Quiet location, big room, good bathroom and separate toilet, very friendly staff.
Very good restaurant with extraordinarily good pizza!

I was exceptionally pleased with the menu the choices and the service.
Due to renovations the noice was not great, however this was understandable.

Excellent customer service, clean, quiet
Breakfast not included

The receptionist/cashier was incredibly rude on numerous occasions, and even led me to miss my ride back to Kampala because she didn’t show up on time for my check out.

NOTHING
The place is run down and nothing like in the pictures. The hotel is entitled as they know “booking.com” customers will be charged either way. They treat walk in customers and whites very differently. I could not stay there a second night and forfeited $49

Incredibly friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and delicious food. Will definitely stay again!

The room was big and spacious. Bed with a mosquito net canopy. Beer was reasonably priced. The correspondences with the management and how prompt they were was very decent
I loved the close proximity the hotel is to the centre of town. It is a walking distance.
I hated the towels. They are clean but so old and have lost their white colour - sort of brownish. For hygienic purposes, this can be so off putting.
The food (dinner and Breakfast) is extortionately priced. I have travelled around extensively around the country and thus know the hotel prices and the quality. I don't think it's worth paying for at that price.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, affordable and good food choice.
My pizza ( anchovy) was incredibly spicey ( too much chilli) but when I asked for a glass so I could get some water from the cooler in the restaurant I was told ‘there is a charge’ for that. So despite me paying $50 for my room and $10 for my pizza they would let me have a glass of water without paying extra - ludicrous, petty and penny pinching. When I questioned this I was told that the water in my room was free so I could go and get that...so mid meal I had to go out of the restaurant, round to the side of the hotel, up a flight of stairs, unless the corridor door, walk along the corridor to my room, get my jug of water and glass then repeat the above and return to the restaurant if I wanted to avoid paying for a glass of water ( it wasn’t the cost, it was the principal and the obvious penny-pinching attitude of management. At the end of the meal I still had half my pizza left ( hard to cope with so much unexpected chilli on a pizza)so asked if it could please be wrapped so I could take it for my journey the next day. I was then told that I would have to pay an extra ‘takeaway charge’ for this. Again ludicrous. I’ve never in my life had a restaurant try to charge me extra for a ‘doggy bag’ of my own food that I was already paying for. I refused to pay extra so just carried the remaining pizza slices in my hand to my room.
These two examples of ‘meanness’ , clearly implemented my management spoilt what would have been a nice stay. Would neither stay again nor recommend unless management look at their penny pinching policies.

Nice hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was good. We could walk easily to other parts of town to see the sights. Food at the restaurant was also good!
Nothing, everything was great!
