Loved it!

We had an amazing stay! The room was spacious, and the bed was so comfy that I would fall asleep really quickly, even in the middle of the day lol. The location was great and seemed very safe given that it is a tourist town, so walking around at night is not a problem. It was also not TOO steep to walk unless you generally struggle with this. The breakfast tasted good, not excellent but good. The staff were wonderful and let me sit at their desk for a few hours to take an exam because the wifi was strongest there. The view from the terrace was stunning. I would definitely recommend, what a unique experience!

Not much. I would have loved Turkish coffee at breakfast, although maybe this is available on request.

Неплохой завтрак, хорошее расположение отеля. До центра 8 минут пешком, а вот из центра надо подниматься вгору.

Непонравился размер номера, очень все маленькое, на второй день даже у нормального человека начнется развиваться клаустрофобия. В душе невозможно развернуться. В целом, ощущение в номере, будто проживаешь в селе.

Phenomenal, exceptional, amazing. Definitely worth a revisit.

The location, but the staff especially Eliz hanim, are phenomenal!

Superb

We stayed for 2 days and we had a great stay in the spacious rooms with the rooftop overlooking the caves and the town below. Breakfast has a lot of food varieties and staff are very attentive for our needs during our breakfast. Pros and cons for the location, its located on the hill with a hike uphill from town, we are not used to walking on hills so its a bit tiring, but since its in a hill the view is amazing. Special thanks to Kenan who arranged our tour seamlessly though unfortunately we were not able to experienced the hot air balloon because it was cancelled. And to Sola, who spent time to have a long conversation with us with a positive energy.

Good value in an expensive location to stay.

The breakfasts were the best we had of seven hotels we stayed at during our tour of Turkey. Great terraces with views over Goreme and Cappadoccia.

Steep climb back up the hill after dinner - good for burning off calories though!

Location of place is good and short walk to most things, breakfast was nice and nice view in the morning from the balcony

noise of cars and buses especially in the morning from 05:00 onwards and getting woken up especially if you're a light sleeper. room is not that quiet at that time in the morning.

honestly I thought this hotel belongs to very well known Divan Group in Turkey. Thats why I booked a room however it was

music from the bar. very bad sound and high volume. you can not sleep in your room

Good stay and special thanks to the ladies in the kitchen who were churning out delicious hot breakfast with a smile

Sonja at the reception and all the kitchen staff and F&B staff were wonderful

The hotel should place a notification on the rooms that drinking water bottles will be charged extra in the rooms which one generally presumes is complimentary as on all the hotels around the world

Excellent place to stay, highly recommend this place.

The hotel location, room size, cleanliness, room temp., staff behavior were excellent, very helpful in all information, arrangement of rental car, information about sightseeing and places around etc.

Magnificent stay in cave room

Very comfy cave room. Nice and beautiful. Food is tasty. Staff is very polite and helpful. Clean.

Cold air can enter the room. It will become cold very quick.

Breathtaking view, exceptional breakfast platter and 100% will come again

really good hotel on the top od the hill of Goreme

they can say if the bath is idromassage or not when booking the room, we thought it was with idromassage and it was just a normal bath...

As they are cave rooms, marble floor and step corners can be a bit sharp so be careful.

The best hotel in Goreme!

Everything in this hotel is amazing! The location is one of a kind and it has one of the best views in Goreme! our room was even better than the photos! What can I say about the staff?! These people are very friendly and always willing to help you!

Superb

Great experience! Divan Cave House is one of the highest locations in Goreme, which makes for some great photos and excellent views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.
