The stay was very good and staff are always courteous. Security is guaranteed and apartment clean.

Second time at this place. Friendly and people of integrity. I’m comfortable staying at this place and will always be my first go to place whenever I travel into the town. The place is easy to collect, and staff are very courteous!

The indicated price on my booking online turned out to be different from what I was advised to settle. I think they should be consistency in this area as I ended up paying an extra circa K700 as a result. The price online should be fixed for the duration of booking rather than fluctuating. Though a compromise was reached, this episode was unpleasant for me as I ended paying more than what I had booked initially.

Staff on ground tried their best but owner needs to.provide more oversight than just chase payments

The premise has no.paying machine on premises making payment a nightmare if you don't move with cash. There was no.power so working one needs to go find a place with an invetor. I travel a lot and this was disappointing 😞

The security was excellent and Neil, the onsite host was helpful with any requests.

The beddings were not clean, no mosquito nets over the beds and the shower pressure was low unless you asked for the pump to be turned on....and this was not explained when we first arrived...

It was a very quiet and peaceful place.

Decoder signal was really bad the children could not watch anything we had to download cartoons on a hard drive for them to watch. The pressure for cold water was very low couldn't use the shower even after reporting the problem.Ended up drawing water from the kitchen and using a bucket to bath.

had a lovely stay over the weekend. staff were all very helpful and kind. place was exceptionally clean and exactly as advertised. the owners are also very helpful and communicate promptly for any information or assistance required. can wait to go back!

It was well worth it. I will definitely be staying there again when I am next in Ndola.

The Location was relatively easy to get to, though it being the rainy season the non tarred road was rather muddy in some places but thankfully that was the last 20 or so meters. I appreciated being met on arrival and the staff ensured that all our needs were catered to. The apartment was lovely and very clean and everything that was promised was indeed provided.

Having travelled with an infant it would have been nice to have a small bedside lamp available. Additionally while I was out for most of the day I noted that the Wi-Fi was better after hours.

The treatment was excellent, the stuff were on point and very helpful, the place is so clean, security is on point, it was home away from home, very closer to town and restaurant and shops, the hospital is not far either,

Overall, the apartment was as expected. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was provided as stated in the booking.

There were no bedsheets and it was very warm so the blankets were not usable. We had to sleep uncovered.

Lovely home away from home

The property is well maintained and the staff Mulanga ,Neil and the rest of the team were very helpful. Nice bbq area the team helped us with everything we needed. I would recommend it 5* treatment . Thank you really enjoyed my stay.

Don’t Look any further.

The things I liked most About this property. The availability of a on site Manager 🙋🏾‍♂️ Exceptional cleaning crew. 🧹The place was spacious and roomie. Quiet and away from all the noise of Town center. They took care of all my laundry.🧺 Truly home away from home! I had to change my arrival date three times. Brenda was gracious and patient with that and did not charge me anything extra. Brenda and Neil were very concerned about me being comfortable and happy. The only thing to be prepared for is that the road leading up to the facility is a little bit bumpy and a free amusement ride. 😂 But nothing you can’t handle.
