Posto molto carino e accogliente!

Soggiorno fantastico! Devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso: l'ambiente è molto accogliente, pulito e ordinato, senza alcun odore sgradevole, contrariamente a quanto avevo letto in alcune recensioni. I proprietari hanno confermato che il problema è stato risolto. Mari, la proprietaria, mi ha dato degli ottimi consigli, ed è stata sempre gentile e disponibile! Calma e relax sono le prime cose che ho pensato appena messo piede nell'appartamento! Il bagno spazioso, cucina con tutto il necessario, il letto molto confortevole, così come i cuscini. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima e la zona è tranquilla e piacevole, con molti ristoranti a pochi passi dall'alloggio. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno in città.

Smelly apartment

Локацията е близо до центъра и имаше безплатни места за паркиране на улицата. Като цяло е просторен апартамента, но тази миризма разваля всичко.

Миришеше ужасно гадно от банята, на канализацията от тръбите. Леглото беше много твърдо и неудобно. Нямаше комарници, а от ужасната миризма, нямаше как да не спим на отворено. Беше ужасно, гадно миришеше.

Ottima posizione, comodo anche il parcheggio vicino alla struttura (a pagamento).

Purtroppo la sera si presentava un forte odore di fogna dal bagno e aggiungerei uno specchio nella zona giorno

Hyvä sijainti lähellä bussiasemaa. Via Tripoli on lyhyt, mutta siltä löytyy monta ravintolaa, ei tarvinnut illalla lähteä kauas ruokaa etsimään. Hyvä leipäkauppa lähellä. Kiva että.roskille oli lajittelulaatikot. Netti toimi hyvin.

Suihkussa saisi olla teline saippualle. Vähän viemärinhajua ja vessanpöntön kansi oli vähän rasittava.

Soggiorno a Siracusa in famiglia

Vicinanza al centro e a tutte le attrazioni di Siracusa, facilità a trovare parcheggio, appartamento al 6 piano con ascensore, silenzioso, dotato di ogni comfort.

Unico punto dolente è l’odore del bagno, ma capisco sia un problema di umidità.

Good

The apartment was nice and cosy, and well equiped with everything we needed. It's walking distance from the main touristic points, and it was nice and quiet at night. We didn't have hot water at one point but it was easy to communicate with the host and they had it fixed within 2h.

Unfortunately the bathroom has quite bad foul smell, so we had to leave the door closed at all times and the window open to avoid the smell getting into the main living space. Hope the host can resolve this soon!

Niestety nie wrócę

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Właścicielka pomocna, bardzo dobry kontakt, poleciła miejsca z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. Pozwoliła wcześniej zostawić plecaki, co było bardzo miłe i ułatwiło nam zwiedzanie. W mieszkaniu jest minibar. Nie korzystaliśmy, ale pierwszy raz się spotkałam z takim rozwiązaniem nie w hotelu, więc myślę, że może ratować w niektórych sytuacjach. Mieszkanie czyste, pościel też bardzo czysta, na co bardzo zwracam uwagę. Balkon z widokiem na morze i wschód słońca jest miłym udogodnieniem. Dodatkowo klimatyzacja. Możliwość chłodzenia lub grzania, zależnie od pory roku.

Zapach z toalety był totalnie nieznośny. Ratowały nas na początku jakoś kadzidełka, które były w lokalu, ale niestety, tak jak według niektórych komentarzy, które czytałam wcześniej, wietrzenie nie załatwiało problemu. Okno w łazience było otwarte cały czas. A ostatniego dnia było już to tak obrzydliwe, że nie dało się wytrzymać i każda z nas miała odruchy wymiotne. Rozumiem wszystko, ale nie wierzę, że jest to problem kanalizacji budynku czy miasta. Nie w takim stopniu. Problem dotyczył też odpływu w zlewie w pokoju (na szczęście w mniejszym stopniu, zakryłam go talerzem). Dodatkowo mam uwagi do prysznica. Armatura była cała w rdzy. Część schodziła po szorowaniu wacikiem. Paskudne doświadczenie niestety. Przykro mi, że muszę to pisać. Brak szamponu do włosów.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, posizione comodissima e un bar sotto casa con delle colazioni eccezionali.

Struttura molto carina comoda per la posizione ma anche con degli spazi ben organizzati.

Noi eravamo fuori tutto il giorno quando rientravamo c era un odore poco gradevole forse il cambio del tempo e le tubature delle fogne si facevano sentire, ma poi aerando gli spazi passava. Qualche zanzara la notte nonostante fossimo al sesto piano ma niente di che .

Great stay.

The location is realy great in walking distance from Ortigia... and arheological park if you dont mind a little bit more walking. The apartment is nice. It is on the 6th floor and the building has an elevator. Free parking is not as easy to find. There are few in front of the building but are mostly always taken. There's a payable parking lot just beside the building for 15 eur a day.

Free parking space is not easy to get.

I enjoyed my stay very much, everything about the property was perfect!

The property was very clean and had everything you might need. The location was also perfect, being only a 10 minute walk from Ortigia Island! The host was very helpful and available, and gave us a lot of suggestions on where to eat :)

Superb

Syracusa and the sorrounding cityes and the whole armosphere were spectacular. The accomoditation is in a quiet place, near to everything. The apartman was clean, the check in was easy. We really enjoyed our stay here.

host was welcoming allowed us to drop off bags earlier the apartment had everything we needed very clean would recommend and she allowed us to check out late as our train was not till 4pm.

Compact flat in perfect location

Compact flat in perfect location (5 min walking from bus terminal/train station, 10 min walking from old town). Apartment equipped with everything you may need (eg hair dryer or orange juicer), very clean and comfy. The ovners great and helpful. They live next door, which is perfect when you need an advice or extra blanket. Check in and check out with no problem😊

Poor drainage in shower and bit mouldy smell in barhroom, which I think is quite common in tenement houses with no centralny heating.

Beautiful apartment in Syracuse

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, outside of the messy traffic jam of Syracuse and only few minutes walk to Ortigia. You can find easy free parking around.
