The apartment was superb, we couldn’t have asked for more. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and very central to the old city. Great correspondence even although we couldn’t converse in French Philippe had excellent English, so made it easy for us. Thank you very much Adriana and Philippe for making our Avignon trip so pleasant.
Happy with everything.

Very nice apartment in excellent location. We were able to walk everywhere. Elevator and air conditioning were much appreciated.
Check-in was difficult because woman meeting us spoke no English so we could not communicate by phone. It caused delays. The owner (?) was able to intervene and translate.
Had to crawl into bed from bottom since it fit snugly into alcove and there was no room on sides of bed.

The location and the look of the building is excellent. Only 10 minutes to the palais des papes and lots of lovely museums and restaurants close by. The lift and air conditioning were very welcome. The balcony was just amazing too. Well equipped and comfortably furnished.
The cistern takes a long time to fill.

good location and good to have a balcony
said it had 2 bedrooms but one was merely a balcony over the sitting room so no privacy. The main bedroom the bed was so big you could hardly get in from the side, no facility for a bedside table. No storage / drawers in either room

The apartment is beautifully designed in a historic building, with one bedroom with queen bed and a loft with three twin beds. There is a small balcony, well-furnished kitchen, comfortable living room, and good bathroom. The location is centrally located in the medieval part of the town, convenient to restaurants. The apartment is on the second floor and there is an elevator in the property. The owners engaged in good communication prior to our stay, provided names of local restaurants they recommended, coordinated about check-in, and provided information about parking. Very nice accomodations!
The kind woman, Evelyne, who coordinated our check-in for the owners, spoke no English, and we spoke no French, so there were some challenges. The apartment requires $500 cash (US dollars or Euros) security damage deposit at time of check-in, which I did not realize until an e-mail a week prior to our travel, and which was a bit confusing to coordinate at check-in given the language barrier. The deposit was returned to us at check-out. The only downside (which was to be expected given the location) was the unavailability of nearby parking. We could not find a way to reach the access point to the building to even drop off our luggage, as most streets were one-way, although clearly there was some way to get there (residents had parking), we just couldn't ever find access by our car. Parking costs $25/day in the closest parking garage, but it is the best option for your car. Street parking is almost nonexistent, and cars must be moved by 9am is parked on the street.

lovely apartment in the center of the walled old city. the apartment is furnished with everything you need including a clothes washer and ac (except in the kitchen). the apartment is so clean and pretty! we had a nice welcoming despite the language barrier. they provided wine and drinks which is a thoughtful touch.
we came during the Avignon festival (it’s amazing) so parking and getting around with a car was a challenge. I would recommend shades in the kitchen to keep the apartment cool during the hot days. this is the only apartment in our 4 week journey that required a deposit ($500) and communication about return of the deposit would be appreciated.

The view from the veranda was nice.
I used this house while traveling with my cousin. After we checked out, we got a call from the host. They said they would claim us that we used it by 5 people and pretended to be 2 people. Me and my cousin were bewildered. We were two people from start to finish. We denied their statements and asked for evidence, but they treated us as fraudsters based on circumstance and suspicion without evidence. They haven't even apologized to us yet. They ruined our vacation. Also, there were a lot of bugs in the dormitory, and the cleanliness on the second floor was not good.

Beautiful old building with high ceilings, close to the bus/ train station in the old city and shops and restaurants. Larger appt than usual with balcony
It is a beautiful old building , tourists often stop to photograph it and as often happens with historic places they come with their own quirks so in this case be aware the main bedroom is narrow so you need to climb into the bed from the bottom and the second bedroom is on a mezzanine balcony with glass balustrade opening onto the large living room so open to light/ noise which may not suit all groups. If that bothers you then book a boring modern place !

Asking for a 500 euro deposit in cash (in 2019) is offensive and anachronistic. There was no cold water in the shower in the morning. Great location in the heart of the city - walking distance from every landmark.
