Gute Lage. Man kann vor dem Apartment gratis parken. Netter innenhof. Kaffee vorhanden.
Bett bequem.

The location was good.
It was very very humid, zero sunlight and in some places of the apartment smelled very bad due to humidity.

Good location, located on the ground floor, the kitchen is well equipped, spacious living room.
No toilet paper, wonder if the bed sheet was changed or not before arrival cause some hair was visibly attached on it.

There's some bakeries nearby to get your own breakfast. The roof terrace is a big plus.
The tap water is not potable and there was no bottled water even for the first night. The dishes were not properly cleaned as they had simply been done by hand by a prior guest.

Good Location! Good value for money and clean!
Easy access.
I was disappointed to have booked it for 3 days as I couldn't get a refund. The place is clean but all appartement has a very small windows in the corner of the kitchen, which makes the place look dark and has a mould smell. The first night it was a bit difficult and we had to keep the entrance door open too. Just a detail but it didn't even have the essential like toilet paper or water for the first evening. It could be ok for 1 night but not a holiday home.

Apartment was spacious, spread over 2 floors and having 2 bedrooms and 2 showers. It also had a private terrace. Everything was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We didnt cook but kitchen had all that is needed to do so. We felt at home. Location was perfect, around 10 minutes by foot to Ortigia. Martina the host was helpful and very accomodating.
Everything was fine.

The place was easy to find with plenty of free parking in the surrounding area. I hadn't noticed from the description that the kitchen and the bedrooms were on different levels. But it was not really a problem. Our apartment had two bathrooms which was very convenient for us as a family of four. The fridge had a good size and the beds were really comfortable. We had a little problem with the hot water in the kitchen, we couldn't get it to work. The host took care of it and solved the problem in an Italian kind of way ;-) She was also responding very quickly which was really nice! I would definitely recommend this place.
I didn't like the new kind of coffeemaker that produces a lot of garbage. I'd personally have had preferred the Bialetti kind that you have to use on the stove.

This was a great spot to be a home base for Siracusa and surrounding area. The outdoor space was really wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was good. While not exactly what we expected, we had a very nice stay here.
The layout was unusual, with bedrooms connected (walk through one to get to the other) on the first floor and the kitchen and second bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen could have been better equipped.
