Unhygienic, Spiders in the beds. Make sure you pack all your belongings. Other than that enjoy a view.

The rooftop terrace gives a wonderful view of Bath.

General taste throughout the property is a bit mediocre in person. The pictures of course make the property look great, in person we didn’t find that the case. Throughout the property there are various levels of damage to the walls. Within the master bedroom bathroom, the ceiling was disgusting, mold growing all over the ceiling, with bulging paint hanging down due to long term condensation/water damage. There were dead spiders in the master bedroom bedsheets. Our final and last point, PLEASE BE AWARE, an expensive item of clothing was mistakenly left in the master bedroom wardrobe. We contacted the property within 8 hours of checking out to confirm this (after our complaint had been lodged which upon messaging the owner let me know they knew about the complaint). The owner then explained the search process. But Like magic the item has totally disappeared and isn’t in the property. Make of that what you will.

Bath was great and Chandos Deli next to the apartment made great food and coffee

Great communication with the host. Prompt replies to any questions we had. The location and views from the terrace were great.

The flights of stairs were challenging with our luggage but well worth the effort.

Preciosa casa al centre de Bath

La casa és fantàstica per passar-hi uns dies i conèixer la ciutat de Bath. La seva situació és immillorable amb botigues, restaurants i llocs per esmorzar al costat mateix. Les vistes són brutals. La decoració molt bonica. Els mobles comodíssims i pràctics. La cuina està totalment equipada, fins i tot hi ha rentadora assecadora que ens va ser molt útil per què plovia i ens vam mullar i vam poder assecar la roba. Els quartos de bany molt complerts i la terrassa increïble (llàstima de pluja). Els llits i els coixins són comodíssims i a destacar les tovalloles i el barnús. Tot de molt bona qualitat. Llàstima no haver-hi pogut estar més dies.

No hi ha ascensor, cosa molt normal donada l'antiguitat de l'edifici (per dins és tot nou). De fet, ara hi ha una gran bastida a la façana perquè l'estan restaurant. Això no afecta a la vista ja que hi ha un gran finestral a la cuina amb vistes a la ciutat i també la vista des de la terrassa que és molt bonica. Per últim, l'habitació de bany de l'habitació més gran, que és molt bonica amb dutxa i una gran banyera, es troba dins de l'habitació però no té porta, té cortines només i no es pot tancar. Això pot resultar molest, segons amb qui viatges.

Die Lage ist super. Die Zimmer schön geräumig. Alles ist recht ordentlich und sauber.

Man muss Stiegen steigen mögen, sonst ist man da falsch am Platz.

Amazing Terrace Apartment in Bath!

Fantastic location, huge apartment and lovely touches including a welcome basket with food. Family of four travelling - the apartment had tonnes of room (could easily have handled more peeps). Walking distance to downtown Bath, including shops and attractions. Great view over the city, and the roof top terrace was just amazing. Highly recommended stay with responsive hosts - awesome :)

No complaints 10/10 would stay again when next in Bath!

It was a great unit.

Loved the view and the location.

All those stairs but every where we have stayed has had stairs but 4 flights to get to the top. There is no parking.

beautiful, comfy, spacious, historic building in the heart of Bath’s tourist area. The view of this amazing city from roof top terrace was outstanding. The welcome pack with a variety of foods, milk, tea, coffee etc was a thoughtful touch. it had everything we needed for a city break.

Exceptional

Fantastic apartment very central, comfortable and had everything you need. Very clean and modern ...the roof terrace is a great extra as well (although we didn't use it much as it's winter!)

There's nothing not to like... there's a few flights of stairs which might not suit everyone and it can be noisy at night which you would expect in a city centre.

Amazing apartment with incredible views.

We loved this apartment!!! Extremely spacious, lots of comfortable seating, comfortable beds, fantastic shower and of course the incredible views!! Easy to access and very responsive host. There was a basket of breads, jams and cereals for breakfast. It is on a fairly busy road, but the slight noise wasn't a bother for us...it is near the centre of town after all. Would recommend this place and would definitely stay again. It was our favourite place to stay on our 6 week holiday.

the apartment is centrally located. It was very well appointed, immaculately clean and communication was fantastic. it was a shame it was rainy when we stayed, as the view from the terrace was amazing and it would have been fantastic to spend more time up there.

A lovely and well equipped apartment in the fantastic location.

The whole property was amazing. The facilities and decor were excellent. The beds were comfy. A brilliant location, round the corner from the shops, not far from the Circus and Royal Crescent, near lots of eateries.

Very little. Needed a hand towel in the ground floor bathroom for general use. The cafetière needs replacing - it pours badly.

The apartment was close to the centre and within walking distance to the train station. It was modern, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely Recommend this property whether you were a group, couple or family.

Lovely dreamy stat

beautiful apartment with great hosts.

The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. The entire apartment was clean and comfortable and the owner left us everything we needed for a seemless stay (i.e. laundry detergent, cereal, bread, etc.). It was very thoughtful and accommodating.

The only downside was that it was that it was on the third floor (hence rooftop terrace) so it was a hassle getting luggage up to the apartment. Just be mindful of that when packing.

Lovely Apartment - let down by Owner and Safety Concern

Roof Terrace, well appointed apartment.

Safety Concern - potential fall from height for child, see picture. This point of Safety should be addressed regardless of buildings listed status. Rude and unhelpful Owner, who was passed inaccurate information from his own Manager. 'What the hell do you want me to do? ' Raising his voice and taking over me. We were left to fend for ourselves for bedding. Be aware Brett will offer no flexibility or help - according to him, there is no spare bedding. Brett will say that he asked what I wanted - but I have never experienced treatment like this before with Booking.com No Flexibility or Help -at all.
