The accommodation is comfortable and convenient, the staff is friendly, I would recommend it.

1) The staff is very friendly, enthusiastic, and provides a lot of useful information. 2) The location is right in the center. 3) The room is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

1) The bathroom in my room (106) cannot be locked, and there is no clothes hanger. 2) The rooms have poor soundproofing. 3) The buffet should include more sausages and ham.

It was a good stay overall.

Breakfast was ok, but everyday same options. Location was good it is in the center, very walkable to shops and restaurants

breakfast options should be change. It was raining that time when we stay, so hard to go roam around without unbrella, they should atleast provide umbrella to the guest.

Superfijn hotel op perfecte locatie met behulpzaam personeel

Personeel, ontbijt, locatie en zeer ruime kamer op de begane grond bij zwembad. Personeel heeft ons goed geholpen met luchtballon vaart boeking en excursies. Goed, gezond en gevarieerd ontbijt. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf rooftop

Great hotel - recommended when you stay in cappadocia

Location is very central, well made property with good buffet breakfast. Staff is very helpful esp mention to Sinan who made our stay wonderful, helping us with cab booking and day trip booking to name a few . He really looked after us well and our every need and requirements . He was always a call away and quick to respond to queries

Great location

Great location right in the middle of Cappadocia tourist spot. Everything was at the walking distance. Lot of options to choose from for dining, shopping and entertainment. Hot balloon air ride was amazing.

A fantastic place for our family.

Rooms were spacious, loved the decor. Great pool. Convenient location. Helpful reception staff.

Breakfast could have been improved a little with someone to explain/ take orders for cooked items and better coffee!

Could have been better.

Downstairs room area tacky. Bed under stairs. Upstairs Bedroom has a platform that will send you to the emergency room. missing the step down or slamming your toes in it. Extremely dangerous.

Nice enough but not worth the price tag

The rooftop had an excellent view Rooms and other areas per photos

The breakfast was very poor Coffee was undrinkable We would leave our room and let the front desk know our room could be cleaned, we came back 5 hours later and still not cleaned

Hotel was beautiful almost felt like we stayed in a ancient castle the deco and interior very detailed, beautiful. All the staffs were so helpful and welcoming.

unfortunately breakfast was very limited choices, we did not enjoy it at all. wasn’t any choices they should have more options for tourists who come from the uk, it was all traditional Turkish breakfast. We tried their traditional scramble egg it was we are assuming, it did have a very bad smell along with the butter very strong smell almost like the butter was expired. Housekeeping I have noticed one of my items were gone missing which I left beside my bed when me and my husband went out and we got back it was gone missing, we called reception they said house keeping as no clue and didn’t find anything. There is no safe in the hotel room so we had to keep any valuable items locked inside our luggage. I have also noticed once the housekeeping 3 ladies come in while I was still getting ready which I didn’t mind, two ladies were changing the bed and one of them in the bathroom. while I was sitting front of the dressing table I was observing how they were cleaning, I have noticed the flooring does not get sweeper or mopped, the bed sheets are not replaced all they did was neat it up, along with the duvet cover they do not replace the cover either. the pillows were only puffed up to look neater. I was very disappointed when I am expecting clean sets to be replaced with which is what we have paid for, especially for hygiene reason. The girls didn’t seemed very bothered and quite last considering they were three of them.

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL, EVERYBODY SHOULD COME AT LIST ONCE IN THEIR LIFE

ROOM LOOKED PERFECT, HAD SPACE AND VERY CLEAN. EVERY DAY THE CLEANING LADY WAS COMING IN THE ROOM CLEANING, MAKIND BAD, LEAVES US WATER. ONLY PROBLEM WAS AT THE BREAKFAST, BECAUSE OF THE MINUS TEMPERATURE THE PLACE WAS FREEZING, WAS VERY COLD, YOU COULD NOT ENJOY THE MORNING COFFE

Clean , friendly staff , walking distance to town.

The staff was extremely hospitable and nice. Hotel is close to everything , walking distance to restaurants and stores.

One night some people in a property across the hotel partied until 2 am and could not sleep. this is not a cave hotel. I would have liked to stay in a cave hotel better.

A standout choice

The rooms were nice and warm despite minus temps overnight. Staff superhelpful, they booked trips for us, some at short notice. Powerful warm shower! Fabulous outdoor area with cushions and chairs and tables to watch the hot air balloons at sunrise. Decorated our suite with balloons and petals (as it was an engagement celebration.)
