So family friendly lots of nice touches for kids like steps for toddlers in the bathrooms. Great activities for kids. Beautiful rooms. Sea view was stunning. The Asian and steak restaurants were lovely and great choice of salads in the buffet. Really beautiful modern hotel.
The tiles around the pool were lethal especially if carrying babies. Lots of people around the hotel had injuries it was a bit nerve wrecking. The check in was a bit chaotic you do pre check in then check in then wait for a call to say your room is ready then queue again to check in then waiting for someone to bring you to your room. Overall the hotel is amazing though.

Este comentario es sobre todo para la gestión de BOOKING, que es a quien yo le hice la reserva, y quien no supo actuar en consecuencia. La atención al cliente es horrible, y te sientes totalmente desamparado ante una incidencia como la que yo he tenido.
Hemos recibido un trato FATAL tanto por parte de booking como por parte del hotel.
A 2 días de salir de viaje, booking me envía un mensaje en inglés a través de su app, para decirme que "debido a problemas externos a ellos" nos cobrarán más de 430€ a mayores de lo que yo había contratado a través de su página, desde hacía más de 3 meses. Que si no respondo en 2 horas, me cancelarán la reserva (repito, reserva realizada en noviembre para viajar en semana santa). Yo no veo el mensaje hasta que me llega un mail 4 horas más tarde que me avisa que tengo ese mensaje.
Entro en pánico, pensando que ya no tengo hotel, y tengo 5 vuelos reservados además de otra habitación de mayor categoría en ese mismo hotel, y que estoy a dos días de volar.
Cuando contesto, en primer lugar les indico que me escriban en español, y en segundo, que ese precio no es el acordado, y que yo no voy a aceptar una subida de ese calibre.
He pasado dos días terribles, más de 4 horas al teléfono con atención al cliente de booking (llamando yo, por supuesto. Nadie de Booking se dignó a llamar para darme una explicación) Su única solución pasaba por realojarme en otro hotel, cuando yo tenía ya reservada otra habitación con una persona dependiente en este hotel.
El hotel, después de llamar 5 veces, para comprobarlo, nos dice que la reserva está activa y al precio que yo reservé en noviembre.
Booking me sigue diciendo que el hotel le dice que el precio está mal, y que tengo que pagar la cantidad a mayores...
Quién tuvo la culpa, no lo sé. Yo no, desde luego, pero lo mal que lo hemos pasado hasta conseguir llegar a un acuerdo con Booking ha hecho que no haya conseguido disfrutar de estas vacaciones tan esperadas.

El hotel no cumple con las supuestas 5 estrellas en cuanto a atención al cliente. Hemos tenido varios problemas, y ningún responsable del hotel nos ha atendido antes de nuestra llegada al hotel, a pesar de haber llamado muchas veces al teléfono para asegurarnos que todo estaba correcto.
Pasan todos los aviones del aeropuerto Sur LITERALMENTE por encima del hotel. Un estruendo terrible cada 5 minutos de la mañana a la noche. Me sorprende que casi no haya reseñas de este tema, ya que es muy desagradable.
Llegamos sobre las 23:15 con el check in hecho online a través de la APP. Solo hay 1 persona en recepción, y tras darnos las pulseras le pregunto dónde podemos tomar una pequeña cena. Dice que hay una cena fría disponible en el buffet que termina a las 00:00. Llegamos allí, a las 23:50 y de malas maneras nos dicen que está cerrado. Después de tenernos media hora a vueltas por distintos locales del hotel, viene un responsable, nos hacen un perrito caliente a cada uno, que nos sirven en el sport bar (con todo el mundo allí tomando copas, y el local olía horriblemente a alcohol).
Llegamos a nuestras habitaciones, y en una de ellas no funcionan las tarjetas. Así que mientras mi pareja llama por teléfono a recepción, yo voy a la otra habitación. Cuando abro la puerta, me encuentro una cucaracha del tamaño de mi pulgar corriendo por el cuarto. La tuve que matar yo.
Al volver a la otra habitación, llega la persona de recepción para abrirnos la puerta y le comento lo de la cucaracha. Nos dice que avisará para que lo limpien... pues al día siguiente por la noche, allí seguía el bicho! Habíamos avisado ya 2 veces de que seguía allí.
Es cierto, que al día siguiente, me llamaron para pedir perdón, y me regalaron una cena en un restaurante a la carta, pero lo mal que lo pasamos al llegar, para empezar nuestras vacaciones, y después de todo el estrés que llevábamos ya encima, no hay quien nos lo quite...

Eccezionale per i bambini, le ontinue attività ed i trattenimenti al mini club e tutti gli animatori veramente formidabili, carini e affabili, si ved che lavorano con passione e non solo per lo stipendio e questo fa la grande differenza!

Entertainment staff were amazing, very good with children and very friendly. The shows are very good and in general everyone is super attentive and nice. Definitely good to go with children.
A bit disorganised. For a hotel these exclusive we weren’t informed about most of the things correctly. It was pretty empty so I can’t understand why there was so much disorganisation all around, from the front desk to the restaurants to not having the bed we ordered or being told when things were outside of the “all inclusive”. Disappointing

Lovely spacious family suite, very quiet & peaceful & perfectly made bed every day. Everywhere clean & well maintained. Great restaurants and above all friendly, helpful staff in all areas. The food was varied & always beautifully displayed in the buffet restaurant. Lovely pools & facilities for all ages. I enjoyed the yoga and my 3 year old grandson had fun at kids club, the children’s pools & entertainment. We watched a really good show in the theatre & enjoyed the live music in the bar with the best cappuchino! Thank you for my birthday fizz, chocolates & banner - a wonderful surprise, plus the fabulous cake ordered by my daughter-in-law. We loved the comfort & luxury of being looked after so well .

Servizio ristorazione a buffet qualità come una mensa. Ho avuto un’intossicazione alimentare, sono stata molto male. Il Signor Miguel alla reception mi ha detto che non avevano un medico in hotel e per farlo arrivare ci sarebbe voluta più di un’ora, così mi ha consigliato di prendere un taxi (che mi avrebbe chiamato lui) per andare al pronto soccorso (10 min di distanza). Mi sono fidata, ero da sola, mentre la mia famiglia era in camera a dormire. All’1 di notte prendo il taxi e il tassista, non solo aveva iniziato da poco a lavorare a Tenerife, ma ha messo il navigatore per arrivare in ospedale, si è perso, ci ha messo un’ora a portarmi al pronto soccorso e inizialmente non mi aveva lasciata nemmeno la fattura e mi ha fatto pagare di più del dovuto.
Al mio rientro alle 5 del mattino racconto tutto al Signor Miguel della reception che si scusa e mi dice che il giorno dopo mi avrebbero portato cibo in camera e avrebbe chiamato per avere la fattura ma non è stato così. Dopo due giorni di reclami in reception, prima della partenza riescono a farmi avere la fattura del taxi ma non hanno avuto nessuna accortezza per la mia situazione. Per una struttura di questo livello mi aspettavo una maggiore tutela e sensibilità soprattutto perché lavorano soprattutto con le famiglie con bambini piccoli.

The all you can eat wasn’t that good. The restaurant server was rude and passed a racist comment to one of my friends. The hotel manager didn’t not do anything about it. It was a very unpleasant experience that is unacceptable

The size of the hotel, different pools and entertainment for kids
The staff at the reception are very unhelpful they behave like robots, they only do what they trained to do. A 5star hotel that cannot help to charge a dead iPhone for 10min is no 5star hotel.
Also your house keepers are the worst ever. They knock your door and open simultaneously, without giving you time to get to the door. It’s like they rather see you naked. They should knock and wait for responds first.
If you have a complain and ask for a manager, you will be told manager is in Madrid.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great pools even though it can be quite cold in October (I thought it is heated) The evening shows are the highlight of the stay! We watched Toy Circus, Papimber and iMOX. They are absolutely fantastic! Family suite was also beautiful, clean with a nice sea view. It is a bit further away but we prefer it to be a bit away from the castle so it is quiet in the evening. Food and drinks are all included which is a bonus. All staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Mara in the restaurant and the Housekeeping lady who cleans our room every day (Room 3513). We love the cast from the show as well. Full of energy and enthusiasm.
The food in the buffet restaurant can be improved. There are lots of choices but most of the main courses are a bit dry and tasteless. Lots of desserts choices but for Asian they are a bit too sweet for us. Overall it is very good value for money though

My wife and I spent seven nights there to celebrate our anniversary. What stood out to us about the resort was its cleanliness, maintenance, safety measures, the scenery, and to some extent, the location.
there was an incident at the resort entrance where one of the security personnel stopped me despite my display of the wristband. Unfortunately, he was not very comfortable with English and called for additional personnel to surround me, insisting that I speak to the front desk before being allowed to proceed. This situation felt extremely unnecessary. After discussing the matter with the receptionist, it was clarified that wearing the wristband at all times was not mandatory, which was a relief for me due to a skin condition preventing continuous wear. It was sufficient to show it to staff when required.
I expressed my desire to speak with the hotel manager when discussing the matter with the family concierge, but unfortunately, I never received any call or message from them.
Another aspect that didn't align with our preferences was the abundance of children's activities, creating an atmosphere akin to a kindergarten. The majority of the resort's offerings were centered around programs for kids, with limited pool areas designated for adults.
Considering these factors, I would strongly advise against choosing this resort if you do not have children.

The staff were very nice. Hotel room was very clean, well designed and decorated and spacious. The entertainment programme was good as were the 3 A La Carte restaurants. The kids loved the pools too.

Property definitely not a 5* . Pool is lovely but always cups and rubbish around the area. Not enough shade as wind prevents the umbrellas from being up. Buffet very average with service poor, lucky to get drinks and refills and plates not cleared efficiently. I was charged the same for 2 year old as an adult and was told it was because I booked through booking.com when queried and need to ask them. Booking.com referred me back to hotel with no answer. Not impressed!
Many reviews saying same thing with hotel response saying they are looking into issues which clearly is not correct.
