee, tea and a bottle of wine - nice touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided a lot of suggestions not only for Costa Adeje but also for our next trips. Highly reccomended

The bed was a bit small and too soft. This might be subjective, but for us, it could have been a bit better, especially if you plan a long stay The rainshower wasn't working, but the normal shower head did, so nothing that bad. All in all, we really can't find much to complain about, and these are mainly suggestions.

Very well-equipped apartment

Excellent apartment for your stay in Costa Adeje. The owner thought about every single detail you may need, from kitchen items to beach gear. The attention to detail is amazing. The terrace is big and there is plenty of free parking nearby.

Superb

The apartment offers everything you need, even more for a stay. In the kitchen: water cooker, coffee machine, toaster, pans, fry pans, pots, oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher, washing machine, Hänger etc. the apartment is nice, modern and new. The location was also great. We can walk to the beach it’s only 600m. We can also use the swimming pool of the resident area. The terrace is quite huge with all the garden facilities and many plants

The disadvantage you walk a little more from car park to the apartment as only resident can park in the area. With many luggages could be quite complicated. Luckily we have only 2 small luggages

Great apartment with wonderful terrace and kind host!

Very friendly host, explain us everything about the apartment and all important things. Nice apartment, beautiful terrace, well equipped kitchen! Generally, just great!

5 nights couple stay

Lovely apartment with great terrace. Lots of little extras provided which was great Close to beach

A strange experience after booking, we were offered an opportunity to cancel it for free, if we did so now. Later we received a phone call from booking.com telling us we paid an incorrect price and asking if we would split the difference.I declined of course. Whether this was an error on the apartment owner or booking.com, this should never have come the way of the customer to pay the extra. Also the apartment was not even cheap in the first place anyways. Beach umbrella provided although bottom piece damaged. Cushion for sunlounger smelt horrible, this needs washed. Location great for Toviscas beach, although other areas in adeje are nicer in general.

We'll be back

We loved this apartment for it's great location. It's very spacious and well equipped and freshly decorated throughout. The apartment has a lovely inviting terrace. The pool and pool bar was excellent.

The patio door was broken when we arrived and was not repaired during our stay. Easyjet cancelled our flight home, so, we had to travel 1 day earlier. I informed the owners, giving plenty of notice. But, instead of offering a refund for the unused day, they actually charged more. Which was a bit of a shame.

Best price/performance accommodation u can find

Accommodation is located in a complex with chip access, tennis and 2 swimming pools. Right next to the entrance is a large parking lot, where parking has never been a problem. The accommodation is a short walk from Fañabé Beach, located right on the main promenade, close to all kinds of shops. + cleanliness, amenities + realy big terrace!

The property included every possible daily necessity you can think of Large terrace, with plenty of sun during the day, and cozy place to sit in the evening

Only one single key for the apartment is not convenient Pool opening times could be longer

Good location, nice garden and smooth communication

1.The private yard with a big dining table surrendered by colorful flowers and plants is the gem of this flat. 2. Big kitchen appliances (washing machine, dish washer, fridge...) and AC are pretty new. 3. The location is next to the main commercial area and beaches(around 5-10 mins walk) 4. Parking space is good 5. Victoria who is the main contact while we are here are super nice with everything, she gave us bottle water when we check in due to it’s too late to buy from any nearby shop. The check out time is flexible with her make the life easier for us. The communication is good with her and the host.

1. Some small kitchen appliances (toaster and kettle) need either replacement or cleanup 2. There is always kids noises in the morning from the upper floor like 7am-8:30 am, this is quite annoying for every morning
