Cannot recommend the location as a place to be, once inside ok but I wouldn't go there again.

Didn't have this. Price was I think $16 USD, didn't think was value.

Location was across the river from the main tourist area along Sisowath Quay. The property was quite difficult to find and usually went to wrong one. The property seemed very minimally occupied and vast areas of open spaces indicated an over-enthusiastic planning for scope was unfulfilled. Several ground floor small shops, liquor store, convenience space etc. were not opened when I left around noon and returned around 9 pm. Staff at reception were very helpful however many staff members appeared under-utilised and had nothing to do, sitting behind desks behind large signs a hiding place. The price was good for its size however much of the internal fit-out in my unit was extremely poor workmanship. Distance from places tourist want meant extra fees for tuk tuks as the property was I estimate 8 to 10 k's in heavy chaotic traffic.

The space ; Some facilities, pool

- Cleaning staff ,the management policy as you can't tell if you are booking a hotel apartment from organised Company or a small studio from random guy in the street . They stayed 3 days without cleaning my room and when I complained they said , it is because you didn't ask us to do it . The apartment doesn't has a Microwave Enough cups and plates The decorations of the place isn't nice

It was fine, but nothing stood out as very good, hence the average rating

Slight odd smell (stale) in the apartment. Pool water too cold to use much. Pillows too big and hard

Fine for an overnight stay but far from all the action of Phnom Penh

Friendly staff, large spacious room.

Far from restaurants, bars etc. While the building was in reasonable condition, it felt a bit like an abandoned building. We went to one of the other Mekong View CondoTels for dinner which was lovely.

Exceptional

We like everything in our stay here. Highly recommended! My dad said we should always book our stay in this Condotel. A staff welcome us right after drop-off from Grab car. The pool was clean and it's only us who swam during the morning. The rooftop view at 19th floor was breath-taking. Our rooms were all spacious and the bath tub was so clean compared to other condo units.

The restaurant at the rooftop and the spa is not open anymore.

Cheap price, good facility

Cleanliness can be increased. It was cheap and comfortable, but on the last day the water is off so I had to find another hotel to have shower :( Next time should be anticipated

Complete misrepresentation in their advertising.

View from the balcony

Apartment completely bare except for big furniture items. No decor or finishes at all. Photos misrepresented. No chairs on the balcony - had to sit in the tiles to take in the view. Roads to hotel closed or blocked - all our drivers battled to find it. No system for check out. Common areas dirty and rundown.

I got robbed at this place

I got robbed and security is sleeping or they don’t care who is coming there is a 3 Ed person other than 2 people in my room and stole my wallet. The management don’t even want to call police

Good place to stay for a while

Nice view of Mekong on the balcony. Bigger rooms that have a kitchenette and washing machine is nice. Very comfortable bed and living space.

Did not have much for kitchen utensils or cooking dishes only a rice cooker. No soap for the washing machine or to wash your hands. Also the sink in the master bedroom leaked all over the floor so we couldn’t even use the sink. We asked them to come take a look at it but they never did anything to fix it while we were there.
