Heel mooie locatie!

Great location, very quiet.

Amazing little Hotel. All the staff was very helpful with everything and we felt very welcome!
There was no WIFI connection in the room, only in the public areas and the connection was slow.

Beautiful hotel, large and comfortable room, beautiful views, great location.

We liked the location and the setting of the hotel, near the water. At night we had a nice diner on the roof with a personal service and live music. Breakfast was good. We booked a boat trip and they could pick us up at the berth which was very easy.
Not much to see in the village, so it is good to stay for one night. There were some arguings between the staff which was not so professional.
9.0
food was good, view especially from the roof was exceptional. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Ice cream store across the street, play area for children on the other side. good restaurants near.
No real issues. an elevator might be a good idea for disabled people. If you can't do stairs this would not work for you.

Spacious rooms, good breakfast, we had lunch and dinner in the restaurant which was also good,
friendly staff, great location for taking a boat tour but otherwise not much to see or do.
Rooms and terraces are a bit dated.

the waiters were wonderful :) and the food was amazing. the shrimp burger was outstanding. the view from the roof was amazing but it is a shame they didn’t serve food as that is where the live music was. they would make much more money serving food, or at least snacks, as people would stay longer, and drink more. but only drinks so we had to leave the music to go downstairs for s snacks. But again, waiters amazing!!!
the lady at the front desk was not pleasant at all and in fact rude and confused and was not helpful and didn’t want to be bothered. she needs training. what a bad first impression of the hotel. also the water smelled and trickled from the shower. and the rooms were very plain and dark.

Nice hotel in Rio Lagartos. The rooms are very basic, but it's enough for 1-2 nights stay in the town. I liked the swimming pool and the rooftop leisure area.

First room was across the street from a playground and heavy traffic.
Quite noisy on the eastern side of the building due to traffic and kids playing on playground across the street until late into the night. Beds were uncomfortable. The pool had only six loungers, of which four were occupied by non hotel guests (no wristbands). The pool was quite dirty with lots of particulates floating in cloudy water.

Nice hotel with creative layout, cooling swimming pool, pier where we were picked up for a flamingo tour. Good food and close to other restaurants. Rooftop restaurant/bar with view of the ocean, local live music one hour daily. Personnel friendly, willing to speak Spanish desire our limitations. Nice town.
Internet comes and goes every 5 minutes, was not accessible in the second bedroom of the door nor on the balcony.
Hotel puts stupid bands on your wrist for your entire stay with little apparent benefit.
Neither of these annoyances is bad enough to not recommend the place though, we enjoyed it here.

it’s been spruced up since I was there last. Great breakfasts with a big plate of fruit.
Rooms are a bit sterile, could do with a picture or two on the walls.

Location was great, staff was great, rooms were simple but comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. breakfast was good.
really nothing, it met our expectations.

new Hotel great location nice pool, beautiful spot for sunsets. The staff was very helpful in giving us a room on the first floor. my wife is handicapped and the hotel does not have elevators. Our original room was on the 3rd door and would have been difficult. Very nice reception made the changes for us.
They served a fish in the restaurant that they said was bocinette but it wasn’t. it was ok but not the fish they advertised.

great location, fun swimming pool
the rooms were a bit dated, basic, with crumbling walls

The hotel was gorgeous, located right on the waterfront with a gorgeous roof terrace to watch the sunset. The staff were super friendly and really helpful and we enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise boat trip during our stay.
The only downside was we were located on the fourth floor and there aren’t any lifts so we had to carry our suitcases up four flights of stairs.

Nice hotel with a good restaurant. Not fancy but totally comfortable and probably the best choice in town.
They had live music in the restaurant and it was a bit loud in the rooms.

Enjoyed very much the view from the room, the beautiful and relaxing pool area.

amazing hotel with nice view and food
staff was not very helpful
7.0
In general it was good hotel. I cannot say too much since we stayed just for one night. The beds were ok, breakfast also ok. Location is perfect, next to the boats and river. The view was great. They have a rooftop bar, swimming pool area is lovely and even boat Capitan could drop us in the hotel deck next to the garden which was funny experience. You can experience birds awaking up in the sunrise hour, it is just amazing and lovely to be so close to the port. Parking and easy to park the car.
There is no elevator. Not enough hooks to hand at clothes or towels and to dry them. Smell in the room could be better since the price for that hotel is not that low. Rooms are a bit dated and did not like the coach and bed (even though matreece was comfortable). I did not like gel shower etc. provided (as per 3 stars hotel it could be a little better). For short stay is good choice.
