Fantastic location large apartment

Fantastic location Great views Large apartment Well appointed

Windows were dirty so the view was impaired Window blinds were tatty and dirty and hard to operate We didn't get the room we paid for - no balcony

Fabulous location. Great view from our room

The room was a little tired. Sections of the carpet cut out and replaced. Couches a bit stained. But probably the price took these issues into account.

The location is unbeatable. Great value for the money. We would stay there again.

Location is fantastic with views of the ocean. Coffee shop, mini mart, and a multitude of restaurants. You can basically walk across the street and jump into the water.

The apartment is older and could use a facelift/repaint. Beds are not very comfortable.

Lovely View

Loved the view from our lounge room and balcony ,clean ,well equipped kitchen ,close bus stop to Randwick that takes you into city. Friendly staff and free parking..our unit was on the ground floor and close to the street. Noise was minimal and had a double glazed window in bedroom

The curtains in the lounge room need to be better fitting ..window needs a clean . ..lighting in bathroom is not great . had trouble getting free to air channels on TV but had foxtel no problem.. No other issues loved it

Great location and good for large families

Great location and large rooms, with great balcony.

The property needs some work as windows difficult to open, and elevator had issues, so not happy to ride in it. Note had sign the next day that out of order.

A pleasant stay in an excellent location!

Location was excellent. Great view from 3 bed apt with ocean view. Spacious apartment. Comfy beds. Staff were very accomodating. We could check in early and leave our bags while we waited for our flight.

In need of a serious revamp. Place felt somewhat dirty (which is probably somewhat harsh because given the sub-standard quality of accomodation in Sydney), but we felt this easy because of the outdated and well work carpets and furniture. Both my sisters have asthma so the dusty carpet really aggravated them.

Great location but apartments need updating.

The apartment was spacious and location was great.

The lifts did not work well. We kept getting stuck in the lift with our children. One lift snapped shut with one of my children inside twice. The apartments were spacious but really need renovations. The air conditioner stopped working on the last day which was really hot and reception was already closed so there was nothing that we could do about it.

great location apartment needs an update

Great location just over the road from the beach, sort of beach view from the balcony! good size. loved the area great beach, loads of good coffee shops restaurants and bars. easy enough to get into town

apartment needs updating badly. carpet awful, cockroach problem (someone came to fumigate while we were there.) lifts very dodgy kept going up and down and not letting us out at the floor we wanted! kids scared to go in them

If you are looking for high end do NOT go here, it is basic, noisy and dirty.

Close to beach & town centre

Carpets were very stained, traffic noise was awful. We were told apartment would be serviced & towels changed twice during our 1 week stay - it was NOT serviced nor did we get clean towels. Tv in living room would not connect which we reported but nothing was done! NOT worth the high price!

PERFECT LOCATION, COMFORTABLE BEDS, HELPFUL CONCIEGE STAFF

Location wise - could not be better. Despite the noise from the main road, the apartment was in a perfect location. Concierge staff were helpful - despite it being a public holiday. The 1200 hours check out was very much appreciated, thank you.

Overall was pleased, but for a few minor corrections it could have been excellent.

Great location. Good sized rooms. Plenty of space. Designated parking slot for one car.

Stain on carpet and settees and torn curtains in main living room. One of the lifts had a mind of its own - could go up and down a few floors before arriving at the correct location and according to one guest it was like this 3 months before. Front door to main building has none working lock.
