Good location. Staff were available instantly to answer any queries. My bag was carried for me up three flights of stairs. Didn't think of this, when booking.
Water in shower luke warm, maybe this is because it's gas? Would be good to have instructions on how the shower worked. And window in shower needed a clean and a repair. Perhaps milk could be renewed each day in the rooms. Dead flowers in the flower boxes outside the guest house, were a little depressing. Ripped canopy at the entrance, a little forlorn.

I like the location. It was near Bath Abbey and other places and near restaurants and the train station.
Coffee or tea was not available in my room which would have nice. Most places have a hot pot for boiling water and coffee and tea available.

Ideal location near the train station and central Bath. The room was exactly what I needed and very clean and comfortable. I appreciated that they allowed me to drop off my luggage with them in the morning. The breakfast was fine - I had earl grey tea, orange juice, toast and a blueberry muffin (there was also fruit, cereal and yoghurt available). Thank you for having alternative plant-based milks!
It was a clean, organised and well-run small guest house without the fancy frills that would drive the price up.
Nothing!

Location was perfect and near the train station
There were so many stairs, but the staff helped to carry the luggage so that was nice

The location was superb. Room was cleaned and tidy.
There wasn't any warm breakfast and for the price one pays, I feel it was only reasonable to get warm breakfast (as supposed to cereals and musli).

Very close to the station and central location for exploring the city
Please supply a hair dryer

The location was perfect, very close to train station and town center. Very close to local attractions.
I do prefer a room with an on suite toilet.

Very well placed in the city, everything was in walking distance
No free parking, car park was literally just across the road but a bit pricey

Sergi was really helpful and friendly. Great location as very close to the station and the city centre. Good value for money, shared bathroom but that was ok, meant it was a bit cheaper. It's close to a bar, I slept really well but might take earplugs if you are sensitive to noise at night.

The location is perfect, close to the center and the station. Also, Sergio is the ideal host, friendly and helpful. I will come back to Annebelle's for sure in my next holiday in Bath.

Location was excellent and everything, though a little tired, was super clean.
Although I knew it was in the city centre and had expected noise, I was disappointed to realise there appeared to be disco like music beats easily heard till after 11pm from below my bed that was in the ground floor

The location is near the railway station. The staff were excellent and the room was very clean.
They do a good continental breakfast, and yet charge less than other places that are not providing a breakfast, nowadays.
Therefore that is much appreciated.

Great host, makes you feel welcome. Communication is good. The room was comfortable and clean, had everything you expect. Guest house is located centrally with close access to transportation and tours. Would recommend!

Breakfast was excellent each day. Sergio the manager and jack of all trades was very helpful and efficient. He once change a 20-Pound note for us so we could have coins for the parking meter in the public car park across the street. Car park was very convenient. Guest house was only half a block from the Hop On-Hop Off bus for touring around Bath.
No elevator. Had to carry suitcases up two flights of stairs.

So close to the station and the centre. Very attentive host Sergio.
Breakfast quite basic. Beds not great.

Sergio and the other morning attendant (we didn't catch her name unfortunately) were both incredibly attentive and friendly during our stay. They offered to restock our supplies and were respectful in offering to clean our room during our stay but not just walking right in to do it which we appreciated. Sergio even let us leave our big suitcase in the building after we had checked out so we didn't have to walk around the town for a few hours with the case which was very much appreciated!
The breakfast, although only continental, offered plenty of choice and filled us for the morning. The dining room experience was very calming and clean, as well as being well spaced with other guests.
In regards to location we were made well aware in advance of the proximity of a club which stayed open till late and is notoriously noisy. We could clearly hear it but it really didn't bother us that much. Neither my partner nor I struggled to get to sleep. The noise was noticeable but not unbearable in our opinion and we appreciated not being at the front of the property which was on the road. I did wonder if perhaps it would be louder on that side. Other then that the property was perfectly located 2 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk (at a slow pace) from the cathedral and city centre. We couldn't have asked for a better location. It made coming in and out very easy, as we could drop off bags with little fuss.
Our room was a little pokey but suited our needs perfectly well plus we appreciated the private en-suite bathroom. Surprisingly it also had a lot of storage given its size. We don't tend to unpack for short stays but I was without a doubt that we could've easily put all our clothes away without any hassle. The only thing I wasn't keen on regarding space was how small the shower was. I bashed my arms a good few times as it was a very enclosed space but given the space they had available it was a minor issue.

Clean rooms, great beds, nice staff, good hygiene. Separate bed was good since I was travelling with a friend. Waterboiler, tea and coffee in the room was nice
Although warned that the breakfast would be simple, I think it is poor that there was no protein, only loads of sugar - they could have had a boiled egg or cheese, ham or something other than sugar. Breakfast was a dissapointment.
We also would have liked that garbage was taken away, new towels replaced each day if needed - but noone came in 4 days. Maybe have a sign saying you must ask about these things?

Great location only a few minutes walk from the train station and the centre of the city. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They even recommended some restaurants for us that were delicious! Great value for money with lovely rooms.
No complaints had a amazing stay!
