Very kind staff

Comfortable and clean. Love the pool.
Not a convenient location. The entrance is obscure
4.5

I like the fact that this hotel is quite private and doesn't have too many customers...so it gives us more privacy. The pool is good, and the water is clean. The family room is in good size.
I didn't like the noise from the airplane, which is terrible! It just flies right above our head. So the location wise, it's not good for people who want quietness.

Lovely staff. Nice decor.
Noise from airplanes flying above was very loud and constant.
3.5
The cozy feeling and swimming pool right outside our room
There was a mini puddle of water coming into the room and sometimes water pressure is slow

There was nothing good.
There is so much to improve that I don’t know what to say.

Rooms and pool were nice, comfortable beds and very clean , breakfast was basic but nice.
The location is great for catching a plane, close to airport that's why we booked it but if not , out of the way , not close to much 😀.

Great staff, spacious room, price was good for the facilities provided. Private pool.
None.

They served breakfast to your room.
To save electricity, the recept switched off the mains when I left for dinner. However, once back, you need to inform the recept to switch on the power to your room..
Good thing was it took less than 30 mins to reach the villa from the airport.
1 Location is out of nowhere,
2 No dining is available
3 No nearby amenities,
4. No gym or other meeting room

location near airport was convenient.
Pool was very nice and the room was attractive. I liked the access to pool from room (ground floor) and the separate sitting room.
A connecting door to room next door was not locked, and sound traveled easily from that room.
The bathroom sink and drinking glasses were not clean...

The place was like a little oasis with privacy.
Though I did not use the swimming pool it looked a little challenging to go for a dip in that water. It did not look clean.

Nothing special
This hotel is too far from everything and located in a deserted place. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner inside the hotel and also there is no up to the mark restaurant in nearby areas. No room service. No safe box. Room floor is made of cheap cement and holes, tear, damage every where on the floor. Shower water flow in the upstair room was pathetic. Every 30 minutes monstrous sound of airplane landing including at midnight. Swimming pool water is always dirty. No visible signboards of the hotel on the street or in the building entrance to recognize it from outside.

Proximity to airport, good choice for short stopover, good breakfast (selection), nice staff

I booked this hotel for a week and the reason that I chose it was because it had a kitchen and a washer in the room. When I checked in, there was a kitchen but no pots, pans, plates, or utensils. There was nothing you can use to cook, only an induction. When I asked a staff if I could borrow some, he only gave me a tiny pan, two plates and silverwares. Then I found out that there was no washer in the room. When I asked, a female staff who barely spoke any English, told me, using a translator, that some rooms don't have it. I asked for a laundry service, she said I could find a laundry service in the neighborhood. A few days later, they said they have change my room because some electricity work needed to be done in my room. When you are told that your room would be changed, you'd expect the same type of room, but this hotel gave me a smaller room without a kitchen. I asked for another room but they said all rooms were booked out.
A simple western breakfast took more than 30 minutes to be served, and tasted horrible. I had it only once and had it outside from the next day. This hotel was also noisy because airplanes fly right over the hotel, even at night. This hotel was the last place I stayed before I left Cambodia, but a total disappointment. I plan to go back to Cambodia once a year, but I'd never stay in this hotel again.

A little oasis near the airport. Good place to spend a day or two to have some rest.
The water pressure was low. We stayed upstairs, maybe that is the reason. Don't forget to go for the breakfast in time, we were there at 10.45 and we got refused due to late time arrival. Not so many things to see around, but that is not property fault. All in all a good experience.

Clean, Comfy and Quiet
No bars or restaurant available

So we had to stay in other Sarina property. It’s a nice hotel with good and cold swimming pool. We were looking for some quiet place to forget about the city life for a moment but this hotel is next to the road so not as quiet as we expected.
The breakfast was average. Just 4 oprions and nothing really special.
4.5
The room is spacious and clean, nice pool and environment, friendly staff
nice breakfast but too little, nice pool but too deep, not for kids. bit out from town
5.0
The pool was too deep for non professional swimmer

The swimming pool looked really nice and breakfast at pool side was nice. The room was comfortable. The staff were friendly.
The price was a lot more expensive for what you get in Phnom Penh.
They must get a lot of people who has early flights because it's closer to the airport (still takes 20-50min) but the earliest breakfast take away is at 6am. And they could be late. For that price, breakfast service should be better for people with early flights.
5.0
Perfect place to stay if you've been on a long journey round Cambodia and close to the airport.
