Gute Lage am Monkey Forest!
Man ist auf 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Centrum!
Für Abends ist eine Taschenlampe erforderlich, sehr viele Roller auf engem Weg.
Sehr freundliches Personal, immer gut gelaunt!
Kleiner Pool mit Liegen, immer eine frei.
Frühstück kann ausgewählt werden und ist sehr gut!
Gesamte Anlage (Bad des Zimmers und das Dach des Restaurants benötigt eine Renovierung!

Lovely cottages set in a large quiet garden located a few minutes away from the Sacred Monkey Forest. There is a nice swimming pool as well as a beautiful restaurant. The food is amazing (most ingredients come from their own organic vegetable garden) but there are also several other dining options nearby. The staff is super friendly. Other amenities include yoga shalas and a spa. This place embodies values of peace, beauty, kindness and ecology!
Nothing to fault

The cottages are set in a beautiful, very well maintained garden.
There is plenty of space, also for gardening and for keeping sheep.
Although we stayed in a beautiful and comfortable family room, the resort isn’t really family friendly.
There’s a sign at the swimmingpool saying “no jumping, no running, no screaming”.
Of course that is what kids love to do and I was always looking over my shoulder for a staff member to come tell me that my kids were too loud.
I was never able to relax at Swasti and relaxing a bit, was actually the reason for us to stay 4 days in Ubud.
For breakfast there aren’t a lot of kid friendly dishes either; all dishes are complicated; eg a fruit salad will come with a tangerine dressing, a waffle will come with green herbs, …
I would have chosen other accommodation if I were to know this up front.
The location isn’t very convenient, it costs 60.000 one way to take a taxi to the city center, as it is nearly impossible to walk through the monkey forest.

Breakfast was healthy, you could choose 2 little meals for example tiny sourdough bread with egg or porridge bowl, very diffrent to other places. The had yellow milk, healthy with curcuma.
We were still hungry after breakfast.

Every thing was awesome
Nothing - it was great

Close to central Ubud but far enough for tranquility
Staff were amazing
Very good food
no wifi in rooms,
no enough fish and meat choice at the restaurants

very unique! wooden huts with wooden floors but we also had aircon
a few nails sticking out of the wood and a few areas where the wood was breaking

I loved the colourful vibrant energy, the gardens and shalas, the rooms are spacious and beautiful and food was incredibly delicious. LOVED the morning tapas!
The rooms at reception are quite noisey if there are guests next door.

Beautiful setting and accommodations. Peaceful at night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Spa was wonderful. I love the morning coffee in my room. The FOOD is spectacular!!! I will be back!

The garden is amazing. The eco concept, by utilizing used materials for the furnitures, is thoughtful. Also the yoga classes.
I considered it overpriced for the facility and quality. I would be happy paying half of the listed price. The ponds are not well maintained.

Great location, central but away from the bustle of the main streets of Ubud. A little green oasis right next door to restaurants, cafes and a couple of small supermarkets. A very good restaurant is on site and open the whole day and evening with exquisite vegan and vegetarian dishes prepared mainly with their own garden ingredients. You can also have fish and one or two meat dishes, I think. My only gripe is with our bathroom which had a permanently wet floor due to a leaking pipe at the back of the toilet and an unsightly area of outdoor pavers, also permanently wet from the open shower runoff. Otherwise, a good choice to stay when in Ubud as it is away from the traffic chaos but still very central.

Good location close to nice restaurants.
They are organizing a lot on site (e.g. yoga)
Breakfast is healthy and good.
Rooms are clean and staff is friendly.
I found it strange that you need to buy a voucher if you want to use the pool (in return you can buy food with the voucher in their restaurant).

We really enjoyed our stay at Swasti :) It has a very ralaxing atmosphere. Beautiful to sit on the verandah and enjoy the garden views. The included breakfast was delicious! Away from the touristy hub of central Ubud but only a short walk along the Monkey Forest short cut lane into town. Highly recommended! Thank you for the stay!

Good location to get away from hecticness of central Ubud, as it's very peaceful. The setting is lovely. Bathroom I loved! And some of the staff were really great and helpful.
This was my Christmas treat to myself and it disappointed me. There were times when it felt like expensive camping. All conversations that take place near your room you can hear, so there's not much sense of privacy. I was awake at midnight listening to someone's action movie as if I was in the room with them.
And if you're a light sleeper avoid the room over reception where I was, as it's next to a staff area so you wake up at 6am when they start their day.
On Christmas Eve I had an infestation of flying ants in my room, hundreds of them, probably because of the rain. The guy who came to deal with them was really great, but I got the impression that reception didn't really care. I know it's an Eco lodge but hundreds of flying ants in your room is a pretty big issue.
On Christmas Day the cleaner came by at 8.45am to clean. I should have asked her to come back later, but I found myself waiting on the terrace for her to finish so I could go back inside. And that wasn't the best.
So all in all, it was not the dream. Some small niggles are holes in the mosquito net, chipped crockery and ancient towels (but everywhere in Indonesia seems to have ancient towels!)
Oh, and if you pay by card on site they manually add on 3% before running your card, stating bank fees.

Beautiful property, with lots of green and a nice restaurant. Rooms had comfy beds
It was very noisy, they had children parties

A great place to stay for solo travellers. Amazing food, a gorgeous setting and comfy beds.
Use grab to get a taxi from here as its better value then the driver they suggest

Our bungalow was just awesome surrounded by green plants with a private entrance and garden. We loved the flowers on our bed and the wedding wishes note from the staff when we entered the room. The bathroom was clean and large.
The cafe restaurant has a terrific offer.
The seating areas could be improved by providing better and cleaner pillows.

everything was amazing! i love love love their keto bowl and their yellow turmeric latte, and my partner is obsessed with their tuna tataki bowl ( he ordered 2 for dinner). food is amazing, the place is cozy and beautiful, surrounded by trees and more trees! the property is big, with plenty of space to go for a little stroll through their organic garden. we loved our stay and will always remember our couples pamper afternoon at the spa! flower bath, massage, chocolate Body mask, what’s not to love?! recommended 100%

Great place to stay when you're in Ubud. So calm and relaxed. Super friendly staff, very beautiful complex. Delicious breakfast. awesome rooms. Coffee and tea every mornig. Could have stayed much longer. The Yoga course on Saturday morning was great. Highly recommended.
Their own Spa didn't quite live up to the excellent impressions. not so nice facilities which didn't offer privacy (they didn't close the curtains fully between the rooms) and comfortable surroundings (you hear everything from the adjoining rooms). the staff seemed a bit distracted and unfocused. But besides that, every was great.

A hidden oasis. Such a tranquil and relaxing place. The food was exceptional and so beautiful presented. I loved the vegie gardens and the spa treatment was excellent.
There was nothing i didn't like i just wish i stayed longer.

beautiful grounds, rooms are cozy, great location
wish there were umbrellas and hair dryers avaialable , and a lot of ants and mosquitoes in dining area

Great place! Beautiful garden with sheep and yoga huts. There is a spa too, which offers excellent massages for a reasonable price. Food in the restaurant is also good and a lot of options. They pay a lot of attention to the details. Kind staff... There was also a breathwork session that I would recommend. Just great! I have already recommended it to two friends who will also go there.
I would have liked a bit more yoga lessons. There was only one that week. And I believe they washed their garden veggies with tap water, so if you're like me from Europe, the raw tomatoes and lettuce will upset your stomach. And the internet is not great. But that keeps you offline ;)
