Excellent facility with great value for money

Room was spacious, hotel is strategically located close to mall and other big hotels, the linen is clean but most important, the breakfast has variety and is in good quantities

a slight foul smell of poor drainage which couldn't be explained and signs leading to hotel are not very clear. In addition, name of the hotel is long and not easy to memorise

My stay was great as the I was upgraded to bigger room with no extra cost, very clean rooms

The location is very nice, right next to sarit centre and West gate gate mall. Its safe to take a walk and staff are very nice too

The breakfast was not great at all, need some serious improvement there

Great stay but the owners need to invest money in upgrading rooms.

reception staff are amazing but the place needs to be upgraded.

Cleaning staff lack of attention to detail. No slippers or towels in the bathroom.

Great place in Nairobi!

The staff, location, and price are excellent! The beds are firm and wide.

The facility needs some attention. Hot water is inconsistent, I've had to clean AC filters myself, and there is a lot of crumbly plaster/tile grout in the restrooms sometimes.

There was no hot water for bathing. At this price point hot water from the taps is essential.

for the price I paid, it was a fair deal - would definitely go back if some of the things are managed better

location was good . good breakfast and cheerful restaurant staff.

bathrooms can get some improvement. mirror in bedroom would be an advantage where there is good light instead of in a cupboard door and no light above.

Very poor

I had the worst experience, my room had no towels (even when I requested for them at the reception), no hot water and to make it all worse, the hotel charged me twice. They had me pay cash and also a charge was incurred on my debit card. The staff at the reception didn't bother checking to confirm if the charge was already passed on to my debit card and insisted I pay cash. No refund to date.

Wonderful time - exceeded expectations!

The location is great - it's a few minutes walk to the mall from the hotel, but the property is set back from the road so you can't hear the traffic. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff were lovely and very accommodating of any request!

The shower head wasn't great and the wifi signal was intermittent in the bedroom.

Staff were very pleasant and always apologetic

Rooms poorly maintained, minimal hot water in the shower, the mattresses were disgusting and full of stains.

I would not stay again.

staff was always friendly, location is good, there are several restaurants, and shopping malls around. Breakfast was normal, the restaurant was ok.

In 2 weeks never got hot water in my room despite I complained several times. Rooms are outdated.
