Very comfortable

We were on a bike ride from Harrietville and stopped in Beechworth for the night. It was great it was so close to the pool as we were exhausted and it was very hot - so the pool was very welcome.

It was very hot, and the fans were ok in the bedrooms, but would have been good to have the airconditioning to cool the rooms for the night as well. Having said that - the bed was comfortable and we had a great stay!

Cozy and perfectly located Edwardian home in the heart of Beechworth.

The location was absolutely fantastic! Well appointed house, good spaces to utilise. We liked, too, the consideration of the bedding given the temperature of the season (-3 one night!).

The only two things we looked for at the time were a few more utensils, etc in the kitchen, and we also came armed with DVDs to watch, as we didn't expect a smart TV or any such connectivity. Always happy to watch and old-school DVD! DVD players a relatively cheap so I think popping one of those into the cozy lounge would be worthwhile!

Quaint stop over

The beds were comfortable. The proximity to the town of Beachworth was excellent. The place was old but quaint and clean.

The TV worked, Netflix did not work. The previous renters had a smoker that smoked in the home and it made me feel sick. The smoke smell is very different to a fireplace smell. Very very disappointing. The key was also left in the door not in the secured spot suggested. Being a country town I guess security is not really an issue. We wanted to park our car in the large driveway. However, could not open the gate to do so.

We loved the feel of the house. Although it is quite old, the inside and the back deck were wonderful. The location is great, right in town. It was also very reasonably priced.

It was a very cold house, but after using the heaters, it warmed up quite well. Thank goodness for the electric blankets! (bunk beds had no electric blanket)

Perfect little cottage

Great location, walking distance to town. The beds were so comfortable and cozy, everyone slept so well. Well equipped, even had champagne glasses, which is quite rare in holiday accommodation.

Pemberton has so much charm and potential. It’s a great location and we did enjoy our stay. The beds were clean and comfy, and the kitchen was clean, however the house felt neglected. Paint work on doors and doorframes was grimy. Windows were dirty and cobwebby, and window sills were dusty and gritty. With a thorough clean Pemberton would be so much more appealing.

Beautiful, serene and easy walking distance to everything. will be back!

The house was beautiful. So stylish and extremely comfortable. We all felt right at home. The deck out the back with the sound of the running quick was beautiful. Along with the king parrots that came to visit!

Nothing could have been better. We absolutely loved it all and will be back to stay!

The house was very clean and a large space overall This had a washer and a lovely deck with a brook at the back Host was great and responsive The house was close to the CBD and still quiet and private

House needed a bit of a paint at the front but overall it was great

Easy and seamless.

The location was perfect, the electric blankets meant the house didn't feel so cold, and the view/walk down to the river from the balcony was perfect. Everything was seamless and easy, great place and great stay.

It is cold, so use the heaters/electric blankets! The location of the house was out of reception for some of us without wifi.
