The motel was above a pub that had cheap drinks Pool table was free on Monday so that was a bonus. Close to traih station easy for public transport Staff and management were lovely

The room was generally dirty. Marks and dirt all over the walls. Bathrooms were filthy. Air conditioner and heating didn't work WiFi didn't connect to TV used own hotspot. Sheets were never changed. Request a change we cleaned and changed ourselves zero room keeping Very run down hotel could do with some air freshener when entering the building has a strong smell of dirt and mould. Room looks nothing like photos Bathtub was unusable Hot water takes along time to work. Sign on. Bathroom door for warning. This was a quick weekend trip wouldn't come here again. The staff and management were lovely

The location was great as it was so close to Wiley Park train station.

There was a cockroach under the blanket which came out at night when I was sleeping so more care needs to be taken when cleaning the beds/rooms. I was also expecting an attached toilet with the room. There was also an issue when I was not able to get into my room because I had turned the key when exiting but I did not know that would cause an issue. I think it is better to have a sign on the door that mentions this or staff should also mention this during check in.

Terrible bathroom

The bed was comfy and the room had air con and a tv. Staff was very friendly.

The bathroom was filthy and very old and broken down, shower door had mold on the bottom and it dodnt look like it had been cleaned in a while.

Too old and dirty - needs updating

Location

I booked 5months ahead for 4pax but was given beds for 3pax. Female staff was not giving me another option because their family rooms were booked out. Insisting I stick to it. The manager gave me another room with a private bathroom. He was helpful. The rooms were too old. Wardrobes too old and yucky. No fridge. The shower has no hot water, the other bathroom is dirty and moldy, and no enough lighting. The 2 bedroom looks like a prison cell/old hospital rooms. The other room had a stinky smell could be coming from the bed. In the morning, you can hear other rooms' door closing, that loud.If you need a room for a night, I don't recommend this. I wasn't able to sleep because the linens and bed mattress could be that dirty too. I wasn't brave enough to check.

I felt as if I was in a dungeon

The only things I liked that it was: That it was very close to the Wiley Park railway station. There was a convenience store

1. The reception opens at 10:00 AM. They do not seem to have an after hours line 2. They have an awkward system ot taking a key deposit. They do not have a system that is common to mosr similar hotels. 3. Their wifi was out of order and their staff's comment without having the courtesy of apologising they said that it is not their fault 4 No fridge in the room 5 The air=conditioner was not working 6 No hot water in the bathroom

Their checkin system. They want a $100 deposit, to secure against vandalism and theft. You can either pay the deposit by cash or card. But when you want to checkout you have to wait until 10am to get your money back.
