Die Dame beim Empfang war freundlich. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber.

Das andere Personal war nicht so freundlich und schien desinteressiert zu sein. Die Außenmöbel waren sehr heruntergekommen. der Strand war nicht so schön und das Frühstück nicht so lecker (Banane unreif).

Nice crashpad after a flight

It was a perfect place to crash after a night flight. The staff is very friendly and helpful in organising tours. The location in front of the beach is perfect to enjoy some well deserved rest. We selected a half board option but that was not necessary since there are other dining options in the surroundings. Breakfast was highly enjoyable and the house dog is the most friendly I ever saw in a hotel.

- The shower area in my room was totally a swimming pool after having showered. Some leakage in the drain I suppose - the empty swimming pool tank looked tempting but was out of service.

Right on the beach, good for swimming.

Beach full of plastic and no bins to throw rubbish in. No a fault of the hotel, but would be nice if cleaning the hotel grounds, which was done every morning, extended to the beach

Отличное место! Возле отеля сломался мотоцикл и сама судьба нас к нему привела) Пляж в 20м от отеля, вид с балкона тоже на пляж. И как приятно было засыпать под шум океана. Вкусный ужин и завтрак) Есть меню, будет из чего выбрать. Хозяин добродушный, весёлый и отзывчивый. В вечер нашего прибытия играла живая музыка. Музыканты узнав что мы русские спели около 4 песен на нашем языке) и дали попробовать спеть самим☺️ В самом номере есть кондиционер, холодильник, ванная комната, телевизор, два стола с стульями, балкон с видом на океан. Есть режим всё включено по питанию Так же хозяин отеля может организовать для вас экскурсии)

The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The sea view was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my family and I had a great time at this hotel and would definitely recommend to others

The price was great, the bed was big, the view of the ocean was great, the bathroom was clean, the staff were very friendly. Overall this hotel is very cheap and perfect for couples or younger people who are looking for a budget room, with a stunning view, nice outdoor seating and funky bar. Worth the money.

The air con did not work very well at all, there was no hot water so the shower was freezing (even in a hot country like Sri Lanka you need a bit of warm water), some coffee sachets would have been nice, and it would have been nice if the T.V. was working so we had something to do when the baby was sleeping. All in all this is a great hotel but it is ultimately a budget hotel, but on Booking.com it sounds a little more luxurious than it is.

Excellent boutique hotel.

An excellent small hotel (6 rooms) on the beach and all rooms are sea facing. The rooms are large and very well decorated with fridge, TV and large shower room, spa shower with music and beautifully tiled walls and floors. It has a modern look inside the hotel. The owner is very hard working, generous and helpful. He will ensure you are comfortable and happy. He also runs a local charity (registered in Sri Lanka and in Netherlands) that supports over 30 orphans in a local orphanage. All staff are exceptionally helpful and polite. The restaurant is excellent with Sri Lankan, Western and Chinese cuisine as well tasty sea foods prepared to the highest standard. All food is freshly prepared. We recommend this hotel any day and will definately come back here again and support this small business. Stay: April 2023 B Tejani UK

It's a little paradise with the best prices!!!!! Top service and really really kind staff ;) we enjoyed it so much. we had here everything we needed. It exceeded our expectations and that's why we stayed longer than we had planned.

Not shore that it cost that price, but i have sweet memory!

We chose this hotel to adapt after a long flight. The hotel is on the first line, away from noisy places and the railway. Clean beach, but not safe for swimming with children. You can walk 5 minutes but no one is cleaning the beach there. There are always free sunbeds in the garden that can be moved anywhere, but you always had to ask for a mattress and a towel and wait a long time. In the evening they turn on the lights in the garden - very beautiful! The owner helped with organizing a surprise morning greeting for my husband (birthday). We opted for the all-inclusive option so we didn't have to worry about food upon arrival. As a result, we were not hungry, but it was not clear how to choose food: either they simply set the table for us, or according to the menu (drinks are not included in the price).

Difficulties with the organization of the all-inclusive option. Opaque scheme. A very caring owner, whose interest sometimes grew into an annoying promotion of services. When the electricity went out (which is natural for the island), it became very stuffy in the room. The generator could handle the needs of the kitchen or the light downstairs, but not the coolness. We spent more than 1 month on the island, traveling, there is something to compare. There no shop in 5 min walk, even restorant.

Beautiful spot on the beach, rooms with balconies facing the ocean. And a friendly pet Labrador, Toby, on the premises.

Straight on the beach, in very isolated, calm area between the sea and the river, that makes it quite special for Sri Lanka. The hotel does not have many rooms (and all rooms are facing the sea) and for almost one week we were the only tourists. We had full attention from the hotel staff, every meal was cooked specifically for us, at the time when we wanted and how we requested. The seafood was great! The room itself was big (we had triple room), clean, nice shower, great balcony with a view. Sometimes when electricity was down as it is still usual thing in Sri Lanka, hotel staff had to turn on generators, basically just for us - so we have not had any inconveniences because of that. I'd say the service was exclusive and really great. And given the price - it is hard to wish anything more.

Nothing specific to the hotel. The sea sometimes is rough (and I like the waves personally, had a swim every day), but perhaps it is not suitable for children or older people. For me however - almost flawless stay.

i was checking 3days back.. no any support to keep the baggage inside the room... so many times i went down to the take my beverage..and also checking out day no one support to me bring down my baggages.. i paid lot but no any customer service.. i will never go again.. this place..

A hotel with a family atmosphere, great helpful staff, excellent cuisine (they will prepare any kind of food - world and local and at any hour, fresh fish and seafood are also on the menu). A beautiful bay with a sandy beach with coconut palms, the bay has breakwaters made of stones on the sides in the sea, so even small children can swim safely here.

Of the good just view from the balcony and location safe this hotel.

That’s not a hotel, something like a guesthouse not more. Very old all of facilities, bathroom is dirty and needed repair. If you want to clean room, you have to ask the staff, because they don’t change the towels, don’t pick up the trash… in the room were ants When you arrive to the coconut bay, in the room you have a bottle of water, but the next is for extra cost. The breakfast was not bad, but for 5 days it was the same, coffee was terrible You can have a lunch or dinner very cheap, but no so tasty. The Wi-Fi was bad!!! The staff was very obsessive. I’m not recommending to stay here, maybe just for one night.
