Location
Too expensive

Location was great, a few minute's walk to the park and canal front, lots of pubs, restaurants and shops close by. The bar in the hotel was really nice and a good atmosphere.
The bed and pillows were not the comfiest.
4.2
Really good location. Lovely pub and friendly staff
The room is quit noisy and you can hear other guests throughout the night
4.2
Lovely rooms nice pub and helpful friendly staff. Great location
Breakfast was average not very tasty or hot, would have been nice to have been offered cereals, pastries etc instead of all cooked food.
4.2
Excellent location, food was delicious and bedroom and bed super comfy. Staff went out of their way to help.
4.2
super location, staff friendly and helpful, room was very clean.
everything was perfect

The location is excellent. We ate in the restaurant for the first night & it was really good. Great service too!
Thus was our 3rd stay & we have previously enjoyed it, the rooms were locely & clean. Not this time!
The room wev stayed in was compact, which is fine, but the bathroom needs ca deep clean, mould around the bottom of the shower tray, under the sink didn't look like it had been mopped in quite some time & water marks running down the walls.
We had a total of 4 hangers in the hanging area, one of which was missing an arm! Either get decent wooden ones that people can't take or don't bother.
We had breakfast on the Saturday morning, which was good, but on the way back to our room, the housekeeper asked if we needed anything I.e. toiletries, which she did give us. We then went out for the day, left the make up our room sign on the door, but she never came back to do it. Again why have the sign if you ignore it!
Ee did speak to one of the waiters when we checked out & he took the cost if the breakfast off the room. He did say his GM would contact later that day, but I am still waiting!!
All in all, not value for money & we probably won't stay again, which is sad as this place was once fantastic. Its in dire need of some TLC

location was excellent. staff were very friendly and helpful. bed was comfortable and breakfast was excellent.
would highly recommende
at times there was lots of outside noise and noise from the bar and restaurant, but this would not stop us from staying again
4.2
Lovely bedroom, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Central to Marlow
No parking but plenty of 24 hour car parks nearby
4.2
location was perfect, the shower was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel.
our room was above the kitchen and it was quite noisy with extractor fan etc
the pillows were awful
4.2
Lovely room , comfy bed
Private party on in pub still playing music gone 1.30 am !!!
Bathroom not clean . Previous occupants rubbish in bin
4.2
nice pub
staff friendly
room was extremely dusty
outside view of a roof top belonging to the pub with a broken table
4.2
Great location for access to Marlow town at a reasonable price.
The room was well decorated and equipped but the windows looked out onto both a brick wall and a roof gulley, and the shower was completely ineffectual as the water pressure was so low.
Admittedly we arrived a bit early but no-one offered to check if our room was available .

Great location for exploring Marlow. Really comfortable bed & nice spacious bathroom
Coffee machines me hadn’t been cleaned out & nobody around to tell on Sunday morning before we left & didn’t spear to be any breakfast serving (we hadn’t booked - but was told to just come down) this didn’t spoil the stay & I would recommend

This is a great place to stay to enjoy Marlow. Excellent room and the breakfast was ideal--a nice Goldilocks situation where the portions weren't to big or too small.
I would have loved a bathtub the the walk-in shower was lovely so it's hard to complain. Wish there was a little more detail about the parking situation.
4.2
Excellent location in centre of Marlow, clean and tidy. Very nice breakfast.
Room very noisy as directly above bar, shower not very powerful.
4.2
room was large, comfortable and quiet.
4.2
Room in poor condition ..toilet seat hanging off,loo roll holder rusty, shelf above sink missing etc plus large stain on bedroom carpet floor ..Photo evidence supplied to booking.com and complaint made .
Accommodated in lower grade room after we requested change from original room that smelt musty ..told it was an upgrade but it was in fact a downgrade ..despite requesting refund of supplement hotel has refused
Booking.com have not addressed the issues we encountered

Location is good being right in the high street. Bed was comfortable
Overpriced for the location. Very steep climb up to the room. Nice enough place but unlikely to return

All of it. The staff, the room, the food, the drinks. It was a lovely room and pub was busy and friendly. Breakfast was outstanding.
The cost of drinks ... it's been a while since we have been out out, but blimey, phew the cost of a round is eye watering.

Location
Paint flaking off the bathroom celling ,being woken at 7am by the sound of unloading a brewer truck (I think ) directly below our room

clean, comfortable good facilities

Location was amazing and the pub was really busy and great atmosphere but don’t think the room was worth the price.
