Comfy and romantic :)

Such a beautiful little room/ studio apartment. Our host was fantastic, very helpful and quick to respond 1 min walk to the square and about 5 to the lake. Pictures are accurate.

The kitchen was lacking a few amenities like a toaster but very minor.

Beautiful and comfy room in a brilliant location

The welcome we received was exceptional, there was a bottle of water for each of us in the fridge which is such a lovely touch when it’s so hot outside! We were given some recommendations for food in Como and the pasta we had at La Pasta was the best we’ve ever had! The bed is sooooo comfy, aircon works really well and a very powerful shower! Location is brilliant too, very central and the room was really clean! We’d absolutely come back and wish we had more nights in Como!

Perfect, authentic Italian stay.

Brilliant place to stay, fantastic location, felt safe and the owner was very welcoming and looked after us, even checking the weather for us and letting us know which boats to get etc

Everything was brilliant, the hotel is very Italian and cute. There are also lots of restaurants nearby.

Great apartment at a great location with a friendly host.

The location was very convenient to nearby restaurants and the cruise center y to o the towns on Lake Como. The host was good with cleanliness by providing cleaning service after the second night stay. The host was friendly and helpful with information for first timers to Como.

Maybe a better equipped kitchen like a toaster or mini microwave and more crockery and cutlery for eating in.

Superb

By far this was the comfiest place we have stayed. Gorgeous rooms and exceptionally clean. Our train to Como was delayed making us an hour late for check in but Alexandra was very understanding and waited for us. She also sent us lots of useful information about popular things in the area. Location was fantastic, 5 minute walk from the train station, and another 5 to the water front. Just far enough from the main Square not to be affected by the noise, but close enough that you didn't feel you were out of the way. Oh and they have a real hairdryer!! All in all I would definitely recommend Alessia's place if you're staying in Como..

Some people staying around us were particularly noisy, not the accommodations fault, but I think the walls are quite thin.

Absolutely beautiful stay!

the property was a 3 min walk from the lake/shops/restaurants. Felt very safe with security doors. Very quiet. Outstanding room. Everything was exceptional!!!

One of the best stays we’ve had in the the perfect location.

The property was located in the perfect location, a street full of life filled with bars and restaurants in the heart of Como. This beautiful, modern home provided us with comfort, security and a memory we’ll never forget. The hosts went the extra mile to ensure our stay was smooth with great communication leading up to the stay as well as providing a list of their favourite restaurants which we very much appreciated. The room itself was clean, comfortable, more spacious than we thought and had a beautiful decor. It had all the essentials and even more, the smart TV included Netflix which we was thrilled about.

Not much, apart from the cold flooring. We was unsure how to turn on the heating if there was one. Also, some extra pillows would of been perfect.

Highly recommended

We were upgraded due to an error on their part with another booking. It was lovely. Bed was very comfy and there was a good shower. Alessia directed me to Chris to handle our early arrival (luggage drop) and later check-in and it was all very smooth. We had a room facing an interior passageway with a small terrace with table and chairs, and it was very quiet. A/C was great, despite 37C outside the room was cool and comfortable.

very pretty and quaint. well appointed, very central location. they met us early to drop off bags while room was being cleaned. very helpful with restaurant recommendations. fold out bed surprisingly comfortable!
