Enttäuschend, spart lieber euer Geld

Es gab einige Restaurants in der Nähe (alle sehr teuer für Bali Verhältnisse) es gab außerdem einen Pool direkt vor dem Zimmer

Generell sieht es auf den Fotos besser aus als es ist, das Badezimmer war bisher das schlechteste was wir auf unserer Reise hatten. Die Lage ist in einer Gasse mit einer Firma und vielen Baustellen die bis spät abends arbeiten und dem entsprechend laut sind, nebenan werden außerdem jeden Abend laute Partys gefeiert. Die Preise für die Unterkunft waren wirklich unverschämt hoch für das was man geboten bekommen hat, können wir ganz klar nicht empfehlen

Dirty and overpriced

The room was spacious

- Dirty Bungalow - Dirty Moskito net - they wanted to clean after the first day of our stay. My partner was still in bed so he asked them to come back for cleaning a bit later. No one came back for a cleaning that day and also not the other days ( we stayed 3 nights) - privat bungalows where not in the hostel area - bed was noisy - too expensive for what you get - noisy due to the party hostel tipsy gipsy next door - pool at the official hostel area was a bit dirty

Pleasant

The bed was comfy, and the pool is great. Renting a scooter was super easy, they keep your passport for the duration. The owner directed me to another property he owns at the back which has better wifi and a better spot for working which was nice.

The bathroom was gross...the shower drain was blocked, but just with hair on the top layer - it only started draining when I cleaned it myself. The bathroom walls were full of dirt, the ceiling falling in, dirt on the floor every day, seemingly the same dirt from day to day? The wifi doesn't work in the rooms and there's no cell signal either. The aircon was first set too cold, then it got stuck on 25°. Construction work starting at 8am even on the weekends.

if you are staying on the top bunk there is no curtain or mosquito net so you will be eaten alive by bugs. other than that it’s a decent location and you can get laundry done quickly and at a good price.

clean rooms, good breakfast, nice location other than a party hostel next door. very friendly and helpful staff and cute dogs at the hostel.

you could hear everything, and I mean everything from the other rooms next door. there weren’t actual walls between the rooms and a gap from the roof. very loud one noisy. also pool didn’t seem so clean.

Great hostel in the heart of Canggu!

During my recent trip to Bali, I had the pleasure of staying at the Tropical Canggu hostel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the clean and modern atmosphere of the hostel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient and easy. One of the standout features of my stay was the clean and comfortable beds. The dormitory-style rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided. The beds themselves were incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep each night of my stay. In addition to the comfortable beds, the hostel had a variety of amenities to enjoy. The common areas were clean and well-designed, with plenty of seating and a great atmosphere for socializing with other travelers. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food with excellent service. The location of the hostel was also fantastic, with easy access to Canggu's many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Whether you're looking to hit the beach or explore the local culture, the hostel's location is ideal. Overall, I would highly recommend the Tropical Canggu hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Bali. Nice but noisy

Room was nice, staff was nice. Pools and reception area with pooltable is also nice. Lots of place to hang stuff and a small balcony to chill.

We stayed in the wind room and the Tipsy gypsy hostel next door is blasting music from 12 to 12 every day. You can hear it very well including screaning people. We wanted to sleep early because of feeling sick a bit, so we were bothered by the noise.

Perfect stay & great location in Canggu

The hostel is very cosy and the perfect spot to meet people. The staff is amazing and offered us a free meal in their family home for New Year's. Would definitely recommend this place!

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved.

Good party hostel, not so good for resting tho

Great location, close to the beach and the main street

They play loud music until late. I get that some people look for a good environment in their hostels while others look for a good place to rest but they didn't specify they had a bar with music right in front of the rooms in the description. Just keep this in mind!

it’s not a hostel fault, but such as rooms are mixed, you live with men. one guy invited a girl after club…so it was weird and impolite to listen how they were kissing and talking at night. also it’s a bit party hostel, music on till 12:30am

location is amazing,beds are comfy!

I was staying in a price room which was around the corner from the hostel which I wasn’t aware of when booking. I was in a wooden hut which was quite noisy and there were a lot of mosquitoes!
