Nice scene, everything was good. Staff was very friendly.
Only things is aircond not cold n bathroom.

Location. Pristine cleanliness. Mural in bedroom. Best bed on our trip. Beautiful helpful kind staff.
Nothing. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Location
The property is nothing like in the pictures and doesn’t offer the facilities they indicated to have. The bedsheets were dirty, the air con only half worked, the pool was very dirty and the bathroom is the worst I’ve ever seen (no clean towels and toiletpaper, the shower didn’t fit). We ended up booking a different hotel and didn’t stay longer than an hour. Still had to pay 850k VND

The staff are great.Friendly. Always ready to help. The pool is a wonderful way to end the day before or after dinner. The breakfast is great and the dinner options good and reasonably priced. There’s always a good variety of drinks in the coolers and the dogs are nice. Air conditioning worked well when needed and there’s fans. The homestay does laundry, will arrange travel, scooters and bicycles available on property.
The rooms have no real windows. We had a big room, a big door with a small patio so not a problem. The rooms are bamboo so you’ll hear what’s going on around you
but it’s quite after 10pm

- Great facilities
- Owners/Staff always willing to help and chat
- Location is close to everything if you take a scooter or bicycle
- Close to several other homestays
- Family dinner every night encourages people to meet
- Noise is an issue for the private rooms
-- Walls block zero sound
-- built in groups of two so you will hear everything your neighbour does
-- located beside the entrance driveway so anyone coming in at all hours off buses etc... you will hear
-- located 10m from the restaurant where people can kareoken until 1030ish.
The noise normally wouldn't have bothered us however we were sick for two days so hoped to get rest early.. Unfortunately this was not the case as groups of very young backpackers partied into the night 2 of the 4 nights.
Just luck of the draw and Unfortunate placement of the private rooms.
If you like want to be social this is a great place.

Amazing location and facilities. They do family dinners which gives you a chance to mingle with the other people staying here. They have a small shop and plenty of drinks everything you could possibly need right on site. The rooms were spacious and clean and the food they serve is delicious. You can rent mopeds with them for a very cheap price to get yourself around. Definitely reccomend for anyone backpacking

It had a pool, pool table, family dinners, easy to buy drinks/snacks/beer, helpful staff
The staff did nothing to quiet down another group watching a final match and yelling constantly until 2am. The bathrooms were never stocked with soap or shampoo.
4.3
The property is convenient but what makes it special is the staff. Lan was funny, helpful and truly wants to keep you happy.
I recommend this place to future travellers!
4.3
lovely place beds so comfy, make sure not to get dorm. duvets & breakfast free
just bit far from town 20min on the bike but worth it for the pool
4.3
The scenery is cool and the pool is fun to cool down in
a lot of the services / facilities aren’t available when the property isn’t busy. there was no family dinner or bar service by the pool because there were no other guests around

The room was advertised as 'garden view', but there was no garden view.
There were cups, but no kettle (or fridge).
The bathroom hadn't been cleaned well, hair still in the drain.
Lamp didn't work properly, nor did the air conditioner. And the wall fan made a loud noise while on. Mattress wasn't comfortable either.
Plus we were so close to reception that it was fairly loud. This was not a social hostel with a nice atmosphere.
Pancake at breakfast was far too oily to finish.
Overall, the room was a big disappointment for the price.
I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Amazing location, especially for bike travelers. Nice and warm owner and good vibe in bungalow.
There was a party one night, unfortunately one of us had a headache this day and it was pretty loud in the room. Fortunately they stopped after 11PM.

The surroundings are beautiful and the staff are really nice
shared bathroom was poor and it was noisy

The reasons I didn’t rate the photos excellent is because the property and surroundings are nicer than the photo. I arrived with a group of friends late at night. The host was very helpful and accommodating when sorting ya into our rooms. They were very accommodating staff. We had hostel to ourselves and it was so amazing staff let us use heated pool and served us anything we wanted till the time we decided to go to bed. The food was all amazing. We will definitely come back again 😍 thank you

Very good place between the mountain, good swimming pool, good food, good staff (they very care about the customers), chill, karaoké, pool, i recommend this place !
No Air C in the room but with fent it was ok. Nothing to hang out our cloths in the room but we asked to the reception and they give us something so everything was cool
