Gentilezza e riservatezza

L'appartamento era accogliente. La camera matrimoniale, in particolare, era di dimensioni generose. La cameretta era più piccola, ma andava bene. Il bagno era pulito e dotato dell'occorrente. Condizionatore caldo/freddo presente e funzionante. TV in camera da letto presente e armadio capiente. Proprietari molto gentili e riservati. Parcheggio interno proporzionato alla struttura.

Più che una nota negativa, la chiamerei riflessione: il prezzo ritengo sia un po' alto in relazione al luogo in cui si trova. Il bar per consumare la colazione è distante circa 2 km dalla struttura

Nice host!

Extremely kind owner who greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. He also made a dinner reservation on our behalf in a local restaurant.

Quite a lot of plastic and rather basic breakfast, but that maybe was due to COVID-19.

We have stayed here more than once and would stay here again!

We stayed here a year ago so this was our 2nd stay here. Our room (same one) was huge, actually 2 rooms (double bed in one and 2 twins in the other) with a bath in-between. The other room is a bit smaller with a double and twin bed but plenty large too. We have not seen the Apartment. The internet worked a LOT better this time (they had a repeater in the room now) and was reliable, only down first thing one morning. The hosts Guisy and Antonio are very pleasant. The location is fairly quiet, there is a speed bump on the road outside and occasional trucks can make a lot of noise running over it. All the windows are screened but there is also air conditioning available, though at this time it was unnecessary. The ad says, "There is free shuttle service at the property" which would be helpful if you did not have transportation though we never inquired about it. Super convenient for us as we visit our Italian friends who live in a small apartment less than a half km away!

It does say the host speak English? Antonio who we mostly interact with, really only a bit, his wife Guisy may be more fluent, but we also speak a bit of Italian and our Italian friend in the town is fluent so we can manage. They do have a college age son who is pretty good at English if the need may arise though? With the internet and modern technology you can manage.
