Must stay for business in Nairobi

I’ve used this hotel 4 times in the past 10 months. It functions as this type of business hotel should . Staff are exceptional, and so friendly

Lack of environmental policy regarding recycling etc. also wish the windows opened to avoid total reliance on AC

Clean hotel with a wonderful staff and a superb breakfast

The breakfast was wonderful with many-many options and the staff was super sweet and professional. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable. WiFi worked without problems.

We stayed in two rooms and had a different experience with the shower. First bathroom was great! The water flowed in the correct direction and the bathroom stayed dry. In the second bathroom, on the other hand, the water was flowing out of the shower and flooded the whole bathroom because the incline was in a wrong direction.

The hotel won our business for our future Nairobi stays. Extremely good value for money.

Staff were just amazing. We prearranged delivery of our luggage to the hotel and - there was no problem. They also accommodated us on a very short notice with our marriage photo-shoot. The place is very modern and very clean. The room was really comfortable and with a nice view. Rooftop bar is great - also really nice views. Nice gym. And - first and foremost - excellent range of foods, snack, fruit and fresh juices for breakfast.

Brilliant for business

this is an excellent hotel with of the best service. food was of a high quality, good coffee great location. Even walked to Sarit centre. used car service to from airport which is outsourced. and in general given how busy I was this hotel is perfect. the housekeeping lady Nina was exceptional!

of all of the great service, the check-out process was disastrous, and it could have been avoided. my car to the airport was not booked and the desk manager/s didn't handle the situation well. the method for extending my stay was also not well managed. While this seems contradictory - I would still say that service of the hotel is excellent and perhaps it was just a bad day, and this served as a way to do things better!

All the personal is fantastic, they are friendly, professional and customer oriented. I enjoyed a lot being there. I am vegeterian and the chef prepare a customized plates. Thanks to all the employees.

great food great stay but a bit pricey

great breakfast and quiet comfortable rooms

they put me on the second floor with a view on the highway and the traffic jams. the water in the swimming pool was cold 😅

Good rest after a long flight

Facilities are excellent Staff is very friendly, and the views are amazing from the Atic bar.rooms are very quiet and you don't hear the bussy city outside at all.

The price of the food and drink was very high.

Will stay there in future again

Rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. Location is central to good nightlife and security very good. They have a good bar and view on the top floor.

The pool was out of order but ( maintenance must be done we understand )
