子連れ旅にもおすすめ！

スタッフの皆さんが親切でとにかく優しかったです！赤ちゃんと2人で宿泊しましたが、テラスで食事がとれたのでのんびりできました。ルームサービスもとても美味しかったです。英語に自信がなく、Whatappのメッセージでやりとりをしてくださり、変圧器の貸し出しやドライヤーの故障など対応してくださりよかったです。

こちらから要望を伝えないと案内はなかったこと 2泊目の朝食のこと、特典のスパ、ウブドまでの移動など。ただ全て対応してくださったので問題なかったです。

Staffs are nice and worth a visit.

The staffs are so so so nice! The hotel is very beautiful, their villa room is exceptional and even more beautiful than the picture shows. Breakfast is also nice, you can choose whatever you like on the menu. We stayed for 2 nights and tried them all. None of them were just so-so, everything is good and worth a try.

The only down side is that it’s close to center of Ubud, so if you’re sensitive to noise then you might wake up earlier in the morning lol

Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff, special extra touches

The staff were absolutely exceptional, so kind and helpful, I stayed only two nights and they all greeted me by my name. The hotel facilities are gorgeous and the at the roof there is deck which was perfect for morning yoga. The pool is gorgeous, the food was great and they even left a bedtime story on my bed every night!

It’s quite close to a busy road so at night I struggled with the noise. The pool area has trees and is surrounded by the hotel so I hd to move around a lot to find a sunny spot for sunbathing.

Готель в цілому чудовий, простора кімната, є де розмістити речі. Дуже класно що сніданки приносять у номер на ту годину, коли тобі потрібно. Чисто. Інтернет працював нормально. Дуже чудове спа. Басейн чистий, але так як він знаходиться всередині будівлі, то сонце не цілий день. Коли з’явився неприємний запах у ванній кімнаті, то нам змінили номер.

Дві речі - це 10 см тарган у номері, але це було один раз і я так розумію від цього на Балі ніхто не застрахований. Друга річ, що не пишеться ціна за випрані речі, а в кінці виставляється рахунок в 500.000, коли таку ж кількість речей перуть за 20.000 через дорогу… ще й повертають з тою ж самою плямою, дуже шкода що це я побачила вже коли ми поїхали…

I don’t recommend this place if you are looking for a very chilling relaxing time in Bali.

It’s close to downtown and restaurants so very convenient. Staff are so helpful and kind. Many benefits for the guests.

1 right by the roadside so it’s a bit noisy when you are in public space 2 pool access means you are two steps away from the public pool and you can literally hear everything when others are enjoying the pool and you have to keep the drapes closed because they can look right into your room 3 very bad smell when you enter the room- aroma spray is placed in the bathroom but it didn’t help at all. Whenever we stayed in the room we smell piss which was really really off putting. 4 can’t sleep in the morning because the soundproof is not so good. Can hear next door guests coughing talking and shutting their doors super clear- feels like a hostel or a motel.

World class staff mean you won’t be disappointed!

The staff were world class and couldn’t do enough for us. All the staff knew our names and welcomed us with a smile. They went the extra mile, offering us a wake up call when we climbed Mt Batur and had to be picked up at 2:30am, and they also brought us tea and pancakes when they saw us come in from getting caught in a rainstorm, soaking wet! The drivers were really professional and really friendly, the kitchen staff were attentive and the porters really polite! The room itself was really great, and the balcony backed onto the pool area. The bathroom had an amazing bath tub and powerful shower, with plenty of space! The bed was really comfortable, though a bit creaky so when you moved in the night made a little noise. The location was great too, with the main restaurants in Ubud being about 15/20 minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a convenience store within 2 mins walk. We also had a great massage from the spa, and would recommend the Balinese massage!

We had one or two minor negative points, one of which was that the breakfasts were fairly limited so if you are there for multiple days, you end up having the same thing most days.

Excellent friendly service

Staff were very friendly. We stayed in the villa which was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teens). Small hotel so it was nicer than big resort type accommodation. Food was excellent. Breakfast was served in our villa each morning. It was A la carte but you can select as many different things as you want. Would definately recommend the villa for older families but possibly not suitable for those with small children due to the separate bedrooms. Pool temperature was perfect. Quiet location of villa at the back of the hotel.

Spa services were a bit pricier than other accommodation we stayed at in Bali

Quaint, boutique hotel with amazing staff and great location

Beautiful building and decor. The staff were incredible and very accommodating. It was really comfortable and safe. The location was great, slightly off the busy centre but in walking distance of everything. They also accommodated to dietary needs. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

2베드룸 스위트 빌라 (4인 가족) 2박을 하였습니다. front desk 직원으로 시작해서 모든 직원들이 친절했으며, 프라이빗한 빌라는 가족이 사용하기 매우 편하고 좋았습니다. 시설은 깨끗했고, 필요한 물건 및 요구사항을 모두 들어 주었습니다. 나의 딸들이 배가 아팠을때는 진저 차, 약을 준비해 줬습니다. 일요일에만 하는 선데이 선셋 공연은 인도네시아 전통춤을 경험하게 해주었습니다. 우붓에 숙박할 일이 있다면 다시 오고 싶습니다.

Lovely experience, little slice of heaven

The staff were very attentive and helpful and the property was beautiful. Room perfectly clean and cool and well maintained. We loved the room which overlooked the beautiful pool. We had Dinner there which was fresh and tasty, breakfast on our balcony. The position of the property is at the entrance to Ubud and a nice walk into town and they also run a shuttle. Would I stay here again, definitely. Thank you Purana for a peaceful stay.

Perfect. Def gonna repeat

Everything was perfect and excellent. Breakfast & dinner very delicious. Comfortable bed. The even provide 3 pillows for each person. Bath tub was good & functioning well.

There’s a weird bad smell coming from the wardrobe. Smells like cat’s urine. We found 1 small baby coackroach in the toilet. Otherwise are perfect.

I would highly recommend The Purana Suite 100%

I own restaurants & an hotel & Everything at the Purana Suite Ubud was what we needed the staff was amazing with every little detail even down to the smiles everytime we met them. The hotel it's self was excellent the rooms the pool , spa & restaurant was beautiful, Thanks to all the team for making Ubud memorable x

Staff members exceeded expectations!

Staff members were the star of the resort. Their hospitality made you feel like their esteem guest. Like how they made it convenient in arranging transport. Their massage staff and tour guide are incredible !

A/c could be stronger. A gym would be nice as well.

The breakfast was good, lost of choices, the location was good to visit the monkeys forest , 10 mnts walk. Plenty of restaurants and stores around The pool was very appreciated with the warm temperature

Nice holidays in Ubud

Perfection

We travel two months about of the year all over the world. We stay in hostels, homes, motels, hotels, resorts. Purana is one of our best experiences. The property is centrally located, but with a retreat feel. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and attractive. The breakfast is tasty and served in a magnificent art gallery. The staff is easily the most effective and friendly we have encountered. This place is a gem!

exceptional hotel and service

the hotel is very convenient, great restaurants around… the rooms are comfortable, clean, tidy and big bathrooms. we were meant to be at Purana for the first 3 nights and we ended extending or holidays to enjoy 5 more nights at purana. all the people are excepcional.. very helpful and they took a lot of care of us. breakfast is so delicious and many varieties. without doubt if we come back to Bali for sure we are gonna stay at Purana again.
