Our stay at 2 Mikes' was simply perfect! Mike and Michael took care of us like nobody ever before!
On the second day we were going to the sightseeing trip - not unly Mike drove us to the pickup point himself - we got full bag of delicious breakfast snacks and meals as well as coffee and tea to-go!
We had many conversations with the guys - about history of the Ireland as well as other topics - and it made the stay in IR even more entertaining.
We recommend the place to everyone - only after staying here we got to know what hospitality at the higest level means!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que Mike and Miike mangent avec nous. Ils sont très généreux et ont beaucoup d'humour
Petit déjeuner excellent : pain, croissants, danoises, jambon, fromage, yaourts, confitures, fruits frais.
Ils nous ont donné de très bons conseils pour visiter Dublin et Woth, magnifique village à 30 minutes en train.
Nos hôtes font tout pour nous rendre heureux.
Tout était parfait.
On peut prendre un bus ou un tram à 10 minutes de marche de chez eux pour aller au centre-ville.

Mike and Michael were five-star hosts in every way. They were friendly, welcoming, and super helpful. They provided maps and recommendations of where to eat/drink/visit, and were on-hand to answer any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.
The location of the house was really great. We walked everywhere, and found the city easy to navigate and safe. There were also good bus and tram routes with stops close to the house.
The accommodation was AMAZING. Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. We had everything we wanted. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and there was a great selection of fruit, yogurt, meat, cheese, bread and pastries. Delicious coffee too!
Overall we had a fantastic stay with Mike and Michael, and we can't wait to return!

The continental breakfast was very good. A nutritious variety of delicious food and lots of it. The bed was so comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was very cute and shower was great. The hosts were extremely hospitable, kind and friendly. All the wonderful reviews about 2 Mikes Homestay were accurate. Very comfortable, homey and extremely good value. We’d like to thank the hosts for a wonderful stay!

We enioyed the homely, exceptional clean house and hearty welcome from the owners. As we were not familiar with Dublin and were 2 single ladies, we do not know how to thank the Mikes enough for all their assistance with luggage, taking us to our pickup points for our daytrips early in the morning and help with booking of the airport bus!! As we left so early all the mornings, they supplied us with so much food for breakfast that it lasted us nearly the while day!!! 😇

Everything! I’d read the previous reviews and honestly it was even better. Mike and Michael welcome you into their home and make you feel very welcome. This is without a doubt the best B and B we have ever stayed in. The Complementary drinks and snacks in the room were fab! Mike and Michael even insisted on making us a sandwich on our first night there after returning slightly worse for wear and hungry after being out at a wedding all day. We sat in the sofa chatting with them. Honestly they are the best hosts ever! Thank you and we will definitely return !

The B&B is very charming, of high quality with eye for details. The hosts are very welcoming and really make an effort to make you feel at home. The breakfast was great and joined by the hosts which was very interesting and entertaining, and we had multiple conversations about a broad range of subjects. We loved it!

The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable, we had a nice view towards Dublin City and there was really everthing you needed in the room. The breakfast was also great with fresh food every day and homemade muffins. The hosts were really brilliant. We had breakfast together in the morning and chatted so it really felt more like staying with friends rather than feeling like a tourist. We also got maps, recommendations, directions and the hosts even picked us up from the ferry, because the last bus had already left. When we went for a daytrip before breakfast, we even got a packed lunch. We really had a brilliant time and will definitely come back! Thank you very much for everything.

Mike and Michael were so incredibly thoughtful and friendly, making sure my friend and I were as comfortable as possible. We were arriving and leaving at different times, and this was accommodated without any trouble. They went over an above, getting up at the crack of dawn and making us packed breakfast boxes when we went on a day trip, and even dropping us off at the coach. The breakfasts we had in their home were lovely, chatting over coffee and planning our days with all of their insight into the city. We slept soundly and have been recommending their place to friends who are heading to Dublin soon. It's so easy to get to all the spots you want to from their home. Honestly could not recommend highly enough. Absolute delight!

The guesthouse is very well situated, as well as very beautiful and cozy. The main outstanding point though was the owners. I ve been travelling constantly the last 20 years, mainly for work, and have stayed in hundreds of places from guesthouses to hostels and 5 star hotels. I really have not met more friendly, cool, helping personnel than the two owners (plus their 2 awesome cats). What to mention? From hand made pastries for breakfast to giving us a car lift to catch a tour bus at 06.30 am. The stay was more than pleasant and I recommend it 100%

Michael and Mike were amazing hosts, helping me with all the questions I had, gave me recommendations were to go (Mike even searched for vegan places for me), drove me to my early pick-up place for a daytrip (and making me a breakfast and lunch box for the trip). And their sweet cats, Twix and Buttons, made my temporary home extra special.
There is a bus stop about a 5-minutes walk away, but don‘t rely too much on the time table ;) From there it takes 15 minutes to the city centre (Trinity College).

the room was immaculate, and the mikes provided plenty of amenities and had a breadth and depth of knowledge. we would love to stay again if/when we return to Dublin!
there were only a few power outlets in the room, so we had to unplug/plug in power outlets a few times. it might be a good idea to add a power extension cable to the room for the future.

Actually never experienced a more completely equipped and welcoming guest room in the many accommodations visited throughout the years. we liked everything from the moment we arrived. Michael even drove us to a place where we could eat after our long journey. We met Mike in the morning who was just as lovely as Michael. Breakfast was great - an excellent choice of cereals, warm croissants (the smell of which woke us up in the mornings - lovely!), and lots of laughs with them. We were even given a packed lunch to take with us on our journey home - very much appreciated and unexpected. In fact we couldn't fault anything, we felt more like a member of the family than a guest. The 2 Mikes are really great guys and we would certainly stay there again (if they'd have us!) and recommend them to any one visiting Ireland. SUPER!

Michael and Mike are very kind and super hosts, they are very welcoming and happy to help. We had a great stay with Michael and Mike. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood but the center of Dublin is not far away. There are bus stops close to the house. The breakfast is very good and in your room you have water, lemonade, tea, coffee , biscuits available.
The rooms are charming and beautifully decorated and very clean.
We know where to stay when going to Dublin!
All was perfect, nothing to mention here.

Mike & Michael’s home was the best place to stay to explore Dublin. The room was perfect- it had everything we needed and more including a snack selection and a complimentary bottle of fizz for new years, which was a lovely touch.
The Homestay is very well connected to the city centre and the airport via public transport and we were given very helpful instructions from the airport.
Throughout our stay, Mike & Michael were generous with their time and recommendations of pubs, restaurants & Dublin attractions. We also loved meeting Buttons & Twix!
Thank you again for everything - our experience at your Homestay was a big part of why we had such a great time in Dublin!

Very beautiful property, gorgeous rooms, when we arrived we instantly felt like home, we stayed for 3 nights and we didn’t want to leave! We had the best stay, most likely one of the best ever and we can’t wait to come back again. Mike and Michael are amazing hosts, make you feel comfortable and are very helpful to show the best places to visit and things to do in Dublin. Breakfast is very good, a lot of choices and delicious 👍

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home, and the hosts were brilliant and very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here for the comfort, ease, tasty breakfast, and location as we found it very easy to use public transport from here.

We spent over three weeks visiting B&Bs around Ireland. Consequently, we have many locations to compare. At this B&B, the hosts provide absolutely everything to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. There is great attention given to small details that makes your visit special. If you are wanting to stay in an area of Dublin with incessant partying and noisy drunks, this place is NOT for you. However, if you're looking for a friendly, comfortable, extremely clean, well appointed B&B and at a reasonable rate, you can't go wrong here. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful about what to see, where to eat and how to get there. All of their recommendations were excellent! Our memory of Dublin and our stay with Michael and Mike will be a lasting one!

2 Mikes Homestay was definitely one of the highlights of out trip to Dublin. Mike & Micharl are great, friendly hosts that will happily provide you with plenty of info on what and where to explore. The breakfast had a great range of choices. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom lavish. Also, they had a tiny cat, which we immediately fell in love with. If we had to choose again, we'd likely prefer staying with them over going to a nearby hotel!

Mike and Michael are superb hosts. every morning we had breakfast together and discussions about everything. they gave tips where to go in Dublin. The neighbourhood is not far from the citycentre. In the bedroom there is a small fridge and tea and coffeefacilities.

The room is very cosy and very clean and there is almost everything you need. Both hosts are extremely friendly, helpful and caring: starting with instructions how to reach their home, ending care of my dietary restrictions, printed boarding card and useful recommendations about sightseeing or places to eat in town. The price is reasonable. Very nice place to stay and I would defenetly recommend it.

Loved all. A warm welcoming, the bedroom was fantastic, very comfortable and cozy, with great natural light. Really good breakfast, with options of cereals. Mike and Michael were really helpful with everything.

It was truly like staying at home, they welcomed you from the moment you step through the front door. Nothing was too much trouble for Mike and Michael. From first emailing them to let them know about my food intolerance they took complete care of us. From the restaurant recommendations to how to use public transport in Dublin and also giving us a lift to the tram line one day day you can't ask for a better hosts.
