The view was beautiful overlooking one of the bays in the area. I also loved the heater in the room and double glazed windows which assisted in the temperature.
The one thing that felt a bit strange was entering the property. To enter, we walked along the balcony which happened to be next to an anjoining property's windows. This meant we could see in and they could see us anytime we entered or exited our stay.

Exactly as appears in the images. Lovely and warm during a winter stay. A beautiful cosy little space with stunning views. The sunsets here are phenomenal. Easy access by car into town.

Everything you could want and comfy, warm and relaxing.

Lovely view, cosy and clean, all the comforts we needed. Was great to be able to use netflix.
Only complaint is that the sofa bed (second bed) was not that comfortable

Cute, cosy, beautiful, clean and homely
The Windows can be hard to open and close

Very comfortable , nice views
No guest information, we had to figure out somethings ourselves. Eg.. No tv connection, but did have Netflix. Studio connected to house with their windows opening to the guest outdoor area

over priced for its condition, lot’s of instructions to follow or pay more. not that close to beach. long way to eating facility. bad smell coming from the grounds near the veranda possible septic overflow. Fridge power went off with our food in it. Can understand why there is a no refund policy. we wanted to leave soon after entering the property.

the shower and the bed
smell of the septic tank. having to boil water to drink it

The tranquillity
Front door lock is a bit of challange

A quiet location, well suited to us for hiking. A really lovely, well appointed studio with a great vibe. Great kitchen and facilities. The communication from the management team was great, including instructions about the lock box and the studio.
Although the studio seems clean, the cleaner had clearly forgotten to dust for a long time, so that one of us who suffers from hayfever had a difficult time.

lovely location. had all amenities needed.
be aware of the lack of food locations and the early shut times.

Cozy, tidy
Everything was good

The accommodation was nice and clean. The view was beautiful also.
The studio was joined to another house. You had to walk past their front door and windows to get to the front door of the accommodation and therefore it was not very private. The studio did not have a washing machine or dryer. The table shown in the picture on the deck was not there.

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely deck if we had warmer weather :) heater worked well and lots of bedding to keep warm. Photos and description accuate. Easy to check in and good communication
Hot water instructions would be great to save calling up if hot water is accidentally off. Host responsive to query and easily solved.

It was spacious
We thought it was nearer the beach with sea views. The BBQ was leaking gas. The sofa is uncomfortable to sit on. A couple of little extras would be nice eg loaf of bread etc as it is a long way from shops especially when you arrive late at night. Also need some information sheets on where to eat, takeaway, delivery etc. Felt isolated there.

coffee machine milk frother does not heat the milk, could have a blown temperature fuse according to google

Nice quirky little studio accommodation, not far out of Coles Bay. Clean, cosy and well stocked with essentials. Great stay for a couple of nights
The pillows and cook top - no instructions for induction
