Beautiful apartment. Amazing location. Very spacious and comfortable. Stunning roof terrace for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Brilliant hosts!
Close to everything you need in Venice.

Great location, just 100yds from San Samuele Vaperetto stop. Apartment was spotless and comfortable with typically Venetian decor. Lovely little roof terrace
wasn’t a problem for us but for the less mobile there were a lot of stairs

The location is so central to walk everywhere, or to catch a waterbus.
The roof Terrance was a real plus, couldn't see a lot apart from roofs, but it was a great space to sit and relax in the sun.
Being charged €20 for a later check in, when we were told the key would be in the key safe. We did have a very nice man meet us from the waterbus and take us to the apartment, which did make it very easy. But we could have made it there ourselves.

We were staying in the apartment as a family (4 of us). The photographs do not do it justice, it is very spacious, very clean and has everything you would need: excellent kitchen items including a lovely welcome pack of biscuits, jams, crackers. There was washing up liquid, coffee, sugar, olive oil etc. Lots of towels, very comfy beds and a great heating system. The terrace is beautiful with nice furniture, we had breakfast and evening drinks as we watched the boats on the canal. The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful. The apartment is situated within easy walking distance of all the sights but was very quiet during the night. I would highly recommend this apartment.
There was not anything I did not like.

The property is typically Venetian (so expect stairs!) and has been modernised but kept it's character. It's position, as far as we are concerned was perfect. It is roughly equidistant from St Mark's Square, Rialto and academia (all within half a mile). It is close to two Vaporetto stops - Sant' Angelo 350m and San Samuele 50m! Although not claimed in the description you can actually see the Grand Canal from the lovelly little terrace.
The kitchen/dinet is a little cramped but we didn't spend much time there. The access to the terrace is tricky but worthwhile.

It was a fabulous location and very spacious. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to talk with.
More toilet paper, no laundry liquid for clothes and almost no hand soap.

Enough space for our family

Fully equipped, spacious, very clean house. The apartment (3 floors) is in good condition and at the same time we felt at home right away. Nice, quiet yet central neighbourhood. Perfect for 2 groups (or just one), we would definitely revisit when in Venice again.
Waste sorting is a bit confusing in Venice but then again just regard it as part of the full Venetian experience.

We have been welcomed very warm by Anna. The house has been perfectly clean. We have been overwhelmed by the view from the roof top terrasse. The place is perfectly located.
All of us enjoyed our visit and will get back as soon as possible.
Our host Antonio informed us about a strike and showed always that he cares about his guests.

Super location near San Samuele vaporetto stop (2 per hour in each direction). Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely light appartment. Very effective central heating. Excellent engagement and flexibility from the host. Comfy beds.
Comfy seating in lounge really only for 2 people. Main bedroom has only minimal and basic clothes storage facilities, and rather unsympathetic lighting.

The town house was in a quiet location, but close to everything. Great roof terrace to enjoy a glass of something chilled. Less than a minute to the water taxi
The bathroom is on a different level to the bedrooms and with steep stairs, in can make it an interesting visit in the night, but the location makes up for this.

This house is perfect for us travelling mother+teens. Just around the corner from Ponte Accademia and in a lovely Calle directly by Canale Grande. Nice kitchen with all what you need and a library with guidebooks and maps for your stay. Clean, and your garbage is picked up by the door every day.
This is the way we want to stay in Venice.

The townhouse is very centrally located in the St Marco sestiere, within a stone's throw of a vaporetto stop, but in a very quiet area.
The house itself is very bright and airy, with big rooms including a lovely little kitchen and an amazing altana (sun roof/roof terrace) where we had our breakfast every day and finished off the evening with a drink. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the hosts had left breakfast stuff, nibbles, and coffee pods for the espresso maker, which we very much appreciated.
The location is amazing -really close to the Accademia and Fenice theatre, and close to both Rialto and St Mark's Square, without being noisy at all. Great start off point to explore the city, and we got a great night's sleep every night. Also, great shower pressure :)
This was our seventh time in Venice, third time in an apartment, and it was hands down our favourite location/house. Given the location and price for the stay, we were very impressed with the amount of space and amenities. The hosts and Anna were friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. We'd absolutely stay here again :) :)

Clean and functional. Location was good. Communication was good.
Air conditioning was only on the top floor. The main bedroom had a fan but was still very warm. Mosquitos were a problem at night. The place could do with an upgrade. Wifi was also slow at times.

We appreciated the central location and the roof terrace, which was a great spot to view the fire works of the Festa del Redentore.
The only things we were missing were salt and pepper which we couldn't find in the kitchen

The little town-house is located perfectly in San Marco district to explore beautiful Venice by foot, vaporetto or water-taxi.
From the roof terrasse you will have a beautiful view over the roofs of Venice - after walking the town or discovering modern or classic arts in one of the museums nearby you will be happy to relax there with a cool glass of wine or an aperitivo. The rooms and the kitchen are well equipped with really everything needed, also the bathroom has nothing missing. The beds are very comfortable. To our surprise we found espresso, cookies, crackers, water, butter and jam to welcome us. This house is a true jewel, I can not imagine a better place for a vacation in Venice. We will be back :-) Thank you Luisa, Anna and Antonio

Good location, old property, but well kept.
The airconditioning wasn't very good....room on the top floor with 2 twin beds had a small unit that didn't blow near the beds. I don't think this should be advertised as air con.

Perfect location. The roof terrace is out of a Venetian dream.
The landlord is a perfect host meeting us at a historic parade and giving us additional hints about things to do.

Great location close to the vaporeto stop and easy walking distance to St Mark's square. Typical house with its own front door. Close to a small food shop and a couple of restaurants. We arrived during the recent floods and the hosts met us at the vaporeto stop and helped us through the flood water. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall the house was pretty comfortable and a great alternative to a hotel.
There is only one bathroom albeit of a reasonable size. The shower door needs some love...
