Great value

I loved the architecture, the room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious served in a covered courtyard.

The plumbing fixtures felt like they were ready to fail and the water pressure was sad but everything worked.

Relaxing

The professionalism of the entire staff, from the owner to the gardener. Everyone was extremely professional, helpful and attentive to the needs of their guests.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel - Küchenausstattung sehr mangelhaft

Der Swimmingpool war sehr schön. Und auch die Lage in Flughafennähe war für die Abreise perfekt. Es gab erstaunlich wenig Flughafenlärm. Das war sehr angenehm.

Wir hatten extra eine Unterkunft mit Küche gebucht. Die Ausstattung der Küche war miserabel. Es gab z. B. keine Esslöffel, keine Schüssel, wenig Töpfe und eine schreckliche Pfanne, nur ein paar Teller, Tassen und Gläser. Der Deckel des einzigen großen Topfes war total verschmutzt. Es gab kein Geschirrhandtuch und einen Schwamm zum Abspülen, der so eklig war, dass ich ihn sofort weggeschmissen habe. Außerdem gab es kein Toilettenpapier.

Cheap and comfortable but with some disadvantages stay

Overall, we enjoyed the stay. We had the family suite for 3 nights with kitchen. A very big comfortable bed, air conditioning and smart TV worked well, the pool and price were very good. On request we received a proper cutting knife, a few plates and 2 bowls. So I wouldn't call it a family suite. The wifi was very good. The pool is very large but a bit chilly.

However, if you call yourself a family suite, then you also expect a certain basic equipment of the kitchen. We had a total of 1 shallow and 1 deep plate, no bowls and only 1 bread slicer knife, no oil, no spices and no tea towel and hand towel in the bathroom. All in all, the hotel is getting on in years, there were (despite 50 EUR deposit) some things in the room were broken, tables scratched, ceiling plaster damaged, lamps defective and drawers broken. Happy to invest something here. For about 40 beds there is only a single lounger by the pool and a few white chairs. the staff could speak English better, it's the capital after all.

La habitación es amplia, tiene piscina

Un robo! Un día antes de quedarme en el hotel estaba haciendo la reserva y en mitad de la gestión se me bloqueó la página, al intentar realizarla otra vez pensé que se me había guardado la fecha anterior e hice la reserva, cuando me llegó el email de confirmación 2 min después me di cuenta de que la fecha era para un mes más tarde, así que hice una reserva nueva para el día siguiente y les escribí un email explicando la situación para que me cancelaran la de la fecha posterior comentándoles el error sucedido, solo habían pasado 5 min desde que hice la reserva hasta que les escribí el email y me contestaron que no se aceptaban devoluciones por política de empresa… cuando me presenté en hotel al día siguiente y les expliqué lo sucedido y ver que podíamos hacer, me dicen que el encargado no está en ese momento y que ellos no pueden hacer nada, me dan un email al que escribo para tratar de solucionar y no recibo respuesta alguna, al día siguiente tampoco está el encargado y vuelvo a escribirle y tampoco… así que se han quedado con mi dinero por un simple error, creo que se debería ser más flexible por qué había un mes entero de margen para llenar esa habitación. Me siento estafado, Lo cual hace que no pueda decir nada bueno sobre este hotel

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett bequem. Das Personal sehr freundlich- Die Verlängerung unseres Aufenthalts war unkompliziert.

Vor dem Zimmer war eine sehr helle Gangbeleuchtung die aber gut mit dem Vorhang abzudunkeln war.

Quando contratado pelo Booking vale a pena, pelo contrario se for no balcão o valor fica muito alto.

Hotel bom, com estacionamento fechado e as acomodações excelente.

Faltou café da manhã incluído na diária, ficou um custo a mais para se caso quisesse optar pelo café.
