Great disappointment

Location was good for me. Close to the airport/expocenter and shopping malls

Do not have a balcony (only have a closed tiny room with a window which is obviously cannot be called a balcony). Staff does not speak English. Reception is abandoned most of the times. Breakfast was included however I found out that you have to tell them the day before that you want a breakfast (there is a short list in only available Russian at the reception which contains 4-5 items. You can choose only one and the other day they bring it to your room)

Классный отельчик по приятной стоимости. Удобное расположение, чисто и комфортно. Завтрак тоже выручает

Была немного сломана крышка чайника, и можно оставлять чуть больше туалетной бумаги для трех дней пребывания 😀 в остальном все было хорошо

Very good

The location was quiet and peaceful. Close to the tour attraction Nur Alem and Mega Silk Way mall which has an excellent food court apart from many small grocery and eatery you will find in and around the hotel. Get taxi by downloading the YANDEXGO app . Easy and convenient

Exceptional

Close to Expo. Quite area. All necessary shops, restaurants are around. Clean and a lot of light and space. It also had cooker and washing machine.

We spent 10 min to find the place, we saw the signboard, but could not understand where to enter,so had to call to the hotel.

It is nice for family trip, the location is good.

The location is good. it is close to Mega Silkway. 5 minutes from Mega.

There was not room service on daily basis. The cleaning and changing toilet paper is by request.

I liked the room in general and the location, if you travel for business around the Expo area the location is perfect. the room is bright and clean. and there's everything you need like bathroom things), a hair dryer, towels and a washing machine and a nice kitchen which I didn't use, but it's a good option

the staff is very disappointed, sleepy young guys who are always away and don't pick up the phone. we have early check-in and it was a problem, though the hotel has confirmed early check-in Booking confirmation and messaging box. the breakfast starts at 9:00 which is late if you travel for work as we did, the staff wasn't even trying to put any effort on breakfast issues. absolutely not client-oriented. we had our breakfast on the way in our of the cute coffee shop next to Mega.
