Personalul foarte drăguț, camera cu aer condiționat, prosoapele și lenjeria curate.
Cabina de dus e foarte mică ( nici gelul de dus nu ai unde sa îl pui), curățenie superficială.

The hotel is right on the via Francigena. The staff were great. Nice breakfast in the morning, the host was pleasant.
The room was quite tight, the pillows were very flat. It was very noisy for around mid night but settled down.
High price point for what you got.

Breakfast was excellent.
Hotel location was a bit far from Rome centre.

Having 24 hour reception was very helpful to us as our flight was very delayed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
There was nothing to the object to but it was very dated and basic- fine for the night.

Was convenient for walking the via Francegina on the outskirts of Rome. The main building is under renovation outside, painting maybe, with scaffolding around it, whilst that is not an issue, we couldn’t use the balcony we had booked as there was grit and chips of concrete etc on the balcony. Our original room was nicely decorated but very noisy. The hotel arranged another room in the other older building of the hotel, which was dated with no balcony, but was very quiet.
As above

nothing. it was a terrible property.
AC didn’t work (supposedly was under maintenance), tons of mosquitoes, mold in the bathroom, and the drainage didn’t work in the tub. staff was incredibly unhelpful and the hotel was a dump.

Room size was ok. Breakfast was fine
Upon arriving..room was very cold. Stat on radiator was turned down. I turned it up then was going out for evening..arrived back early hours. Heating was barely working. Did call a staff member. But didnt get it resolved. Also mentioned to reception in the morning about this. I think in the future..rooms should be checked prior to any bookings. I wouldnt be in a hurry to book at this hotel again

The breakfast buffet was the best we had along the Via Francigena from Vercelli to Rome.
It was great that the hotel was right on the Via Francigena but unfortunately, in this stretch, it meant a lot of traffic noise all night.

Delicious service and normal breakfast, all day reception, very supportive! Really pleasant and full of smile on of the reception girls!!! Near hotel bus to train station. Large bathroom, pleasant quiet room. The room was cleaned every day!! There is a large supermarket on foot near hotel.
The hotel is far from city center so we were going in the morning to city center and we returned in the evening. The distance was 80-90 minutes so we could not go for a drink again in the night in city center....it was tiring....The area near hotel was quiet and green but with no bars and restaurants...!!!! This was inconvinient for night...Only the cafe ''CIAO AMICI'' was good near hotel for a cafe or a snack.

Hotel Cassia is quite deceiving from the outside. We had low expectations and were very surprised. A new renovated room, very comfortable bed, fresh, clean bathroom and a great breakfast the next morning.

Loved the staff, they were all great & the breakfast was excellent. It was clean & equipped . A very comfy bed too!
The facilities could do with an upgrade. The shower cubicle, loo seat etc were well in need of repair.

Nothing, there was nothing to like. Everything is horrible.
The hotel is not what it seems. The pictures and reality do not compare in any way. The room is small, too small. Extremely claustrophobic. There is no elevator. The location of the hotel is horrendous and inaccesible. I have never been in a worse hotel in my life.

The breakfast was very good. I liked that there was the opportunity to buy water and wine at reception.
I didn't like that we had to sit and wait for exactly 3pm before we could 'check in'. If our room wasn't ready, then I could understand that we would have to wait but if it was ready why make us wait?
The shower was the smallest shower I have ever used, it was quite uncomfortable. It was not possible to have shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower with you, you had to open the door to collect and use each product separately. The toilet seat was not fixed correctly it moved to one side when sat on. The pillows were very lumpy and not enough of them.

The staff are lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were good and they had a mini frig which was very helpful. My room had a balcony. Breakfast was excellent.
The location is not the best, but there are not a lot of great locations nearby. This town is not one of the beautiful villages we stayed in on our walk. There is nothing that can be done about this and when you enter the area of the actual property, it is quite nice. I would have given it a 8.5 if I could.

Clean great location
Very noisy at night and a bottle bin outside hotel is emptied early in the morning
