Custo benefício e a hospitalidade da senhora que gere a pensão.
3.1
Zimmer warren sauber, Personal sehr freundlich. Ansonsten sehr spartanische Einrichtung ... verdient Bezeichnung Hotel nicht.
3.1
The only advantage was the proximity to the exhibition center
This is not an hotel but a "pension", I think it's a shame to have a pension on booking.com list, this is a ONE star facility. Germany is renowned for small hotel well organized and clean with good service and perfect breakfast but not this one.
3.1
Right next to train station and still very quiet in the room. Easy check in and out. Basic accommodation and clean.
Reception staff didn’t smile once. Uncomplicated but not too friendly. Very run down hotel. More like a hostel really
3.1
central ,lots of restaurants
nothing
3.1
Excellent location due to proximity to the ring train line
Cafe on the street with lovely breakfast
Supermarket across the road
Room was very basic but adequate for a single traveller who only wanted somewhere to sleep
Room was on motorway side of building and was quite noisy. Window had to be left open as it was very warm (no a/c)
No food facilities/kettle/fridge
Room was bare (but clean)

Location is perfect.
Staff and owner were totally not helpful nor friendly. For many years travelling to berlin and trying different hotels, this comes the worst experience of all time. I asked the staff to accept some packages during my stay and they kept rejecting them one by one although I was inside my room and that made me lose a big amount of money. When I talked with staff they kept telling things like "we were busy" , "this is not a post office" and "we are not responsible" , and like "there are 600 hotels in berlin you can choose any of them but not this one". Extremely rude staff!

Very close proximity to Messe Berlin
The hotel needs to invest on new towels.

Location is excellent for my propose in Berlim.
WiFi had very cuts and don´t work properly.
The website is not good. Need to be update.
In website, some fotos can be better.

The location.
Bad WI-FI, staff don’t help and solve the problem. Breakfast is not included with the price

The room was bigger than expected, room service was great, even a little relax area was included.
There were bedbugs. We had to take all kind of measures when we got home.

Wifi didn't work at all.

I just wanted a "place to sleep", so my expectations were very low and pretty much fulfilled.
The room was "vintage" but clean, I did not need to turn on TV at all.
The communication with staff all-right. Check-in, check-out easy and without issues. Keys and moving around - okay.
There is a noisy highway side of the location but also a quiet lakeside park side to it.
Connection to U 10mins. walking, connection to S in front of the hotel. Still in BVG's A,B zone, Berlin proper, which is an advantage over similarly priced properties far away at the outskirts of the city.
The hotel (it seems one floor in a regular apartment building) has really 1980s vibe, missing a reconstruction, everything is quite shabby (but not that dirty). Aesthetics-wise poor. The room was minimalist, toilet barely fitting the door - feet outside.
It looks like this is popular gastarbeiter accommodation. I don't think the price should go even that high as 50E per night - the value is questionable. But you know, Berlin, last minute.
I could hear the neighbors or staff through the thin walls sometimes. Even with window to the inner courtyard, I was awaken early because of the trash/bottles noise.
This is the edge of central Berlin - and Messe area has its gloomy face.

The cloth cabinet was just nice but the floor a bit noisy when we walk.

-close to a parc with a lake (lietzensee)
-the room was warm
-the bathroom is extremely small.
-when reservoir flushed, dirty water came from the bathtub. i couldnt take bath during 4 days i stayed there.
-the water running from the tap is dirty, i couldnt brush my teeths during my stay.
-everytime the reservoir was flushed, a dirty smell filled the room.
-it was not hygienic.
-the receptionist which welcomed me was surly and was not friendly. i felt that i was in DDR or in soviet russia.
-the receptionists didn't understand english.
-wifi was not working.
-there were people talking loudly at 7am on saturday morning in the corridor of the hotel.

No good cleaning, at night there is no reception, the room is very poor. There is no even shampoo or shower gel in bathroom. Furniture are old and dirty.

Excellent location: close to Berlin Messe, train,… This should actually be the only reason for your stay there. It’s rather a hostel than a hotel.
Very old fashioned rooms with very limited comfort and facilities. The rooms must have been renovated 20 years ago. The floor creaks and I don't know if you can get into the bathroom with both legs because the shower and toilet are crammed into a mini space.

Room to SMALL
